Visited this location today 4/4/26 around 8:30 PM, I stood in the self-checkout line at least 12 to 16 minutes. The line was extremely long. There was only one register with a cashier checking out. There was a female worker standing far back by the clothes, nowhere near the self-check-out registers. Watching everybody check out. I was paying attention to her because I was wondering why she didn't call someone to open an extra register. The line was backed up all the way to cosmetics. So all the while, I waited in line before me were only Caucasian people! So once I finally made it to a register, she instantly comes and stands feet behind me! Then while I'm waiting for the receipt to come out, she literally comes stand RIGHT NEXT to me and begins to act like she was organizing something! That's when I addressed her and I asked her name? She said her name was Nadia. I said let me tell you why I'm asking your name: I began to inform her while I stood in line between 12 to 16 minutes waiting for the checkout. She did not move while the Caucasians were checking out!! I told her you watched them check out as you stood all the way by the clothes. Then stressed to her but soon as I got to a register you/she walked and stood feet behind me. Telling her, I also noticed while I was waiting for my receipt, she stood RIGHT NEXT to me and was acting like she was organizing. I let her know that I was putting this on Google how she flat out directly racially profiled me and I won't tolerate being Discriminated! She instantly says Ma'am I'm sorry. I walked away, then she screamed loudly Ma'am I'm so sorry. By then everyone at the self-check-out was staring at her. I've had enough of being treated differently than others due to my race. I make over $33.00 an hour and here she is working at Target and has the nerves and audacity to profile me. After doing a Target run today, my car got stuck in the snow in the parking lot. I went back in and asked if anyone could help and everyone was so beyond kind and helpful! Three male employees with lots of muscle came out quickly and after a few minutes were able to push me out! They were so friendly and happy to do it and we shared some laughs and smiles! Stopped into this Target while I was already out in O'Fallon off of K. I had a return. It went smoothly. This location has a Starbucks in the front and a fresh new spot to make returns and pick up online orders. I walked around and ended up doing a little grocery shopping here. Big Sis and I came shopping August 10. Her needs focused in the grocery section, with a few pick-ups in the health & beauty aisles. She found everything she needed. I found more than what I needed, as this was an unexpected shopping trip. But I did find some powdered drink mixes on sale in the flavors I use, so I bought a boatload. And I found Hershey's caramel syrup -- something I've NEVER seen anywhere else, so I bought a boatload (an ingredient for numerous dessert recipes). Checkout was a breeze, and our checkout guy was quite amusing and entertaining. We both used our Red Cards. AND there are bins at the front of the store for recycling -- including small electronics, cords and phones. read more

This location deserves to be shut down. I walked in an hour before they closed and all of the employees stared at me like I killed their dog. And they didn't have any Halloween blankets so that was pretty disappointing as well. All in all, would not come back. read more

I didn't check my receipt until the next morning, and I noticed I was charged for items I did not purchase. Be sure to check your receipt before leaving the store!! I have to admit, I have never had a time where I didn't spend at least 50 bucks in any given Target. I absolutely love the place. It's like crack for me or something. I don't know. I sometimes wonder if I have a diagnosable shopping addiction when I'm here. For household shopping, clothes, food, STATIONERY, or any other little knick-knack you can think of - this is the place for you. Better by far than all of the other stores in this genre (Walmart, K-mart, Meijer...etc.) However, I can only give it 3 stars and here's why... Brides, do not waste your time registering at Target. Although their return policy is getting slightly better, I almost always have to yell at someone every time I am there. The sales people will either not take things off of your registry when someone purchases a gift or they will allow people to buy more items than what we've registered for (which is why we ended up with 20 salad plates instead of just 8.) If you like something there, just buy it for yourself. Don't bother putting it on your registry - it won't be there by the time your wedding rolls around. Any of the kitchen gadgets or cookware you want can be found (sometimes cheaper or at least better quality) at Bed Bath and Beyond (which I HIGHLY recommend). Not to mention, you'll be a little shocked after your royal treatment at BBB when some kid slaps a non-functional scanner across the counter at you and expects you to know what to do with it. Then he won't bother pointing out the free sodas & popcorn you get (in case you need some sustenance while you're registering) or the fact that half of the bar codes for stuff you want is in a huge packet they give to you in your "registry kit." So instead, you'll walk around the store aimlessly trying to find food storage containers when you never really had to. You know. Stuff like that. Just say no when it comes to registering. Then, once you're married, go back to buying that scarf that you know you won't wear. ("But it has a matching PURSE! And together they only cost TEN dollars!!!") read more

