Looking for some light tshirts and we ended up with a lot more before we were done. Parking lot was clean of trash and the cart corrals were nearly empty. I found this Target to be up to the usual standards of the chain with well stocked displays, clean aisles, and shelves that were not missing any merchandise. In the fashion departments, everything was put away and there weren't piles of clothes that had been checked and stuffed back by customers. After putting some pajamas in the cart in men's wear, back over to women's where a few things were examined and I now have some ideas for Christmas shopping. Across the store to the grocery where we found a few things that were on the food shopping list and a few things that simply looked good. I normally don't review large box stores, but today I am. Honestly the best compassion and customer service I've experienced in a long time. I called at 9:55 PM, knowing the store closed at 10, and explained I wouldn't arrive until 10:02. I asked if there was any way I could still pick up my mobile order. The person who answered didn't hesitate--he checked with someone, and they said yes. I was so appreciative. When I pulled up, the guy was already walking out with my order, smiling and sweet as can be. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. He loaded everything into my car, thanked me, and wished me a great night. It may have been a small gesture, but it meant a lot. That kind of care and flexibility is rare--and it made my night. Easily the worst managed store I have ever seen in over thirty years of patronizing Target. The employees are rude, no eye contact. I spent a couple of hundred dollars and the cashier did not deign put my purchases in my cart. I had a chance to test customer service on the phone, it rung repeatedly without any answers. On the third try, I had a chance to speak with "someone in charge ". Equally as rude. The store was not even that busy but the employees were huddled up laughing and joking while neglecting the customers. Disgraceful. read more

Pharmacy screwed up my order and I can't talk to a real person. Recording gave me the run around for a half hour and then hung up. I tried the main Target number and they won't answer their phone. They have changed their phone system so there it is not possible to contact a human unless you drive over there and walk in. read more

I mean it's Target, so not a big surprise I guess, but the staff is extremely rude here. Do we need four "security" people checking masks at the front being rude to people who's re already wearing masks? I get that some people can't handle even the tiniest bit of power, but you'd hope management would have good checks in place to ensure workers aren't being dicks. read more

this place can be a mess sometimes and they've recently done something about the mob that would line up for the registers, blocking way towards the beauty section. the bathrooms i've seen in other targets are very comparable to this one and it is a disgusting mess. i've been told the mens bathroom is the same way but worse with feces and urine on the seats. went to a register and bought alcohol, the worker was underaged and had another employee help sign in, one was so rude to walk past and ignore the register so we waited about 5 mins for another worker to acknowledge this poor man and have some simple help. There's also workers on their phones and conversating and not working between the hours. it is a poor managed placed to see and something needs to be straightened out. read more

I have frequented this Target for years. I am a die hard target fan and probably always will be. If you've been to one Target, you've pretty much been to all of them. Only difference would be the size of the stores and locations of items. There are a couple things that however could improve at this particular Target. #1 The sanitizing wipes are usually always empty or not readily available. If they actually have them, I have to open the container myself instead of just pulling one out. No, it's not a big deal, I know. #2 The staff could be a bit more on the friendly side. Yes, there are a few friendly faces that have been their for awhile, but for the most part the rest remind me of unhappy Walmart employees. The customer service has slowly gone on a downward spiral. If I didn't love Target so much, I'd probably give 3 stars for customer service. Otherwise they could easily be 5 stars. read more

The store seems presentable enough. The fitting rooms are nice and clean. Haven't used the restrooms. I think their clothes are cut egregiously small. I am a large everywhere, but I only fit into a target size xxl. Guess they don't want a "people of Target" page like walmart. My biggest gripe above all else is their total disregard for their customers. They literally give zero ****s about their clientele or what they need/want. Today, for example, we picked up something that was very obviously well stocked. Got to the register with it and was told we could not purchase it until 8/1/18. The manager (if he can be considered such a thing) said that nothing could be done even though the rack was FULL of the very same things. He took the package away from us and said, "No. You can't buy that." When I explained that I am also in retail management and something so obviously the store's fault would not be held against the customer and would, in one way or another, be rectified. He just said, "Well, this isn't everywhere else. This is Target and we don't do that." Now, I remember why I boycotted Target for 10 years. Decided to give them one more chance. I guess nothing ever changes. read more

Good Target store. They recently changed their pharmacy to a CVS. Will had been working their a long time. He is the guy with dreadlocks. He is always friendly! I just don't like the wait...in line... to pick up a prescription. They usually have 1 register open and don't open another one until there are 4-5 people waiting in line. I'm sure they have limited people working at any given time, but this is during "rush hour" at around 5 pm when I assume a lot of people get off work and pick up prescriptions. They are nice, but need to be better staffed. read more

Very poor customer service. I'm really disappointed with my interactions with the store and corporate customer service as well. The M.O.D. on 1/11/18 refused to give me her name when I called at 5:12pm. She gave me corporate's customer service number and they are just as unhelpful. Guess I'll be canceling my Target credit card and sticking with Amazon. read more

BETTER THAN WALMART. Come to target for several reasons. One of which is that you don't get the Walmart crowd. The store isn't crowded, there are always enough cashiers and the staff is friendly and helpful. Rock hill target has been on the rise! I am loving the renovations. This is such an upgrade for the city itself, the aisles are easier to navigate than ever with higher quality clothing selections this is an all in one stop! I love target and being able to walk around for hours it seems like, for the magnolia collection to the Ulta-Esque beauty section. If you haven't been I highly recommend, you still might end up walking away with everything BUT what you came in for! read more

The Starbucks in this store use to be filled with amazing Barista, now whenever I go I wait over 30 minutes with only a person or two in front of me. The service is poor and the new Barista's are rude, especially the new team lead. I do not recommend this Starbucks. Most the time there shut down in the middle of the day anyways. Don't waste your time. read more
