Traveling and forgot some essentials (per usual!) and needed to grab some snacks. This Target location is in a plaza with shops and eateries for the entire family, which made it the perfect Target "home base" during our vacation. Uh uh! No ma'am! That was horrible! Target doesn't get THAT busy to where the restrooms should be left unattended like this! We stopped here before heading home and i regretted having to use the ladies room after I saw how neglected it was! There was something going on in pretty much each stall. If not a wet floor, there was toilet paper sprawled everywhere. If not that, the floor was being used as a waste receptacle. I'm used to some Walmart restrooms looking like this but as much as people live by "Tarjhay", their restroom upkeep doesn't live up to their bougie name. ...So disappointed read more

For those eagerly awaiting spooky season - they only have some candy out so far and items in the bullseye area up front . It's still in transition from back to school . I mostly came here to check out the Halloween selection, so i didn't do much else. This definitely feels like a larger target. They have tons of home items and a lot of themed college- dorm decor. I'm a frequent flyer here mostly for curbside pick up. I've rarely experienced an issue with picking up my order. It's ready on time (w/in their two hour window). On occasion it may be a long wait if it's high traffic time and most of the spots are filled up. Majority of the time my items are in stock. And I love the coupons and shopping incentives (gift cards for regular purchases). read more

If there is a Target near by I've likely been to it! Yeah, I admit I may have a Target addiction. Which is why I need to remember to review locations I've shopped at. Bare with me yelpers! This Target is located in a shopping center (Pearland Shopping Center). Usually pretty busy, but they provide plenty of parking. It was hair wash day in my household a few days ago and I've been wanting to try Tabitha Brown's Donna's Recipe products (Love her!). I've previously purchased some of Tabitha's other products and was pleased. Honey, Aunty Tab (in my head) can have all my money. I knew this would be no different! Side bar: I'm so glad to see that Target supports a VARIETY of companies that offer quality hair care products for women of color. To start, I love the packaging of the product. The shampoo lather was great and it smelled amazing! My daughter's hair felt so soft. It also put me at ease knowing I was also using safe (100% vegan) products in her hair. The store aisles were organized and clean. The only reason this store is getting 3 stars is because the clothing section could use some TLC by offering more inventory. Ok, I had to make a Target run to get my eggs, because the competitors have been slacking in my egg department and you must understand, because I eat vegan, it can't just be any old egg. Either way, they been the one place that seems to consistently have them. So Target, thank for being consistent when no one else is. Some stores, have not had a supply in weeks! However it's checkout time now and I find myself making that quick dash through the self checkout and this is when your dash gets slowed a little. I approached one scanner and it was out of order and then another the same, which means now you have to wait, until someone else is finished, just after you thought the wait was over. What's important is me having eggs for breakfast, just in case you need a quick recipe these make a nice egg and potato hash mix. Bye-Bye! read more

I am surprised I haven't reviewed this Target yet as I have visited this Target countless times over the years. We have had ok experiences in the past, both in store and ordering online for pickup. We haven't had much interaction with employees, despite our numerous visits. Items needed have been out of stock about 50% of the time... even if online they'll say they're in stock. Prices are ok. I check their app for deals before heading to the store. I have saved SO MUCH $$ by using their deals. (Buying Christmas gifts in the middle of the summer to save 50% on certain toys including $200 Rainbow High dollhouses for $100!) On our visit today, my husband was approached by 2 separate people asking him for money. Unfortunately, this made us extremely uncomfortable. read more

Well, it's a Target. Debatable if it's a good one. The selection of items is significantly less than other Super Targets, habitually under stocked, and under staffed. Check your receipts as the price can be incorrect frequently. I do believe this Target has potential but lack of variety and organization are huge limitations. read more

First of all, they have the dirtiest restrooms. Always out of toilet paper and just dirty after someone has checked off they have just cleaned them. They never smell clean. Management needs to check in on this. I like the store but there is not a lot of variety in the clothing. So much of the same thing but in different colors. Want people to be able to shop there, then open up the variety of clothing. A 40 year old mom is not going to wear crop tops like a 17 year old and even if she does she doesn't want to all the time. This is the worst Target, drive to a different location. Items are picked over, way too crowded, and they only have 3 regular check out lanes open, plus the self check out. I guess they want ppl to use self checkout but they had one guy working there that wasn't helping at all, just pushing carts around and blocking the actual checkout areas. He should be directing ppl to open lanes, but nope. If you dont want to manage the self checkout area, then open one of your other 30 checkout lanes!!! What's the point of having all of those? If you don't want them, remove them and make more self checkouts. Bathrooms are also gross. read more

