Every time I come here they either cancel my Starbucks order, close it early or have a major attitude! I feel really bad for the older lady that works there with that young guy. The store in Peachtree City Ga is Absolutely the worst store I have ever been in. No associate at any check out. Self check up backed up because no associate was available. The store normally is a wreck. Spoke to the on duty manager to get someone to come over and he wad an arrogant smartelice. No one came. I asked when the gm or store manager would be in and the on duty manager said he could not release that info..which was a lie. This location needs an overall and some training on customer service. If I wad the manager, the on duty manager would not have a job after this. Called target corporate and spoke with someone there. Beside the attitude and smartelicness of the on duty manager I probably would have not called corporate but it was that bad !!! read more

This Target has always been clean and neat, had a great selections and managed well. They've also had amazing service at the drive up shopping. They've recently rearranged and updated the store- However, some of the changes aren't improvements. Today at 1pm there were huge rolling shelves, large boxes spilling out goods into the floor of aisles and carts with employees restocking & reorganizing. I struggled to navigate the aisles and in some cases couldn't get even get to the merchandise I came to shop for. Employees seemed oblivious to the fact that they should yield to customers or heaven forbid ask if they needed assistance. Couldn't & shouldn't this be done in later less busy hours??? Also, there a far less lanes opened with cashiers available to what???? ASSIST CUSTOMERS. Target in PTC has had a good thing going for a long time. I hope this updated doesn't mean down grading which is exactly what it appears to be happening. read more

Very clean store! Great star bucks! Self serve Che k out attendant was very helpful and he was very knowledgable.

Picked up an item I ordered online and the greeting I received was something like "what you got?" and I showed them my barcode for the item I was picking up. The girl then turned away. After a few minutes, she returned with my item, handed it to me and kept walking. I had said thank you but she didn't even look my way. With all that said, the customer service skills are lacking and do not leave a positive impression on the Target experience. The whole customer service area is also in disarray. Makes me not want to go back to the store. Used to be a great Target but not anymore. read more

This store is selling Stouffer's Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce, and most likely other frozen products, that have been completely thawed, refrozen and returned to the freezer to be sold. I have bought enough of these items to know what thawed and refrozen looks like. I've received no response from my experience survey, and I am looking to submit a complaint to corporate. read more

Compared to the target in Fayetteville. This target is very much lacking. We are very lucky to have two targets in this county and it is surprising that the target in the "more fancy side of town" is so rundown. However, on the positive side: I really like the drive up option and they have golf cart parking which is cool. They also have a small section for groceries, but that can often be unreliable. The store is mostly run by your typical associates and it is best to rely on your app to find what you need and where it is. the value is OK as long as you're a circle member, which is their membership thing. Another thing I appreciate is the ability to do returns. As long as I have the digital receipt I usually can return anything. Overall it is a pretty general place to get goods like casual clothes and beauty items. read more

Saturday was my day to go everywhere so why not add Target to the list. I was supposed to be going to Kroger but of course we spotted this Target and since we were looking for hubcaps why not check here. As soon as I entered the store the door checkpoint alarm system let off a very loud noise. No one even bothered to look my way so I kept it moving. The store is very clean and orderly. Well organized and very quiet. Why is it that Target stores are quiet. It's almost as if you walk on pudding in that store. The floors make no noise. Shelves are neatly stock with merchandise on sale, clearance and even discontinued closeout items. I took my time looking for closeout and clearance items. I had a ball doing that and found some good stuff. The cashier was uber friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the place. read more

I made an online order and when I went to pick up the Pillow they gave me the wrong pillow. When I went to return the pillow back to the store the cashier call Karen was hasty & rude to me. As a result they've definitely lost a valued customer. read more

Needs music but I like this target and come here a lot. It's always clean and well stocked.

I am constantly shocked and disappointed at the disarray of this store. The shelves are disorderly, piles of items laying on the floor, and carts full of items seem left in aisles for weeks at a time. The last 2 times I've visited this store the same re-stocking cart full of random items has been blocking the Magnolia bedding aisle. I'm totally aware of a worker shortage but I just don't understand why that means nothing is ever straightened up. read more

The service at this target is always a bad experience for me but today was humiliating. I went to self checkout because the lines at the registers were long. I checked myself out and had an item with a red marker on it so I walked to the side of the service desk to ask an employee to take it off for me. As I walked over Ms. Karen was helping an member so I waiting until she got finished and I had to say excuse me 3 times before she acknowledged me and she proceeded to tell me wait and walked off and when she came back she greeting me with an attitude and after she helped, had a smart remark to say to the other member as I left. Very unprofessional and I wait patiently and I don't know if I get this kind of service because I look young (I'm 26 btw) but they seem to only respect the elder. read more

