It's been over a year since I have been in this location and this will be my last time in this location. Customer service is non existent and the attitudes of most/not all but everyone except the brand in young lady I spoke with are very rude and unpleasant to say the very least! The managers or supervisors etc act as if the customer is a bother. WE ARE THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB!!! I will go to the Clarksville location IF I shop at Target again. Newly remodeled. What is not to love about a Target, they could use some more smiling faces when you need help. Easy location to get in and out of. Grab some games. Grab some snacks. Grab more random wants and hope to get out for under 100 bucks. read more

It's Target! Target's great. It's always been there for us. Sure, it's better when we shop local. Chains are inherently less interesting than one-offs. But there is something to be said for a reliable and clean retail store. Target fits this bill as well as anyone. Some items will probably be a little more expensive than you like. Others will be cheaper. Such is life. I'm still bitter that the CD section is now almost non-existent, but I'm sure it's a good business decision. I gotta give a big shout out to Target Department store - the store manager, and Ms. Cathleen - I hope that's right, the lady needs a raise!!. TARGET.COM however, is a true NIGHTMARE!! If I didn't have the store to walk me through the process - I would have been lost!! There was no communication from Target.Com, until after I picked up my merchandise, they released the fund's prior to my purchasing the item -5 day's after I ordered - which would indicate that they could not fulfill the order generally - in this case it meant my order was ready. It also took the transaction 2 day's to process leaving me all that time with no proof of purchase, no warranty information - nothing, and money still in the bank!! So much more confusion than necessary!! Never Again!! All that for a PS4 at the end - I could have bought it 4 times over!! read more

It's Target so it's the same almost every where you go. The variations tend to be the quality of service and the general upkeep of the store. I like this location. It's not usually totally overpopulated and kept clean and tidy. The staff is helpful and friendly. Four stars for being able to get milk, pajamas, and a digital camera all at the same place. read more

I LOVE this location, as in this particular store. The staff have been consistently great over the years, are friendly, helpful and kind. Ditto the feeling about reviewing a Target store, but my experience there today makes it review worthy. This follows a similar great experience at the Target in Clarksville a couple of weeks ago. Today I was at the service desk to get a price adjustment. I had bought a tote bag there a week ago, hadn't used it yet, and it was on sale this week. When I got there I discovered that a tee that I'd purchased last week was also on sale this week. Phillip (and I plan to commend him to the manager) was so good with both adjustments. He went over and above and was so patient and kind through the whole process. He is a great representative of the store and I hope he is much appreciated! read more

I was there on my lunch hour and there was only one cashier lane open. I think this is problematic as many people stop by there during lunch. They have added self service lanes which I don't like, why should I have to check myself out. The price is still the same. read more

Leadership is lacking in this location. One team leader sits in the cafe during her entire shift and delegates over the radio. The other one talks down to customers and associates. No one wants to work with her due to her lack of professionalism and customer sstisfaction. read more