One of the worst Target stores. Nothing is ever in stock here. Inventory on the app is never the least bit accurate. It always takes 15+ minutes to receive a drive up-order that should have been ready hours prior. Today I waited over 40 minutes for my drive-up order to be brought out to me. It was not just me either, there were several other people in their cars parked in pick up spots who waited just as long if not longer. While in the car, I called customer service and was told that my feedback would documented and that someone from store management "may" get back to me. It's clear from other reviews that statement is a lie. Which means this store does not care at all and why this type of issue continues to occur. Might as well go to one of the local Walmart stores. They never seem to have curbside pickup issues and the customer service is better than the declining customer service at this Target. read more

Never had a issue with target until today. I went in for a exchange of diapers to size up, guest services told me to go ahead and shop and at the end to just come back and swap them out. I finish my shopping trip and go back to guest service when the employee tells me he can't exchange without the receipt or card it was bought with. I have NEVER had that issue. Normally they can scan it and swap it out. The policy states they can exchange without a proof of purchase. The diapers were a gift now I have to try to sell them. Also forget about speaking to a manager because they run and hid. Also if you call the store they will either let it ring or place you on a 10 minute hold. read more

This Target needs better management and employees. I go to this Target VERY frequently. I am always overhearing the employees talking unprofessionally amongst each other. I didn't notice until this morning that I did not have everything I purchased. I called the store and they told me to bring my receipt and I could replace the items. She never once apologized for accusing us of stealing a basket full of bagged items. Once we showed her the receipt she got even more feisty as if she wish we were stealing. What an annoying experience. When you advertise that the store has been remodeled, I honestly expect everything to be stocked, organized and in the right place. This store was pretty disorganized before, but I had hoped after the remodel it would have improved. Seems it got worse. I'm not complaining about the layout...but things were just in the wrong spots, out of stock, and mislabeled. Example...toddler section. You have a sign that says "Toddler Girls" over boys clothes, and vice versa. Talk about confusing. Clearance clothes are not marked, and you'd think it would be easy to tell but again...going back to disorganization, I was looking at a disheveled rack of clothes only to find out they were regular priced, and it looked like it just hasn't been cleaned up by the staff. I went to grab a box of Keurig cups. The shelves were placed too close together so I couldn't get the box out without destroying it. I had to ask an employee if there was a secret to getting out the box and she had to lift up the shelf for me to get the box I wanted. By the time I got to checkout, I saw the box I grabbed was horribly dented and it had what I hope at best was a clump of dirt stuck on the box. Needless to say, I did not purchase coffee from the store. I had parked on the clothing/home side, and there were no available cashiers (and no self checkout??) on that side. I had to go to the self check out on the grocery side. I forgot I had come in through the other door so I had to walk across the parking lot in the rain with my bags of groceries to get to my car. Yes, I'll take partial responsibility on that last one, but honestly...the convenience is not apparent at this store location. Unfortunately and inconveniently for me, this is the closest Target close to me, and I've never been more aware of why I normally go to the Walmart across the street from you instead. Final note: a lot of associates here were very friendly and said hi, and I heard them answering other customers questions and that was nice. So no complaints there but it would be great that the stockers can be aware that there are people shopping in the aisles and they can't act like the store isn't open by placing their crates so shopping carts are unable to get through. read more

I have shopped this Target from the day it opened. Usually the store is really well stocked and clean. The drive/pick up option outside the store worked beautifully for a time. I had a pick up yesterday, and spent 20 minutes waiting after checking in on the app! The two employees who seemed to be responsible for distributing the orders were running in circles; parking baskets behind cars that were trying to leave the parking area for pickup and taking forever to put the orders in cars!! Maybe they were new employees but they really needed some supervision!. I use this service quite a bit and did all my holiday shopping in 2020 using this service. Having worked in retail for over a decade, I'm seriously surprised that upper management has allowed this store to remain such a hot mess for so long. It's obvious before even entering the store that this location is poorly managed. Carts are always strewn around the parking lot and trash is frequently littered in front of the store. Inside the store is even worse. Lots of empty shelves and merchandise is so disorganized. I hate Walmart, but it is infinitely easier to find things there than at this Target. It feels like this entire store is run by teenagers with no concern for merchandising. I doubt this review will do any good, since it's obvious that this store has been receiving the same type of complaints for years now, but maybe someone in upper management will eventually run across this. read more