We just moved here from California (literally yesterday) and we are so happy to be close to Target. My daughter and I stopped in for a quick treat and to get new house items. We were so excited to see that this Target still has the Pizza Hut express! We've missed it from our Old Targets. Anyways, we were starving and ordered a pizza combo. It was made fresh so we had to wait the 8 minutes. When we went back to the counter after the 8 minutes our pizza had been taken by another customer. I just want to give a shout out and thank you to Liza at the cafe who took care of us promptly and took responsibility for the mistake even though it wasn't her fault. Whoever hires for this Target picks the worst people imaginable. I called and the person had it on speaker so all store noises blaring in my ear. When I asked her to take me off speaker she said she couldn't because of Coronavirus. I understand things r crazy but when I called back others answered the phone. And u can clean with disinfectant and have one person answering so no germs are spread. When dealing with employees here - they just don't care. I want to honor them for working during Coronavirus but they aren't helping or being helpful - opposite. We got hit by a tornado in the middle of this pandemic and I needed emergency supplies - the employees acted like they didn't care and were completely tone deaf and had ZERO interest in helping me find what I needed. I asked another employee a question about a product and she screamed the answer at me. The staff I have encountered here are horrible. I'd fire the HR department and get a hiring manager that can pick up eat industrious people. read more

I am a single Mom and went to Target to buy stuff for Easter, nowhere was it posted or was I told that they were not excepting returns due to COVID-19, I live paycheck to paycheck... when I went to go return the stuff that was not used for Easter I was informed that they are not taking returns at this time but would take it back when "All this was over"... I'm really glad other people may have money to be able to wait 4-6 months for their money back but I don't... when I expressed my dislike of this I was told it was posted on their website. read more

Too long / didn't read version: Pharmacy couldn't fill prescription because they don't keep it in stock; instead they pulled the name brand from the shelf, and told me I'd have to buy it at full purchase price. Full Story: Had a prescription sent there by the doctor. It was an over-the-counter type drug. The pharmacy couldn't fill the generic name because they don't keep it in stock. The generic name is covered by my (and most) health insurance plan. Instead of advising my wife (who didn't know any better) that the prescription could be filled under a health care plan by a place that keeps it in stock, the pharmacist simply went out to the shelf and told my wife she would have to purchase the items. I called the pharmasist and informed they should give full disclosure on issues like this. All the pharmasist had to say to my wife: "We don't carry this in our pharmacy stock, therefore you will have to pay. Most stand-alone pharmacies do carry this. Would you still like to purchase this here?" Some people are on fixed incomes, every dollar matters. When I told the pharmasist this, she did not agree. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Angry and disappointed. A few weeks ago I went into my local target to did tennis balls to play tennis with my friends. Once I got to the tennis courts I realized that my tennis balls were flat. Sometimes these things happen I was not too mad at that point, until I went back again to buy more tennis balls and those were also flat. The disappointment did not come in until I decided to call Target to explain my frustration with my products and see if I can get help. I pressed 2 (for speak to departments) then 7(for toys and other items) I spoke with a woman (didn't get her name) and not only was she unhelpful but she was very rude while I was being very nice. When it seems like so many of the retailers are trying extra hard to improve the shopping experience in having service reps on hand to help you go to where the item you are looking for is, Target seems to be falling into the "walmart" big-box trap of too many employees who could care less. Maybe it unique to this Target, but we were looking for basic sewing supplies and were sent to two different places by two different reps we asked to help us locate sewing kits and never did find what we were looking fore. read more

Me and my friends were hanging out and played hide and seek. We understood that we could get and trouble and when we did we stoped. The speaker was playing music and I started dancing. One of the workers got very angry for no reason. She argued with us and when we walked away she the proceeded to follow us. We were talking about her and laughing. She was eves dropping and then got mad at us for talking about her being ridiculous. The the other staff were professional but she was insane. Would not recommend with staffing like this. read more

This Target is great! The service is decent. Be careful buying alcohol. I guess not all employees here have a license to ring alcohol up and it holds up the line. By far the best, cleanest, most consistent Target in the area. The catered merchandise to local schools/companies and the ultra friendly Apple-like service makes this my de facto shopping center. It's vicinity to The Avenue is particularly useful, and, since it's in Peachtree City, it's easily accessible to walking and golf cart trails. read more

I walked into Target tonight to get a handful of things for my daughters party tomorrow. Not one employee acknowledged that I was in the store. Never asked if I needed help finding anything. Over the loud speaker I heard "the stores closing in 16 minutes...." "The stores closing in 5 minutes.....". I grab one last needed thing and hurried to the registers. I'm second in line to check out. At 10:00 on the dot they turned all the lights off. I asked the nice associate checking me out if they normally turned the lights off on their customers while they are checking out. The nice cashier said "I'm not really sure" like she was embarrassed about it. I was checked out at 10:01. I run a business of my own. I understand the logistics behind everything. Obviously the management tonight needs to learn about customer service. By far the rudest experience with a Target EVER. read more
