My experience with the front desk employees was actually quite good, unlike what the other reviews…read moresay. Chanel, the representative who was assigned to me, helped me find glasses that could fit my budget within the limitations of my own prescription. (For example, I couldn't wear big lenses with such a thick prescription unless I got a thinner, more expensive glass.--not covered in the 2 pairs/$49 sale.) Those are the glasses that people are complaining about...prices somehow climbing into the $400 range even during a sale. So, if you know what your bottom line is, what you're willing to pay, and you get a patient person like Chanel willing to help you navigate the shelves of on-sale frames, you may actually be happy with what you get. I was able to figure out how to get 3 pairs of glasses (2 regular vision, 1 reading glasses) for $100. Nothing fancy, but useful. The only suggestion I have for the store is that customers should be told that the pair of demo glasses they finally settle on buying will actually be the same glasses that they plucked off the wall--there is no distinction between "demo" and "your glasses"--the demo glasses will become your glasses, even after dozens of customers have pawed through the frames and tried them on and day after day. New glasses frames don't come from the factory to be made into your glasses...they just use what they have on site, as pawed-through as they are. So, pick wisely--the glasses that look like they're in good shape. And pick Chanel if she's working that day. She is friendly, professional, and seems quite knowledgeable. (The doctor, Kathleen Nadler, DO, also seemed very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.)

Extremely bad customer experience by staff and management, very unprofessional and cheap quality…read moreframes, and dirty frames I reviewed my experience of getting my first pair of glasses (TERRIBLE). 1 I received a pair of glasses that make me see double. I told them before I took the glasses home, but I was told I have to get used to them, but still I cannot see. When I called, the staff was rude to me, speaking to me rudely.
