The Starbucks in here is great, very clean and organized. Staff are friendly. Customer service staff is ok.

Service at electronics counter was prompt and polite. We went to Starbucks in store and had great experience there as well. Great customer service and drinks were made perfectly. Worst department store I have ever been in will not go back - poor selection - employees are very unprofessional - also they refused to support the local police "kids shopping" experience. Went to buy a small Keurig. Found it on sale in Target. the price displayed on the top of the shelf was $47.99. Apparently the price had changed, but they had not pulled the posted price displayed. The manager would not honor the price displayed and stated he would give a 10% discount on the price of $69.77. Word of advice to anyone else. Take a picture of the display. After looking up this situation, it stated by law the store had to honor the posted lower price. Lesson learned :( read more

I am glad that all the employees are super close friends. They chit chat, laugh and carryon with great glee. Oh take care of customers? Something strange is happening with Pokemon items at this location.Wednesday morning Pokemon item are being sold at customers service usually after being brought by some employee at about 8:30 am.Most of us organize line at about 5 am or even earlier depending on release date.Usually at the opening line already consists of 30-40 people.Used to be -depending on a day -5 or more various pokemon sets , 15-20 Elite trainer boxes or Deluxe boxes, Premium Collection boxes, tin boxes,etc..etc.Came today after 2 and a half months of ansence.Was 10th at 5 am.At abiut 8:30 am some employee rolled in a large cart with numerous boxes in all 3 levels, opened one if them-took out 2 boxes, set them aside, opened lid of another one, closed it down, opened 3rd-took out 6 or seven Special Collection boxes, hansed them to the customer service lds, then took out a couple of dozen of single packs , kind which are not people going to stay in line for , and left taking all the remaining boxes back.Thus only first 6 or 7 customers were abke to make a purchase.Two boxes set aside I saw being carried out by a couple of guys ( they were in carton box-hidden from the rest of us).What happened to the rest if the boxes? I refuse to believe that whole store received only 6 or 7 items ( packs do not count) ! Something us shady, to me-it means that Pikemon stuff us being purchased by store employees ans later sols on internet or to peoole they know.Unfortunately -this happens in too many pkaces , especially were managers are nit up to the task...to say the least. read more

Palm coast Super Target is always clean and well organized! The staff has never been an issue and always is willing to help if you have a question or finding an item. This location is usually pretty quite due to its size and less chaotic like the other super store in town. The Starbucks inside is usually not busy so you can grab a nice cold coffee while you shop. The only issue with this store can be the lack of open registers which causes long lines or having to use self check out. read more

The selection of your produce and the lack there of honestly is the worst in the state. The prices you charge for produce is not value priced whatsoever. The service of the produce dept should be replaced with capable management. I'm not talking team lead I'm speaking directly to management. Target is headed down the drain as long as their produce dept exists with the current management. Who by the way has been an employee a while. What is the problem!! I have useEd the pharmacy for many years. Buddy is spectacular and very helpful. He always has a smile and a kind word For the customers. I am here to say Logan is horrendous. First she ignored me when I was waiting in line. She turned her back and went to the rear of the pharmacy. Second she threw my license at me after scanning. I have a very long fuse and also have worked customer service my entire life. Myfuse extinguished today. I am done with her awful treatment of the customers. I was taught to treat people as human beings. She is rude and does not care at all for any customer. read more

On 3 separate occasions, bulk Bartlett pears displaying $1.69 per pound were charged at $2.29/lb at checkout. Beefsteak tomatoes displayed $1.99/lb. Checkout charged $2.19/lb. This overcharge occurred using self-check out, and I brought it to staff's attention to correct the price. Today, I tried going through a cashier line and did not take the time to confirm the price on my receipt until arriving home. There were several customers waiting in line behind me, and I mistakenly did not check the charges on my receipt for accuracy. Prices displayed in the produce section should be properly charged at checkout to retain customer satisfaction. read more

