they have employees that do not know what they are doing and have no customer service skills at all- customer definitely does not come first here and they do not take care of their mistakes- then after refusing to take care of the mistake on the receipt act condescending and tell you even though their receipt rang up an item that was 3/$18 at $7.24 each that they will only refund you $6.00 a piece and will not do the price adjustment even though the receipt states a different amount. I even added it up on a damn calculator for them showing them at the higher price the subtotal before tax etc matched so I was actually charged the higher price. Then when asking for the actual store manager they claim they are the store manager which I doubt. read more

I frequently do my weekly grocery shopping as a pick up order. Its so simple to order online Saturday night and wake up in the morning to my email saying my order is ready. I swing by and collect my groceries and have them put away before church. Love the convenience! On ocassion I will have a missing item, but that is easy to mark and request a refund. They make the process very easy. Been doing this for months now. Wish I started earlier!! read more

Massive store compared to those I visit on the West Coast. I love the expansive produce area. It's so easy to navigate. The cosmetic area is also well illuminated and very modern. Children's toys are a bit cramped but so many choices and most are sorted by age which I liked. Was very clean with respect to carts and check out areas. Not a lot of sidewalk options for pedestrians coming from the south. read more

The store itself is nice, service is not. Scheduled pickup at this location because they had more items in stock than Coon Rapids and no notice was sent that the store was closed. I get to drive up and see the signs so I park and walk up to the doors and they are blocked with carts at 2pm on a Wednesday. Talked to a team member and they said to come back around 4, during rush hour. Should have just went to the closer store and had the out of stock items shipped to me instead of wasting an hour driving back and forth. They could have sent a notice when I marked "on my way" in the app at the very least. read more

This is my absolute favorite Target location. It's not the closest to me to travel to, but I go to it anyway. The parking lot is intuitive and never overly full. This is because it only shares the space with one other store, and because this Target is likely out of the way for most people and so it has more of a small neighborhood store feel to it, despite it being a large Super Target. The fact that Target has now added Drive Up makes my life so much easier. I tried it for the first time today and it was such a smooth process. read more

This target location is seriously the best one ever. I think it's the biggest one we have in Minnesota and they have everything you can think of! It's usually not packed, there's always a decent amount of lanes open in addition to the self checkout lanes, and this store is always so clean. They always have a lot of cookies in the bakery section for my daughter to get a free cookie, there's never been a time that she wasn't able to have one because they were out. The shelves are always so nicely stocked and so beautifully organized! It took a couple weeks to get used to the new layout of the store after the remodel but it's really great now that I've gotten used to it. Their carts already have 2 built in cup holders which is awesome because they have a Starbucks and a cafe there where you get drinks. read more

I love this target for the most part. Staff are always nice and follow covid guidelines. However, there was an incident yesterday afternoon where another costumer without a face-mask was harassing my fiancé and I. One regarding her not having to wear a mask and two on the Spanish ad regarding wearing a face-mask. I knew this women wanted attention and I was not going to give it to her but she continued to follow us. I did report her to a staff member and I know that there is limits on telling "non-mask believers" go wear one but when it comes to them harassing other customers there should be a policy in which they should be removed. I kept on shopping on and saw that another family Not wearing a mask was harassing another women. So stay safe. read more

I usually don't mind this target, but most times I don't have to interact with the employees besides at the checkout. Today i was looking in the electronics department and asked the man working there a couple of questions, I was polite and as I was walking away he started making rude comments about customers and all there questions and having to help them!! I walked across to the Lego section and the security person walked by and asked him how it was going tonight and he was like i want to put up a sign telling customers to go away!!! If you don't like help customers then get into a different position where u don't have to have so much interaction with them, I get it's the holidays and there are probably a ton more people asking questions but come on!! read more

Target has become our family favorite shopping destination. Now that we have moved to Minnesota our family really loves Target for shopping - now groceries in addition to general goods, pharmacy, cleaning supplies, clothes. It's one stop shopping for everything. Our family really loves this store because it is walking distance from our home. My daughter just purchased her first time glasses at Target for 60% off. I was amazed how organized this store was during the recent Black Friday sales. I also think this store has the friendliest staff - fantastic customer service that makes me want to come back on a regular basis. read more

An associate at this location is racially profiling customers. There are limits on trading cards at the moment and a friend of mine went in on his lunch break to purchase some cards following the limit guide lines as the signage instructed. He was stopped at self check out and was told he had been talked to already twice today, he had not this was his first time in the store today. The associate would not listen to him and insisted it was him, the associate had security escort him out of the store. Maybe instead of racially profiling your customers you should document the name of customers that are abusing the system. Incredibly disappointed to hear that this happened at A Target of all places. read more

Target website says they have an item in stock. Call and call and call and call, every department in the store, no one answers. Get to the store, inform the supervisor that no one answers the phone at this store. Then he goes to look for the in stock item, and guess what? It's not in stock. Even his inventory gadget said it was in stock. Unbelieveable. I don't understand how, with today's technology, they can't keep their website up to date, let alone their own inventory devices. They gave us the wrong customers bag, we had my daughters bday today so needed stuff from our order and living in Zimmerman, didn't have an extra 30min to go back because her party was starting. What's worse in my mind is that they never called or did anything to try and reach out about it today. Every single time without fail that I go to this location I can NEVER go through the check out lanes without issues. The past 3 times alone I have been double charged, not able to use my gift cards, or told that I can't use my temporary red card. Not only am I having issues but the staff are negligent to even apologize for the issues. I'm just another customer through the lane and it is so frustrating. Needless to say I will be canceling my red card and shopping elsewhere from now on. I've definitely had enough of being brushed off and made to spend more money than I can afford due to lack of staff knowledge or technical difficulties. read more

For years we have been going to this Target location, but within the last 2 years it seems to be managed poorly. On my trip today I did not see one person in grocery stocking. There were gaping holes on the shelves where things should be. In recent weeks I have asked a worker for help only for them to either ignore me or go to look for an item and never come back. I dont know what has changed but I want the old Target back. read more

While coming into this store I had trouble finding many things, the important foods were all scattered. I asked a couple employees about where things are and got multiple answers like; "I don't know" and let me ask somebody else. Finally after spending about 1.5 - 2 hours shopping the cashier to help me was very rude. While making snippy comments on the items I chose, in between scanning and paying she went on her phone for a couple minutes while i just sat there waiting to pay. I Finally said something to her and gave her a lesson. If you see a young, brunette girl shes a complete waist of your time and will make you feel bad about yourself. I love this target so much, but the technology department needs to have an updated education on iPhones and their cases. I went in looking for a case for an iPhone 8+. There is a specific case that I was looking for and they have it in stock, but only for the 6+. Now for all of you that are unaware, the 6+ and the 8+ are 2 generation apart so there is some major differences. The 6+ has a headphone jack and the 8+ does not. That means that part of the speaker that is there now would be blocked by the case. The 8+ also has a much larger camera. I was told that a case for a 6+ would work just fine on my 8+ even though my camera would be half blocked off and I wouldn't be able to use the flash on it. Oh and don't forget about the blocked speaker. When I asked if they had any of that specific case for the 8+ I was told in a very sassy, somewhat rude voice, that it would work just fine on my phone. So, in conclusion, if you need help from the technology department, don't go here, go to the Monticello target. I went there and even though I was told that they only had the 6+ size, my concerns about it were taken into account and the employee tried to help me, even though I didn't end up buying it there. read more