I frequent many Target locations for their drive up. I have a newborn and if an item is out of stock at this location, I will drive to a further location for something that I need. This location is the worst when it comes to the drive up. I live ten minutes away and I will notify the app that I'm on my way to only have to wait 20 minutes for one freaking item. What's the point of notifying you that I'm on the way, if you never have my stuff out there upon arrival? I am typically a Target fan - their product selection, quality of generics, and ambiance keeps us comfortable while shopping, in other stores tho. The Silverlake Target is minutes from my house and probably my least favorite store. Too often I notice (or acci purchase) expired foods. Othertimes their selection is smaller than the other Targets. Lastly, the lines are beyond a drag. No express checkout and barely any registers mean you'll typically wait 20 minutes before your turn. Not even during the holidays will they open half of the lanes. Understandable when it's slow..but a major turnoff when you have melting goods, a cranky kid, or slow paced employees. read more

Review for the Starbucks inside the Target: This is the first Starbucks location I didn't feel rushed making my order. I don't drink Starbucks very often therefore I tend to need recommendations and advice from the baristas. Briana and Brandon were very polite, professional and helpful. I never knew I could get a drink made with Stevia instead of sugar. All I did was ask "which drink has the least amount of sugar?" Briana said she could make me a coffee frappe with Stevia. I enjoy target, it's prices and variety. Unfortunately, every time I've gone to this Target I am treated like I'm a thief. I get it we're in a society where a person is judged by their clothing and skin color. I usually don't pay it any mind but I'm over it. The greeter is unwelcoming (greets everyone walking in but me) I know this because when I was leaving she was happily greeting certain people who came in. like I said it's happened numerous times and when I was at the self check out today (8/9/2021) it was me and my children then 2 other customers. I politely walked to the self checkout register and happily said hi to the employee. So I am beginning to scan my items she's just staring at me and I look up I smile I continue scanning and I do have a toddler with me so I am multitasking, anyways she will not stop staring and never takes a look at the other customers I looked at her again, then she turned away but at the same time my older child came up on the side blocked her viewpoint because he was simply going to ask me to purchase gum she instantly turned around and I said son get behind me this employee is staring so hard at me and I continued to check my stuff out and she just never took her eyes off of me and I said out loud "wow she's only staring at me and not taking a look at the other customers who are non-Hispanic" she turned away, left me alone, then more customers showed up. She gave attention to certain customers of course. I deserve to shop without being instantly judged. Everyone does. I am a hard working person like everyone else. Super disappointed. I'm contacting corporate and filing a complaint because no one wants to answer the phones or their mydevices. When they do answer the phone. They put you on hild and them hang up! Then when you try and call back no one answers. I done trying to resolve this with them. I'm contacting corporate. I just left this target for what was supposed to be a drive up order. My husband and I parked in 04 I believe and checked in on the app. The young girl for my pick up was standing right there. She was short, long blondish highlighted hair thag went to about her waist and she looked hispanic. Our order was sitting at the bottom of the 2 tier basket she was using. We noticed she had a bad attitude and look on her face when we drove up. She approached our vehicle and we showed her our pick up number, she got on her walkie and said something and proceeded to walk away back into the store. She told us nothing about what she was doing or why she was going back into the store, she just walked off with the worst attitude. It's over 100 degrees outside, even with the AC on, it's hot when the sun is beaming on you. So we got out of our car after a couple of minutes and walked inside. I went to guest services and there was one young girl helping another guest and then us. One tall young lady walked out from the back and asked us if we needed help. I told her we were outside waiting for our order, which we saw on the girls basket, and she took our number and then walked off after giving someone else their order. She proceeded to apologize and said she will get our order. She came back and said the girl was bringing it back in, the one that had an attitude. So the nice girl at guest services asked if we'd like a basket to take it out, I asked if she could have someone take it out for us. I mean, after all we chose a drive up order for a reason and my husband has a broken hip from when he was a police officer and I didn't want him doing it. He got frustrated with the horrible attitude from the first short hispanic girl and just grabbed it and took it out himself. So the guest service girl, the tall one with black hair pulled back in a pony tail or bun, she stated that the hispanic girl doing the pick up orders stated WE WEREN'T IN OUR CAR WHEN SHE WALLED UP TO OUR CAR! We showed her our number on my phone, she looked and put it in her mydevice. So I called to speak to a manager and not a single department answered their phone. Not one. Not guest services, electronics, food, home, HR, no one! I will never do business here ever again. The tall girl with black hair in guest services said the short Hispanic girls name was karma. I don't believe her. I want a response from a manager at this store or corporate. This so called customer service today was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in years. To make matters worse, the store wasn't busy at all. We went in and it was pretty normal. There was 1 other person at guest service, the lanes were pretty much normal and there wasn't very many people in the store for target. There's zero excuse for her attitude, the lack of professionalism from the hispanic girl and ever single employee who ignored the phone or their devices ringing. Not a single employee or manager picked up any ringing phone. Not one. Also, I ordered another of the same item from the main St store and service was perfect. The girl was a very short and small girl and she was able to pick up the item and put it in our trunk with no issue. There's zero excuse from this Pearland location. read more

