We had three appliances with concerns, but David quickly determined one did not actually need repair, another would not be worth repairing because the replacement unit was so expensive, and the third required a new motor which was replaced with an OEM unit that he had on the truck.

Quite some time back they took out all the lights in the small tools section so now you cannot see anything when looking through those aisles especially at small print on sockets or drill bits etc, but whatever... Yesterday I went in to purchase a new shower head. A relatively simple task except the assortment they used to have on display is about 1/3 of what it once was and the actual inventory even less than that. The one shower head I actually liked and wanted to purchase was displayed with a QR code to purchase "ONLINE ONLY". This is not only ridiculous I mean because I intend to walk out of the store with a part in my hand, but downright stupid. If I have to purchase an item online and have it delivered I am going to use Amazon to get it cheaper and delivered faster which BTW is EXACTLY what I did. I went home, did a quick search, clicked a couple buttons and now Amazon is reaping the benefits of Home Depot not having my shower head in stock. Great business model Home Depot...

There was a problem with everything they delivered. The cherry on top was that they stood us up in an empty house for 4 hours on Memorial Day, after sending texts and emails that they were coming. In fact, they woke us up at 6 AM reminding us of the delivery. We will NEVER again buy anything at Lowe's. This is ridiculous and very unsettling. Do something about it before you go bankrupt for not knowing how to treat your customers.

She lost wages from work to stay home waiting for him. He called her at the time he was scheduled to arrive for the first appointment stating he has gout and won't be coming (instead of calling the day before). He rudely instructed her not to contact him but to contact the rental manager to reschedule. Over a month later he rescheduled another visit and did not show, and did not respond to calls or texts. There were no apologies. We were affected as well taking time out of our day to wait with her. Meanwhile it's been two months of a non-working washer and having to launder elsewhere costing more money and time. So disappointing to see such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a local business. Please go elsewhere.
