He did not listen to what I was saying at all and just repeated himself over and over. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Run far far away.

CJ has a remarkable set of skills, which we've seen when he's helped us on a couple occasions. He has the knowledge and experience to identify the uninvited guest, such as by knowing it's a flying squirrel from our description of the rustling in our attic. He has the uncanny ability to identify the places where it's getting in - particularly places I'd never imagine an animal could squeeze through. And CJ's solutions are practical. For instance, he's careful to install exits which allow animals to get out of the house, but prevent them from getting back in. Once he's sure they're gone, he seals the entrances in ways which don't affect the look of the house.
