As a new patient, I had to fill out a short paper intake form. There were two patients ahead of me and I was called in to see the doctor about twenty five minutes after I arrived. Doctor Sindhu is very kind and friendly. He cleaned off the assessment machine before I sat down. He was pretty efficient and answered all my questions. After he dilated my pupils, I had to wait 20-25 minutes for the final exam during which time, he attended to another patient. The wait was a bit longer than I would've preferred but not too bad. The office itself is small with no frills. There's seating for ten people and a restroom. No fancy decor but it was clean and neat. There is only one examination room. They sell glasses frames in the office. Their selection seemed a bit small but they have all the major styles. Great option for eye care in the neighborhood!

No eye drops to dilute my eyes and make walking home in the morning a nightmare. I stared into a machine and followed the prompts by the nurse. The machine took a 3D picture of my eye so the optometrist could really see how healthy my eyes truly was. After that, I did the lens test, read from a chart, then done.
