I came here on a whim after brunching across the street and I'm soo glad I did!! My Yelp resolution for 2017 was to find new boutiques and this one screamed my name the moment I saw that gorgeous storefront. **Open the door and insert swoon** There were so many things to look at and so many adorable jewelry items I was completely overwhelmed and will definitely need another trip back to soak up all of the girly, preppy and polished items. What doesn't this store have?! Snarky mugs, preppy jewelry, Kentucky apparel (the state, not the team), homemade soaps, gorgeous one of a kind stationary, banners, scarves...I mean it's not a huge store but it doesn't feel the least bit crowded! Whether you are looking for a gift for your best friend, sister, college roommate or sorority sister this store really does have something for everyone. And they even have a section for men and children. Cute boutique! Mainly items for women and the home with smaller sections for men and kiddos. There is also a little section for birthdays with really cool number candles. The clothing is moderately priced, but still much cheaper than other local boutiques. Lots of cute home and kitchen items to browse through. Tons of jewelry, which I do think is a little steeper than I typically spend on trendy costume jewelry. Many choices of boutique candles. I love their selection of cups and bottles. Around Christmas time there are ornaments as well, mostly Kentucky themed. If you are looking for UofL or KY themed jewelry, they have a lot of options. Horrible customer service. I placed an order online on 12/22 and paid for expedited (2-3 days) shipping so that I would have the merchandise before we left for NYE. When I received the shipping confirmation on 12/23 it stated the item was shipped UPS. I called them several times with no answer so I left a voicemail and sent an email. When I got no response to either of these I called again on 12/27. Someone finally answered the phone. When I explained the situation all I got was a lame apology and refund for the shipping. How should have this been handled? Well, there were several options: 1. Offer a full refund (item + shipping) since the item was not going to arrive in time. 2. Check inventory to see if you had more in stock in the buyer's size and ship overnight with a return label to send the original item back. 3. Contact UPS to see if you could make it right. I've tried rerouting the original item at my own expense but now I'm thinking just to return altogether. But with almost 2 weeks of rain in CA I don't know if the item will be okay outside. In addition, this seller only offers store credit and I truly have no desire to give them any further business as they obviously lack attention to detail and customer service. read more

Wanted to like this boutique so bad. I had high hopes before I walked in but was disappointed. First thing I noticed was it is very very messy. Felt like a smaller, dirtier version of Forever21. Merchandise was cluttered on the shelves, front table had random items placed messily as well and don't even get me started on the clothes. Jagged hangers that didn't even match. And the clothes weren't even properly hung on the hanger and were wrinkly. Racks were packed with clothing and it's so hard to walk around in this store. It would NOT be easily accessible for someone with a wheelchair and a stroller. Overall, the untidiness and unappealing "organization" made it difficult to want to shop. I will not be back read more
