I've shopped this store for over 13 yrs. They joke that I shop there enough to keep their power on and the starbucks running. Well since the "new" manager Joel has enter the scene. This location looks more like a dirt cheap. Today the young male cashier was too busy playing around with a young girl cashier and apparently forgot to hand over half my items ,to my daughtet,that I paid for. I got home and have tried to call the store 12 times in less than 2 hrs. They either ignore the calls or they answer then hang up. So now I'm out of pocket as well as product. BTW he had time to catch us. He was on register 16 near customer service. I went to customer service after checking out to pick up an online order. This place was unreal. Buggies in the parking lot, bathrooms unkept, stuff everywhere... just an overall mess! We had not been in a while since we tend to go to one closer to us. We couldn't believe the difference in the two stores. To the manager of this store... you need to have a meeting with your staff and remind them what they are being paid to do. They really struggle to keep there sale signs updated with the actual prices. We shopped today and had multiple items that were marked as on sale and were not when we got to the checkout. They did not honor any of the sale prices and instead went and removed the old signs. I guess we need to start taking pictures of sale signs when we shop to prevent this. I get being short staffed if that's the problem, but honor what you have posted. read more

Ah, Target! Where do I begin? The Cartwheel offers are legit, the clearance items on the end caps are always a pleasant surprise, and the selection is Target consistent. This particular location is a favorite of mine as it's a Super Target and a one-stop-shop for grocery, home decor, and all things in between! There was a recent remodel and facelift that made this store even better than before. Target fans, please understand that this location is better than the rest! I just love it! read more

A Newley remolded Target that's pretty large. Great wine and beer selection. Shelves are kept well stocked and organized. Carts and hand baskets are clean. Starbucks located Inside for convenience. One draw back is there usually isn't a lot of registers manned. read more

I decided to attempt a full grocery shopping event at this Target since their remodel and re-branding of the store and grocery section and it was very successful! I had a fun time matching deals with my Ibotta app to save money. Download the TARGET app for even more savings! Their clothing and athletic section is pretty extensive and I am loving the new patio furniture options for spring! It's so nice to have a Starbucks to sit down in and enjoy a drink. Their pharmacy is my preferred location and Mikel is a super sweet pharmacist! read more

I used the order on app and pick up at the store. I pulled up put my spot in the person brought my things out and put in my back seat and said have a nice day , I drive home then realize I'm missing 2 items and 1 of the items I did get was the wrong one. I called the store and no one answered I got on the app and reported the issues but really not happy with how they're dealing with it all, Walmart would have made it right! read more

Have you seen the remodeling that is going on in this store? Wow, hubby and I stopped in this week and spent at least 30 minutes just walking around admiring the changes. A well laid out produce and wine department greets guests as they walk into the doors on the right side of the store. Off to the left is a seasonal display full of cute fall offerings. Right behind this section is the beauty department with "specialty store" type bins of smaller sized products to try! We ventured into the clothing department and were shocked at just how nice the dressing room areas are with comfortable seating for hubby if I decided to try something on (which of course, I did). The rooms are big, well-lit and feature two mirrors and plenty of places to hang clothes. I can't wait to see the finished design which should be completed by the end of October! The layout of the grocery section is very hip and the lighting is perfect. I don't know about you, but I want my grocery store to be bright and am not enamored with the latest trend of dark grays I have seen in other stores! Target really surpassed my expectations. This is the best Target in the Mobile area. Unlike the other Target in Mobile (which is downright depressing), this one has a good selection of healthy, organic packaged foods and produce, as well as self checkout kiosks. It even beats the Target in Daphne when it comes to the food selection. Almost everything I would otherwise buy at a specialized, higher priced health food store, I can buy here for 20 - 30% less. There are a few exceptions. Most notably, the selection of cat food is not great. This store has a huge amount of shelf space devoted to low-end cat foods that are filled with grains, by-products, artificial flavors, and other nasty stuff, but it doesn't carry any of the truly premium brands. Bear in mind that when it comes to cat food, premium doesn't mean fancy, just more like human grade food and less like week-old roadkill. I'd love to see Target improve in this department, and spare me the extra trip to a pet store. read more