I'm not a huge fan of their recent renovations because they just all look the same (light wood trim and gray metal - does every single place in the US have to use the SAME style??), but it looks nice. It's a decent Target though and the staff is friendly. It's a stark contrast to the "other" store across the street, like coming out of the darkness and into the light. Super Target is way better than Target Greatland. It is massive. Forgive me if I sound like a novice to the space this Target holds but it's true, California Targets have nothing on Texas. The produce section alone looks like Disneyland, a fake little town. You could skip the grocery store and just buy everything here. Mango Icees? YES THEY EXIST! THEY ARE AMAZING AND HAVE 33% LESS SUGAR! Mini churros? Best snack bar ever. Mocha cappuccino hazelnut JIF spread. I don't think my Target in NYC has this many variations of hazelnut or peanut butter spreads. Thought the dollar bins were exciting? Wait until you see the purple dots. 50% off! SCORE! Paul Frank socks are so cute and the Hello Kitty ones are even cuter! I bought a lot of junk here but that's okay because I need it and it's from Target and you know how Target has those special powers... I go to this Target for three reasons: 1. It's not Walmart 2. It's clean 3. It's right by my house A star for each. It's a SuperTarget so it's a full on grocery...not just the four short aisles of Pringles and s***. I shop here weekly. I buy my kids' shoes here. I buy flowers here. I buy dog food here. I buy luggage tags here. I could do all that at Walmart but I'd be stuck behind a cart with 5 kids hanging off it, one in just a diaper, and none in shoes. There's Starbucks inside which makes the trip even better. As a mom, a slow, kid-free excursion to Target with a coffee is a rare treat. I agree with the previous reviewer regarding the lines. Before I start, let me just state that I'm Team Target (not the other giant megacorporation across the street). That said, to me its really more of a lesser-of-two-evils kind of thing. This Target is more or less the same Target you'll find anywhere else, as one of the company's strong suit's is that they're pretty consistent. I've had some good experiences, some bad, and lots and lots of 100% unremarkable ones too. I'll try to sum it up in my pros/cons. PROS: -Its not Walmart. I'm not the only one to point that out OR make it my #1 point. -Decent selection of produce, but fairly lame meat selection. Medium to low quality cuts of beef, nothing to write home about (HEB Plus regularly has prime 2%) -Pretty consistently stocked and rarely do they have empty spots on the shelves. -Really nice selection of chocolate...in fact there's an entire side of an aisle devoted to it (my waistline thanks you, Target). CONS: -Still after 2 years have never had a roaming employee acknowledge me. The one time I asked for help I think it was totally silent on their end and I felt like I was bothering them -Parking lot is bananas. Lots of moms in huge SUVs desperately needing to blow past the crosswalk before you do. -Consistently more expensive than just about anywhere else (but still, its not Wal Mart) If HEB Plus! wasn't here, I would probably visit this Target more often. read more

Who doesn't like Target? Well, I only go to Target when it's not convenient to go to HEB Plus, which is hardly ever, and when I have a giftcard, which seems to be recently. Target carries a wide selection of stuff...and when I say wide selection, I mean Walmart-esque. However, as most people tend to comment, Target is much cheaper, which is why it is affectionately called Tar'je. It just sounds classier!!! The only thing I don't like about Target is Archer Farms, the store brand. In fact, Target does not carry certain name brand items in an effort to push their Archer Farms label. Maybe it's just me...but I think consumers such as myself should have the choice to buy the cheaper brand if we want...not because we have to. With that said...Tar-je is still great, especially the Super Pearland Tar'je! read more

I visited the Target Superstore located at 3045 Silverlake Village St, Pearland, TX 77584 on Sunday March 3rd around 8:00PM. I live in the surrounding area, and frequently visit this location to handle many of my shopping needs, although the last few times I have been extremely disappointed in the upkeep and appearance of this particular location. This particular instance (March 3rd at 8:00PM) was the final straw in my tolerance and patience with this location. When I pulled in the parking lot, I was met with a sea of untamed baskets filling many of the open parking spaces. I was forced, along with all the other patrons, to park in the back of the lot due to the neglect of the baskets in the lot. As I walked to the front of the store, I was met with a disgusting view of overflowing trash cans and a littered sidewalk. This was the last time that I will shop at Target for the complete lack of effort to make a presentable shopping experience for the consumer.
