Bought a lot and 5 stars for Hailey Was in town to drop of a kid for college. There's a one-time discount they're eligible for and we filled up two carts to appoint her the dorm room well. Alas, we did not have the discount code loaded properly and... Hailey to the rescue. She swiped and tapped a few things with the kiddo and we saved and extra spot of cash. Store is easy to navigate, clean, and everything was stocked. Good area and staff was nice to interact with. With Hailey going above-and-beyond to ensure we have a super-positive experience in getting the discount we qualified for, it hit all the right points to make the experience perfect. Stopped by the Front Desk manager to tell them the same and they said to fill out the survey on the receipt-- did that, too. We'll be sure to visit this Target for future needs because of that experience. read more

Do you like tripping over boxes in aisles were half the product is missing? Then have I got the Target for you! Years ago they had a stock crew come in BEFORE the store opened so you wouldn't have to trip on boxes, but I'm sure the little bit of money they saved cutting those positions more than made up for the loss of sales.... right. And now those poor employees are forced to smile at us? You have options. You can shop local, you can shop on line. The only reason we still went there was they had our favorite kind of coffee creamer in a big bottle, but honestly, I'll just pay the extra few dollars at my grocery store. read more

this place is good other than the fact that a lot of times they have no stock in some stuff or it's all in the wrong place but please target just clean your bathrooms. I do not shop this particular location regularly although I have been in three times in as many months for a few specific things we needed, the most recent being yesterday November 20, 2025. Although they were at different times of the day each visit has been fairly well the same-very few customers shopping, a few people stocking shelves who studiously attempt to avoid eye contact with any customers, and two cashiers at the registers with one attendant at the self check out. On all three occasions as we approached a cashier with a couple items in hand, smiled and said hello, all courtesy was ignored by the cashier who only spat out some rendition of "I am closed." or " I'm on break now.". Yesterday, this was the message from both cashiers on duty, or not on duty as it turned out, which forced us to use the self check out option. Apparently I missed a meeting because I was not aware that customer service included needlessly nasty, rude behavior toward guests/customers. Three visits, three different days of the week, three different times of the day, three different cashiers- same experience. What are my expectations? I do not expect to be fawned over at Target. I do expect a store associate to, at a bare minimum, smile or say hello or otherwise acknowledge the presence of another human being in their role as a Target employee and offer assistance to a customer in. In other words I expect common courtesy especially when I am offering the same. Here's what matters to the Target Corporation- Will I shop at this store again? Yes, but only if there is something I need. I would not shop here by choice, or to browse and impulse buy because it's simply not a pleasant experience- and that is what should matter to the Target Corporation. read more

WOW, who is managing this store? HOT MESS is what it is. stuff all over the floors from merchandise, and boxes, opened and unopened. You can't browse the clothing departments because there is stuff right in your way. It's unorganized and filthy! And really, we needed a Starbucks in the store? Sorry for having such a disorganized mess of information in my last review. There is just so much information that needed to be said of this place, that it's hard to figure out the order of mentioning it all. This store is one of my favorite Target stores - not all is it because it's on my side of the Hudson River, but because it's also a close resemblance of my local Target store (with a few exceptions) closer to me. I hail from Dutchess County, but this place has employees who tend to like to interact with their customers and Shipt Shoppers. This one employee (I still don't know his name, but I should bookmark his name when I find out) tends to pick me out of a crowd and recognize me easily. He knows what I look like even though I tend to like to blend in with the crowd. In the orders I had today, he continued to amaze me. Although he was not manning his line/post waiting for an available place to checkout, when I tried to approach a register and didn't realize that only certain registers still are set to take Shipt orders (with newer registers that can't), I had put some of my stuff down on the belt and he actually helped me pick it back up and place it back into my cart. It was so confusing for me, but once I asked for the information - he came through. When this same customer was causing problems for me, I came back in researching an insulated bag/container and although I had to go on a "Wild Goose Chase" trying to locate what I knew (from my more-local Target store) to be an ample item (Target reusable bag), what amazed me was the help of the pharmacy staff in finding the items with their Target app (my Target app only has my more-local Targets nearer me regardless of my current location). I had to get an insulated cooler for my customer - something I'll claim as a business expense next year. It got the job done, but the customer was still giving problems much after that - and something that I could never understand what happened tbh! read more

