This store is a good place to shop. Only issue is that alot of people come here to buy and sell drugs. Even little kids along with their parents and even high school kids walk around the store and hang out in the back to coordinate buying and selling of drugs. Alot of it takes place after 3pm until closing time. U see people run in and out of dressing rooms and also employee only doors in the store. Most of the people just lock eyes for a couple seconds with the drug dealers and then the coordination begins. Other than that, it is a good place to shop. read more

The store is quite messy. The baby section was full of garbage and left over snacks on the shelves. They had one rack of maternity clothes which was picked through and unorganized. I wanted to ask for help but there weren't many employees around to help. They just weren't as clean or stocked as many other locations. read more

If you're walking around with a Target on your back, you may as well come to Target here in Rosenberg, because they have a bigger Target on the building than you could possibly get on your back. One of my least favourite Target locations because for some reason the service here is pretty bad and they seem more concerned with being accusatory than they do with actually providing good customer service, which seems inexplicable. This target is probably one of the worst ones next to the one connected to the memorial city mall. This target is almost always dirty and the bathrooms are always smelly. I get it is a bathroom, but there is always toilet paper and trash on the floor or it's not stocked with toilet paper. Whenever I walk around, there is never a target employee around. There is almost never one whenever I go. I don't even think I remember the last time there was an employee in the aisles. Also, the shelves and product areas always have trash or misplaced objects. I saw drink trash and food trash a lot this week alone. Also, this target is known to have sexual predators and traffickers. SO BE CAREFUL! read more

Im probably going to start record everything I buy when I go since they didnt believe us the first time(we went in three times). Also never EVER buy airpods from them. My boyfriend bought some and he didnt like them. We tried to return them (we got the last laugh), they tried to say we "switched" and put an old pair of airpods and tried to return NOT TRUE. Turns out all the apple products have different numbers on them but when connect it on your phone you have to click on this once and all the numbers will show, for the L,R, CHARGING CASE, BOX, everything. APPARENTLY IF THE NUMBER ON THE RECIPT DOESNT MATCH THE CHARGING CASE OR THE BOX THE PODS THEY WONT "RETURN IT" They really tried to rip us off saying "its policy" or that we were lying ang switching things... so dishonest... Thank you to the new trainee who was in training believed us she should be manager. Honesty is the best policy tbh **We got our refund also ** They also tried to make us look stupid and even laugh at us. Cell phones is the main reason I dropped by today but you know when you visit a Target you're going to find something else. Or at least I always do. I wanted to checkout cell phones for my Mom. As I worked my way to the back of the store, to electronics, I browsed along the way. Clothing has a fairly large area immediately to your left as you enter. Unfortunately, Junior sizes are well marked but Misses and Womens appeared to be semi-lumped together. The dressing rooms were extremely clean and uncluttered with a friendly woman working the dressing area. The shoe department was tidy and well organized...I was shocked! The gentleman in electronics was very nice, answered all my questions and pulled phones from the locked glass cases. He made it very easy to make my cell phone and plan decision for Mom. As I skimmed passed items making my way back to checkout the isles appeared well organized and clutter free. I can't speak to the grocery section since I never went on that side of the store. I've always found grocery selections limited at any Target and ususally just grab 1 or 2 necessities if absolutely necessary. The prices are reasonable, a clean store, various departments from baby items, sporting goods, toys, clothing to auto supplies. I also enjoy grabbing a latte from Starbucks just inside the front door. Checkout wasn't as bad as I feared. Self checkout had folks stacked on top of each other but I went through a cashier line. Only three people in front of me and the cashier wasn't Lollygagging. It went quickly and smoothly. Overall, I like Target but the checkout lines are usually where I hesitate on visiting when I know their busy. read more