Yet, their St. Augustine and Daytona Beach stores (just above and below us) has those items showing in stock on their website. And, they will not allow us to order these items on-line. Great shopping experience and I actually enjoyed shopping at this Super Target, until I got to the checkout lines which reminded me of WalMart, only two lines open and fifteen people waiting to leave. The merchandise in the electronics department appeared to be haphazardly thrown on the shelves without a care in the world. I noticed employees putting items back on the shelves (one employee placed food items in the kitchen department) in the wrong locations. The best part about the visit, seeing the Starbucks at the front of the store. read more

Shelf price tags not being updated. Some items scanned up to 30 cents higher than the price tag on shelf. This has happened in the grocery department. Have filed a complaint with consumer affairs in FL. No reply. Check the items you buy because you will probably pay more than the shelf tag price. Where is the manager? Why is this allowed to happen? Stores always clean, in Trinity and Ormond Beach. The one in Ormond Beach is a really terrific dressing room lady. She went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for, but Target did not have. The only problem I have a Target, is they do not have a large selection of plus size clothing and the outfits are not very attractive. read more

I orderd pickup at target palm coast town center on teusday Sept 20 ,2022 got some items plus 4 chobani greek youart vanila and wife drove up and picked the up the same day I hurt my foot so I could not go when later in the day i went to youart they were single sering cups, the date horrified me 1 said Augest 21.2022, and the second one had same bad date and the 3 one had Augest 31, the 4 had Sept 21 i was very upeat you can get really sick eating-month-old youart and why are they even have this on the shelf went to but my biggest concern its target did not care at all,,thye made me fell like a criminal the guy said it only happens to me, it has 3 times 3,-day old susage that the same guy ii bring back the susage walked over to meat case he had to pull 12 packes sick please becaeful when haveing food picked up to check all the date they dont care thye just grab any thing and throw it your bag I got bad bannas dented cans same day old big pack chicken breast so check on your family and loved one old folks please check there food ,,eating a month old youart could you real sick ... read more

Very large store. Could be cleaner. Cashiers are helpful, but there are never enough of them, especially at night. When the store first opened their customer service was excellent and there was always a front end manager to keep things moving. Not so much anymore. I guess they are cutting back like everyone else. Seems to be well stocked . Prices are not competitive with Sams or WM. I go there when I just cannot put up with the crowds at Wallymart. read more

Went to buy a Keurig coffee maker....knife set and new pot...got home, the new pot is an old pot...cleverly disguised as a new pot...burnt on the bottom...LOL...and the pkg says it is red..someone wasn't paying attention when this was brought back..and we weren't paying attention when we bought it...old, used and not even the same brand....how in the heck did this get back on the shelf....also we bough these pods ? two of them for the Keurig and neither of them work worth a darn...correction..one of them works...the other now...I should have just bought the 20 dollar Mr. Coffee like I wanted to...but no my lady wanted this fancy machine..me, I'm not a fan.. read more

I will never nor would I ever recommend the Optical Section to anyone. I bought a pair of very nice glasses (Armani) a year ago. I opted for theanti-reflective coating. I declined the protection plan because the glasses even at 50% off were $260.00. I'm a senior and on SS. The guy who waited on me a year ago and then again today, I believe his name is Paul, would not help me and his explanation was, "Well, it WAS a year ago." For the price I paid for these glasses, this anti-reflective coating is put on by the company and shouldn't be coming off after just a year. I don't care whether I paid for their protection plan or not. I thought the guy had a terrible attitude. Never again. read more

We went in to the store 3 days after my grand daughter purchased a item that the store price matched from Walmart, because it wasn't the same color that Walmart had in stock today, they would not price match. Walmart offered both colors and was out of the one color we wanted. Poor customer service, they did not stick to the price match policy like they state. They only price match on line only, which Walmart had in store the same price. POOR attitude too. They lost a 100.00 sale. Don't go in there for price match!!! read more

The only thing I don't like about Super Targets is that they make me sad we don't have one in St. Augustine. This is another prime example of why Target is WAY better than Wal-Mart in every way.One stop shopping- clothes, cleaning supplies, groceries, everything for your daily life, all in a clean, well-stocked environment. How can I ever go back to a Target Greatland or God forbid, a regular Target after seeing this awesomeness???? So much easier to get everything here and almost never have to venture anywhere else. While the food section doesn't have EVERYTHING, frankly, it is still a Target so I adjusted my expectations and was very very happy.
