The company purchases a spot in the parking garage and puts you on an Easter egg hunt to find it. Sometimes I can't even find my own car in airports let alone hunting for a rental following a treasure map with an X marks the spot. We presumed this was in the rental car area along with the other companies. Nope! They never heard of Beep Beep. Dealing with these guys was like dealing with a couple of hustlers on a street corner. I let them know we'd just see them next time now that we knew the process. They say can't return the money and would give us a credit. I am shocked there are not more negative reviews. The whole thing felt very scammy.

As of this post, once you land and exit the terminal, walk left. Their vans pop up about once every twenty minutes to take a bunch of people to their office. The rental process was pretty straightforward, and we had no issues with the Jeep or during return. All went smoothly.

When we arrived the next day, the lady at the counter knew about our reservation, it took less than 5 minutes to get everything done, extremely friendly and professional. Quick and easy. No lines, a representative meets you at…read morebaggage claim and walks you to your car, already identify marks and dents on the car and then walks you through them to make sure you agree and allow you an opportunity to identify anything else noticed. Sean was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The car was in good condition. Return is also very easy and no lines and quick return of vehicle at the airport.