This Target is above average and is a nice place to go shopping. There is a pretty big selection and the prices are fair. Also the people that shop here are civilized unlike people who shop at Walmart. Also, there is a Pizza Hut Express here which is nice, but it depends who's working. One time I went to the Pizza Hut Express and asked for an order of breadsticks. The employee was overweight and she actually said "no we are all out". I COULD SEE THE BREADSTICKS ON THE HEAT LAMP. I couldn't believe it. Overall, Target is a fine department store with big selections and fair prices. read more

This target is amazing. I have been here many times to get shit and stuff and when I couldn't find something the employees were really helpful and nice. Not to mention they just gave the store a makeover too. But with that they also kicked Pizza Hut out which is kinda annoying since our Pizza Hut closed like a month before the makeover. But other than that this place is nice, clean, organized, and really convenient as not only is it very close, I don't have to drive all the way to Clifton park to get my target stuff. All in all, I totally recommend this place as it also has a Starbucks and icee machine. It's a great one stop shop for shit you don't wanna drive to walmart for. Another thing- target is a bit more expensive, and it applies here a lot. I could get a lego set for 100 dollars at walmart, and it would be 115 dollars here. Friendly staff, great selection of tshirts and clothes all in a good price range, found a lot of items on sale which is cool. I must note that I Love Love Love the body positive manikins, I didn't feel like fitting in their more stylish options was out of my size range. Was in the check-out line of James-Ryan, very nice fellow, thanks again! EDIT: I'm giving their atm 0/5 stars. I was charged 3.00 twice from my savings, and once from my checking account. I have gone here 3 times in the past 4-5 months. It's a mess, very un-organized. I love target but it's hard to find anything in there.

Lisa (I'm guessing a manager) is awesome! I checked last night to see if the New beyond burgers were still in stock and was delighted to find they were, so this morning I called just to be sure. Get all the way to the store and can't find them. I find an associate ask for help and wait for someone from that department. He said he had just stocked meat and they didn't have them. (These aren't meat the app says they are in stock and 40 minutes before I called and was told they were in stock. I grabbed something else and went to the self check out. I decided to ask the associate (Lisa) how to go about it next time so this didn't happen again. Not only did she call another store she gave me a $10 gift card. I assured her it wasn't necessary but she insisted, it wasn't fair I drove all the way there to have the item not in stock and customer service to be lacking. Went to Target Mobile to try to switch 2 phones over to Consumer Cellular. Drove all the way out on a Saturday, was told that they were not servicing CS that day, only their main carriers. I explicitly asked if they could help the next day, Sunday. They said yes. Drove all the way out on Sunday, they said there was no point in trying because only an ATT or TMobile phone could be switched over, they suggested I buy two new phones. Left again. Called CS, they confirmed that my phones would indeed work with CS, they mailed me 2 SIM cards. This is where it gets really hairy. I went back to Target a third time with phones and SIM cards in hand. The associate told me that I needed an appointment. After a little coaxing, she called CS and had them make an appointment for me. She removed the innermost SIM card from the bracket and I noticed that it was too small for the port after she inserted it. She said Let's see if it works anyway. I said no, see how the old SIM card is the same exact size as the bracket, it needs to go in there. So she popped the SIM into the bracket and popped it back in the phone. At this point I told here "I don't know your process, but please don't wipe the phone's memory." She said that they don't do that here. Ok, great. She then turned the phone on and started swiping and tapping on it while it was still booting up. She got the settings open and accidentally (i presume) wiped my SD card. Oops. I pointed out to her what she had done and she started to take off the back of the phone. I said "no, don't pull out the SD now, it'll mess up the card." Ok, so my SD got wiped. I told her not to worry, it's not the end of the world. Just don't wipe the contacts. She didn't seem to understand. I said "you just wiped the SD card, just don't wipe the contacts". She replied that she didn't have a choice" as to wiping the SD card. A very lame and transparently false excuse. So then she called CS. Apparently things weren't working and she told the CS rep "well I formatted the SIM card" (which no, she hadn't) I told her "no, you formatted the SD card". She got off the phone and asked me if the phones were unlocked. They weren't, so we called our old carrier and had them unlock both phones. I took the SIM card out of the second phone and told her I had done so. I handed her the second phone so she could put the SIM car in. She started taking THAT sd card out. I said "no, that's the SD card. I took the SIM card out already." And I pointed the SIM port out to her. Called CS back, they tried to port the numbers, but needed the account numbers (not the phone numbers) for each phone from the old carrier. Called the old carrier back, got the acct nums, called CS back, after some more waiting finally got everything taken care of. Total time at Target Mobile: 1 hour 45minutes. It would have been five minutes less but misread the numbers to CS the first time. And despite all my care, and treating this teenage girl like she was my customer instead of the other way around, she gave me an insincere smile when I thanked her and left. The one and only thing she did right was allow herself to be cajoled into making the "appointment" on the spot (and all she had to do was call CS and ask). Other than that, she was dangerously incompetent and capped it off by being borderline rude. Target obviously doesn't care about servicing Consumer Cellular Customers, and the Target Mobile employee I got wiped my SD card through carelessness and was woefully incompetent in general. I can chalk her personal inadequacies up to her youth, but her managers should have done a better job staffing. D+, would not shop again. read more

