It brings me some disappointment to leave such a negative review being that I come to this location quite frequently. Today I must've allowed time to get past me and I go to this location to try and pick up some car fragrances and I don't think anything of it because the doors are open and I have some associate shout from the middle of the sales floor " sorry we're closed!" The tone was incredibly condescending, quite embarrassing to be honest because there were still customers inside of the store and you would think that if you still have people shopping in the store and you don't want additional customers coming in, you would ensure that the doors are locked to begin with. Instead, you decided it be appropriate to embarrass your Incoming customers in front of your pre-existing customers. Next time, learn how to help mitigate from being any type of misconstrued misunderstanding pertaining to your store hours by either having somebody designated to the front of the store to kindly direct people out of the store by letting them know you're closed as opposed to shouting from the middle of the sales floor that you're closed. Professional courtesy goes a long way. read more

But that was definitely not the case here! I came in about 20 minutes before closing on a Friday night, and the team was so friendly, welcoming, and super helpful with recommendations. Huge shoutout to Kamren (I think that was his name) & a sweet girl whose name I did not get (but she said she just started there 4 days ago) for going above and beyond - they were extra kind, patient, and truly customer service-oriented. Called this store to put an item on hold, it was 7:02 pm so 2 minutes after the had closed, they told me they had several of the item in store, but because they were closed they wouldn't put it on hold for me, even though they answered the phone, and had I not been on hold I would have been on the phone with an employee before the store closed. I decided to just order it for store pickup, immediately after getting off the phone. Come the next morning my order wasn't fulfilled and when I called they told me they sold all in store. This is a newer BBW in the Eastvale shopping center.There are anchor stores like Lowe's , Kohl's,and Target in the plaza.I came in to redeem my air freshener reward . I like that they had the candle scent version of the air fresheners available so I could smell it before I chose. Employees were friendly . read more

I'm aware of every single promotion the minute I walk In the door and what I love the most is that the team members are always transparent about what I can ' get ' with an online vs in store offer, reminding me to check my offers and helping me pair products to meet my coupons. I never feel bombarded when I shop here by over zealous staff but rather them consulting to help me make the best buying choices. I just wanna shout out Emily, Tina, and one other employee that I didn't get the name of (long medium brown hair, essentially runs the front end). They were all super helpful and apologetic for how busy it was. Despite a group of 8 taking their time at the register to ring up their items individually, which took about 20 minutes, the employees were as speedy as they could be and multi tasking to help multiple guests out at once. Great customer service, friendly attitudes, and definitely some of the best employees I've ever encountered at a B&BW. Would 100% return to this location just for the service Ended up spending only about $80 because of all the sales going on, and Emily definitely did her best to help me find some nice products for my very picky mom as a gift, while she was out on the floor. I can't believe how dramatic people are. It's barely sprinkling and these two girls just closed up shop. Every other business in the center is open. I came here for the hand soap sale which ends tomorrow. I'd be willing to bet they won't honor the sale after the date. I spent my time shopping and picking out what I wanted for fragrances. I got up to the register and they had the air fresheners on sale for three dollars. I picked one out of the jar in front of the sales clerk and she rang it in and she said it was not on sale. She called the manager after she said she would give it to me for the three dollars because she saw me take it out of the container and the manager said no she needs to be charged full price as it's in the wrong spot. Sadly, because of their very poor customer service, they lost a large sale over three dollars they didn't care. read more

I did a pick up order today around 3 and it's been 2 hours so I decided to call the store and ask if it was ready and that when I got told my order wasn't there but they can see that I ordered stuff and see my name but they couldn't see my items which was no problem at all I understand it's Black Friday week and everybody is ordering things so I told them no worries that I'll call around 7 and literally not even 30 minutes after that call my whole order of 9 items that costed $106 was all just canceled and I called the store seeing why what happened because I did not cancel my order and that when they told that it was canceled and that there customer service people did it and I had to call them but I did and they said they did not and don't see why my order was canceled so I think this is all just not okay and you guys canceled orders on your own isn't okay either ! I get it it's the deals and it's a lot for you guys but you guys get paid to do this and if u can't do your job please leave ! read more