Love this store after years of Walmart! Their stationary is nice. I bought a fit bit or three from them. I purchased all of my son's organizational shelving here. Plus they carry la Croix in most flavors and a nice selection of organic grass fed meats. They kept me in maternity clothes. Yoga pants. Decent dairy products and a wonderful home section. read more

This was my first visit in a very long time to a Super Target. We don't have them in Las Vegas, for some odd reason. I guess they don't want to compete with the several dozen Super Wal-Marts we have! My first visit was to a Super Target near Galveston, TX while visiting my godmother back in 2007. I absolutely love this place, and it appears their prices are either right on par or competitive with Super Wal-Mart, and you can shop them without dealing with the "Wal-Martians"! Really wish they had one of these in Vegas. I always enjoy my shopping experience with them, from the customer clientele to the employees. Kudos! read more

I have a deep love for Target. I really do. But this particular store sucks, to put it nicely. They've recently gutted and remodeled the inside to make it newer and more modern, and I hate it now. Instead of having all of the women's apparel in one area, the kids in one area, (etc.) it's all just somewhat mixed together and spread out. There are two separate fitting rooms now, but there's never anyone at one of them. At the other fitting room area, you have to hunt down an associate to come unlock a door and they act like it ruins their entire day. The new fitting rooms have excellent lighting and multiple mirrors so you're able to easily see yourself from all angles. But like I said, getting into a room to begin with is a nightmare. It's almost easier to order the stuff online, try it on at home, and return what doesn't fit. If you're looking for a specific item (I was this visit) the Target app tells you if it's in stock or not, and if so, exactly where it is and even shows a map. Too bad the info is incorrect. Everything we drove the 20+ minutes to this specific location to get wasn't even here. Wasted trip. I stood in the store and ordered it online. I'll stick to the mall location from now on. read more

Why would they have all those registers and only have two open on a Saturday morning? The line was backed up 10 deep!

Target is my go to store but my only complaint is that no matter what time of day I go to Super Target, they have 21 registers and only 3-4 are open with lines that are super long. They have about 15 associates on the floor and I think they should all be trained to work the registers. When you have kids and a bunch of groceries, the last thing you want to do is wait in a line for 15-20 minutes because of the lack of registers opened. Also, when there's a line at Guest Services, it's the same issue. They have 3-4 terminals but one person working with a line of people waiting. read more

This is probably one of the nicest Target stores in the Mobile area. It's definitely better than EVERY Walmart there is, but that's just me. This place is pretty well stocked for the most part, and well laid out. The customer service is a little iffy. Meaning, IF you can find someone, they will gladly help you. Otherwise, it's a great place to pick up those basic things we need in life. read more

I really don't appreciate having to wait in line behind 8 other people with grocery carts full of stuff for two items (which they usually only have 3-4 lanes open anyways, so they already back up quickly). I really cannot stand this store, and mostly based on the horrendous customer service of the pharmacy employees. We initially chose this Target pharmacy based on convenience to our home and already being in the Target system from before we moved. The pharmacy employees have proven, time and time again, to be some of the rudest, most unpleasant people I've ever been around. Last week was the final straw as one continued to have a conversation with a friend at the counter and the other loudly voiced her wonder at why certain people (me) would choose to continue to fill prescriptions there when their insurance was no longer in-system (because it's still cheap, it's close to home, and we're already in the system). But, to answer that question now...we won't be. There have almost without a doubt been predators in the store itself (I let security know), only about half the store employees seem to know what's going on at any one time while the ones who don't have the looks of brand new employees on the first day of the job. Combined with how items that are in stock in the store, according to the Target website, have NEVER been in stock... This is just not a pleasant shopping experience in the least. read more

