Very affordable for such lovely modern glassware for the holidays. I don't know what happened to the review I wrote of this place last year I guess it got eat by the matrix. Anyhoo, this is the closest Williams-Sonoma to moi & where all of my family shops. And there are 4 chefs in our family, so quite often. Dad bought a new house nearby so he is the closest to the Williams-Sonoma store now. I'm so jelly! He has now purchased a bread maker LOL Anyway, I love this Williams-Sonoma store for the kitchen tools & mixing bowls. I have several sets of mixing bowls I bought last year & I especially love my set of graters. Cheese, butter, chocolate, nutmeg, carrots, cabbage, I'm always grating something haha. I wear them completely out quickly, like I said I'm a grater haha. So I need new ones often. Anyway, the holidays are here! So I now need more wine glasses! Love the Schott Zwiesel Glasses & need some other styles now for moi perfect Elegant Southern style holiday table. So festive! Will return & often. Recommend.

More than the shopping, I appreciate the local pop-up features and classes offered at this Williams Sonoma location! I've recently stopped in to see and make purchases from two of my favorite local makers-- Guncles Gluten Free Bakery and The Paige Collection. I'm attending a cocktail making class tonight with Amanda, of the Lemon Baby blog and I'm stoked! This WS is, by far, the best!

I am still in the middle of my Prosource experience and will update this once my projects are…read morecompleted. But I wanted to share my experience thus far. ProSource was recommended to me by one of my contractors for a full bathroom remodel. I was assigned a designer, we set a meeting time and she spent 90 minutes with me reviewing the myriad of options available to me. In advance I had shared dimensions, current photos and my wish list. Aly was ready for me. Thankfully she had begun to pull together colors, patterns and textures before I arrived, letting me make decisions from a narrower list of options. It was a HUGE help and made putting together the "look" much easier. She was very knowledgeable about the various components of the design. From there we had a couple of hiccups and I would have preferred more timely communications, but keep in mind this is a bathroom remodel, not a to-go order of food. Over all, I am pleased with ProSource. My designer's input was valuable and time-saving. Once we get through this room, I will be back for other future projects.

Walked inside for at least an hour looking at everything and not once was I asked if I needed help. Did buy a couple things on sale, would never pay regular price there. Guy who brought my stuff to front had on shoes that were so old and beat his toes (no socks) were hanging out, clothes were filthy and pushed my table off his furniture truck down onto the parking lot asphalt. If my furniture wasn't rustic, I would have not purchased. Will never go back.

I contacted the manager, Junior. I asked about a warranty. His response was I can bring it back. My husband and I are in our 50s. We physically cannot pick it up and move it. Our sons had left to go home in other states. I had to file for repair request on the year warranty for something we had less than 30 days. And when the repairman came, he told us the fan was broke and the door was bent. He came back a week later to fix the fan and physically push the door frame back in. However, he said it will eventually stop working because it is too damaged. I spent $700+ on a fridge that is basically useless because it will eventually stop working. Yes, they can sell inventory that is damaged, like having dents. But, the item still has to work. I'm going to request my money back or a replacement (new) at their expense. I wanted to give others a heads up. IF you buy something from these people, make certain it actually works.
