We live 1400 miles away and use their services when we are visiting Iowa. Patty (who's been there 9 years) made sure that we got in on a deal that was better than our insurance and assisted us patiently in selecting great frames. Several employees have been there a long time so it must be a good place to work. One of the newer guys spent time assuring a good fit when we picked up.

I explained that I never would have posted a review except receiving a solicitation from them. I do appreciate the follow-up, and the caller seemed sincere. I hope my experience will be taken to heart, so others won't be told to go home and get used to faulty lenses. After they grudgingly reseated my lenses, I wear them still. New optometrist determined a few weeks ago that these glasses from EyeCare Pavilion are fine, needing no update after nearly a year. I love the frames. Miss Dr. Corry.

I'm wearing a multi folcal daily in one eye for mid-to close vision and an extended wear in the other eye for distance. This is the odd arrangement that was needed to make it possible for me to get the vision I needed while still being able to wear contact lenses. This is the kind of personal care I got to make my vision 20/20 conisdering my personal needs caused by a conglomeration of variables. He could have thrown up his hands and said, "Oh, well. Guess you can't wear contacts anymore." No. He found a way to make them work for me. I watched him let another lady bring her her kids into the exam room in the grocery cart because everyone was content and he wanted to keep them that way. He made it easier for them instead of himself. He's awesome!