I have been a loyal Target customer for over 15 years. I much prefer shopping Target to Wal-Mart. This store went through a renovation this year. The renovation was very lengthy, but I still tried to shop here as much as I could. The store is now complete and open for business, or is it? The grocery side if the store, which is where I shop 90% of the time is sorely lacking. No herbs to speak of, no fresh deli like the old store. The lack of products is mind boggling. Other items I found in several different places. I have spent my last dime at this store for groceries. I will spend more to find what I need before I spend less here and still have make a second stop. I have been forced to make stops st other grocery stores since the renovation was complete. Rouses will be the winner of this renovation. Target spent untold number of dollars to drive away loyal customers. Wise move, Target, wise move. read more

Target is my go to store for just about everything. This Target is a SuperTarget complete with a grocery store. The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. This store is well stocked and worth the trip. I went today for small purse and had quite a few options and styles. My favorite area in this Target is the seasonal merchandise. They always have great aisles filled to the gills with Valentine's Day stuff like cake mixes, candy, and chocolates. Whenever I'm in the area, I love to stop at this Target for all good stuff at great prices. read more

This is one of my favorite stores! I go to the Super Target about twice a week. They have lots of clothing options, as well as a large grocery section. They are always well-stocked, and it is easy to find some to help you if needed. I feel safe at this Target and love shopping here. I like this super-Target. I usually find what I am looking for. Great prices on my favorites like yogurt, granola, berries, coffee/Tassimo refills/ cleaning supplies/ bread/ produce... the meat dept is limited, sometimes the produce is lacking. But overall one of the better places for groceries in Mobile, despite its limitations (sad but true). I have also bought clothes there and travel items. My hubby got me the greatest laptop bag ever there. The people are pretty nice and helpful. Wish the line at customer service would move a bit faster. read more

I enjoy visiting this location a lot. My favorite aspect is the wide selection of home goods/decor. They keep a lot of the same products, but also add newer ones to keep things different. The prices on electronics are pretty good. I've gotten some lower prices elsewhere on certain products, but the prices on televisions are great. read more

No more need to go to Wal-mart now that we got our TARGET. Excellent store, well run and nice to shop in. Great Location and plenty of selection. I'm thrilled I don't have to drive to Slidell any longer for the best place to shop. Wish we had one in Gulfport but I'll drive to Biloxi, no problem. Wife and I got all our baby stuff at Target at great prices and quality. We got all our furniture for the living room at target and it has withstood many years of use. I would give more stars if the staff weren't so lazy at restocking. The drink machines up front have had expired Starbucks double shot energy drinks and Mountain Dew energy drinks up there for AGES. I have notified multiple staff, the first one I notified weeks ago. It makes me even more angry that people and drinking these expired beverages. They give me false promises telling me they'll fix it but I come back later to see nothing has changed. Stop being lazy and get your crap together. I'll update this once I see that there is actual effort being put into restocking. read more

Nice, Very Clean, and well stocked. I like to buy fruit from this location rather than the wal-mart near by as it looks fresher. It may cost a little more than wal-mart, but I don't think it's enough to justify only shopping at one store over the other. read more

I love this Target. It's very clean && most of the employees are nice. The only reason I give 4 stars is because their pharmacy is very slow && I think it's silly that they close for lunch. They tell you 30 mins but that really means an hour. I'm guessing they want you to walk around && spend more money in the store which I need no help in doing. One of the most worthless places I have ever tried to shop! Although they were never outstanding, now that the store has been going through a renovation for way too long now, the place is absolutely worthless. Everything is a mess and extremely trashy and crowded. The isles are way too close together and everything is in disarray and has been for months. Also, while their today I see they have also gone up on their prices! News flash Target, I can buy the same thing at other stores for the same or less price without the headaches of the mess and having to wait too long in line to even self checkout due to the small number of registers there while you have a long length of regular checkout lanes, but you guessed it, not staffed as usual. I attempted to go to Target .com to leave them a complaint but I guess they do not want to know how their customers feel because there is no complaint/comment area. I even typed in a search for complaint, they showed me some items they have for sale about complaints but they must not beilieve that anyone would have a complaint about them. Target...