Nice Big store w/ the grocery section. We stopped in here while traveling up to this Saratoga Springs / Malta area. We had stopped to the Applebee's in this Shopping Center to grab a bite to eat then realized we needed to a couple of things on the way to our hotel. Nice big store like I said had everything we needed tons of registers open not a lot of waiting online tons of self checkout. I figured I'd write a review in case people were traveling and needed to stop. In that shopping center tons of places to eat other stores as well. Definitely will stop here again when traveling after that will need to pack as much next time as far as food & snacks & beverages. This is by far the greatest supermarket you can go to. This goes for all Targets but this one in particular. There is always someone to help you find anything. They will drop what ever they are doing on the spot and walk you to the item. Being a guy I need help alot and have only had to use the red phone one time usually there is some one right there to ask. I just bought an item I remarked it was 9.99 at another location being it was 11.99 here. I was nervous about bringing it up but low and behold no question the price was adjusted on the spot no hold up asking a manager it was remarkable. This store makes shopping fun. Thank you read more

I had to make a few returns from another location here, and it was quick and painless. The women however could've been a little more friendly. I found everything I was looking for with ease,, except for a nice cutlery draw holder, which they only had one option for. Register was fast and the guy was friendly. read more

If I could give the store a negative mark I would I want to buy stools and wanted to try them out first. Display stool is being held on the shelf by a simple Ziploc and the store manager refused to cut the tab so I could sit in the store I was going to buy eight of them. i know. everyone simply LOOOOOOOVES tar-ge` (because it IS french afterall). but i don't. don't get me wrong. i like their stuff a billion times more than nasty wal-mer (if we are going to make one french we are gonna have to do it for all of them now folks. lets be fair here.) and the aisles are wider, better lit, better zoned and stocked, more appealing and offer better selections that are most likely constructed more sturdily (though probably by the same 3rd world country citizens being paid 3 cents a day). and yes, even their store brands are cooler and funkier and more aesthetically appealing and the clothes are cool enough for my super cool daughter. and yes, their checkout registers are more pleasingly laid out and the cashiers have a modicum of sentience in their eyes and smile at you (while asking if you want to apply for a target credit card so that you can sign your soul away to the devil) and remember to not put the chemicals in with the delicate undies... but. and here it comes. i shop here WAY too much and spend at least $100 each time (that is just sad. today i was actually pleased that it came to $98.36. ugh. i hate consumerism). so i really expect to be treated nicely. or something like that. but! i tried to exchange a micro-sd card i had purchased for my mom's cell. without a receipt. WHAT??? you would think i had opened up a vein and asked them to please suck all of the blood out and replace it with pure liquid gold or something else completely ludicrous. all i freaking wanted to do was to have them give me the item i had actually Requested from the electronics guy. (he gave me a Mini card instead of micro. i showed him the slot in my phone and even popped mine out to show him. he nodded and unlocked and handed me one. yes, i know. i should have checked it.) anyway, they won't exchange it without a receipt. i have to contact the freaking company and ask them to send me one in exchange. grrrrrrrr. i HATE them for this. and i am so angry that i will keep shopping here because They too put crack in the air of their store. dammit. read more