The self checkout line was a little long today and I really didn't want to take a lot of time with that as I had many small items. I opted for a cashier and found myself in line behind a lady with a week's worth of groceries. All of the lines seemed o be moving slowly. I didn't have to wait long, though, as an employee came out of nowhere and to the rescue and calling for assistance, assigning additional checkers to several lanes to assist and the outlook improved. Then, she got my attention and offered to personally assist me with my purchases, guiding me to an additional self-check, ringing up and totaling my purchases for me. Wow, I was out of there in no time, thanks to this employee. I inquired at the Returns desk and was told that the helpful and polite employee is a member of management and her name is Melissa. Thank you Melissa for stepping forward today to make sure that customers felt valued and taken care of...no wonder she is in management. There's a gal who knows how to manage! read more

My wife loves this target, but I am not so much of a fan. Nevertheless I still continue to come here and check in on Yelp. Because this is where we get a lot of things for our children I. E. Clothing diapers wipes. I like their selection of things for the home. I like the Nate Berkus line. But a lot of the stuff here at Target is just way too overpriced. At least the stores products are consistent. What has really led me to a disappointment with this particular target is the service that is upheld here. It doesn't seem like anybody is really willing to help you out the staff always looks like they are into their gossip. Especially up at the checkout lanes when you can clearly see staff chit chatting with other coworkers and not stepping in to check customers out. There has been too many instances where I am in massive lines and there were available workers to pick up a register, and yet they neglected you. The staff here used to be very helpful and awesome years back. I don't know what happened to this place , and what's surprising is it amongst middle aged and up adults. But like I said I'll be forced to come here for holiday deals another whatever but things that my wife loves to get here. In the meantime I'll be thinking about other more valuable places for my clothing and furniture accents materials... Like gordmans across the street... read more

Fabulous pharmacy staff at this location. OK, maybe people don't always say this about their pharmacy but sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name. Staff has been super helpful with everything from special ordering items to suggesting the best flavor to add to some yucky medicine so my 4-year-old will not spit it back in my face. read more

Every time I go to this store there is a problem. Once, their red card machine was broken at a register but they didn't tell anyone. It was a busy day and I had waited 15 minutes in line and all I had was my red card. I left a cart full of soda at the register. Another time they had miss-priced some lunch meat, the service desk refused to go back and see the error on the shelf so I returned the meat, the woman at the return desk started hassling me about having to throw it away and telling me it was a waste....so I returned all the rest of the cheese and meat I had bought. There have been other problems but these two were the worst. Take the extra time and go to the Hwy N location. That location cares about the customers. read more

It's a little disorganized in the store. There's not really a customer service desk it's more like one that does returns and purchases which is confusing. I see what others have said about not enough people helping but they work fast. I posted a picture from the unisex bathroom over by pharmacy with swears in the writing and it hadn't been checked since the morning before. I understand it probably doesn't get a ton of foot traffic but that's still gross. And sadly I didn't see many employees out and about. So if I had a question I would have had to search for one. But the ones I did see were friendly. Small things but noticeable. read more

I shop at target for the clothes. I'm a full-time college student and think their selection and prices are pretty good. Their sales are good, and seem to have one going on all the time. I've bough a few purses there, but they only hold up about 3 months - but I use them hard. They have a starbucks in the store - which is a winner for me as well. I like that I can shop for a shirt or two, grab and itunes card, and a coffee all in one place. read more