I never thought I'd be giving a Target store a one star . If I could I would rate it lower. I'm a frequent shopper at this location because it's very close to my home . However on April 4th I went to this location to buy bug spray and bleach. I go to the self checkout where I used my debit card. This white female cashier (I wish I knew her name) was on watch. I pressed the wrong pin for my card so she had to come over to help. She then asked me IF I WAS USING A SNAP BENEFIT CARD TO PAY?? So I played the game. I asked her what was a SNAP benefit card . She said she didn't know . I asked her if she didnt know what a SNAP BENEFIT CARD was why did she ASSUME I was using one to pay for bug spray and bleach. Of course now she's apologizing saying she didn't mean to offend. She assumed because I am black I need government handouts. I'm not knocking people who need help however this employee already has stereotyped thoughts about black people in her head and how dare Target employs a person like this I notified management and contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE. So far they have not done anything to make this right. No call backs to me nothing Shame on you Target for hiring racist people. I have tried calling several times today to talk to a live person in the grocery/food area. When following the prompts to reach a live person in that area of the Rosenberg Texas Target - the caller is immediately cut off. I tried calling back and trying to reach a human being at the customer pick up and Custer service desk and the same thing happens. Targets parent company should be aware that the managers, supervisors and employees at this location do not give a rats behind about customer service or about customers who are inquiring about merchandise availability at this Rosenberg Texas Target store. This Target has a very limited hair color and salon care section. The shoe department is very very messy! Very disorganized !!! It literally looks like someone has not cleaned the shoe area in days and maybe weeks! You have got to get this in order! This is very frustrating seeing this and having to go thru boxes to look for the correct shoes!!!! There are shopping carts full of merchandise just sitting there abandoned too! Again, you all at Target need to improve this store. I like Target , but who wants to shop at a place that is so messy and limited on their products! This location needs a make over! I really didn't know what to expect going inside of this target. It is a bit small and their women's section for clothing is kind of obscure.v I saw a sign for maternity and I saw a sign for swimwear but what I did not see was a sign for women clothing like teenage girls or junior girls just to kind of get an idea as to where certain types of clothes would be which is why I completely passed The area where those clothes will it be when I went into the women's clothing section. Everything is just kind of lumped together in small quantity. On an up note it is clean it is decent it's just small!! read more

This location is clean and makes adjustments as needed to man their registers during peak hours of business. Staff and management are usually friendly. TIP: I always find goodies in the dollar section, which is just past the entrance of the store. read more

This Target is helpful to us only because it is literally 3 minutes away from where we live! However the service from the salespeople are usually sub-par. They don't normally know where things are suppose to be, and the check out line people are not usually very friendly. With that being said, I know how difficult it is to work in retail and deal with frustrating customers, but I guess I come here on days where we catch people on their off days. There are many Targets that are larger than this one, but this place is good enough to satisfy you if you have a Target craving to shop! Other than that, I would say go to a Target that you know has a larger selection of things to shop for. This Target has a smaller section of goods being sold, and at times....its frustrating when you want something, and they don't have it. read more

I live in Sugar Land and drive to Rosenberg to shop at this Target because we have received very friendly service in the past. However, today my daughter and I were stalked, harassed, and treated very rude by Jennifer. Last time I was in the store Jennifer did not want to take my Target credit card payment at the service desk because she was positive that it would not go through. I kept asking her to just try and of course the register took the payment - like it is suppose to! That is suppose to be one of the conveniences of having the Target credit card!! So today, as soon as Jennifer saw me walk in the store she immediately started circling me while I waited for my daughter in the ladies room. I thought it was odd that she kept passing by me, going into a storage closet and coming out with nothing in her hand, then going in the mens bathroom and then going into the women's bathroom, all the while staring at me and giving me dirty looks. When we tried to check out Jennifer made a b-line for us! She went through every coupon that we had and refused to take some of our coupons and was VERY RUDE about it! She was so focused on being a B**** that she grabbed a stack of coupons that we did not hand to her and gave us credit for them although we did not even purchase the items she gave us credit for! She took so long harassing me that she backed up the line and had to call in other cashiers to help with the overflow! The cashier that she was hovering over did apologize to us for her behavior and made the comment "I don't know why she is acting like that". He told me without a receipt, I would have to pay $1.75 because there's no longer a sale on this item. ARÈ YOU KIDDING ME??? Target? Really!! I said, you hear what I'm saying right!?!? I think Brandon took it personal that I said "this is what I'm gonna do". For the last time YOUR STORE put me in a very uncomfortable situation. I'm always on guard with your employees. I am a former employee, and this review is not based on my experience working there but as a customer/guest. The selection they have there is that rather limited, and doesn't carter to all sizes and or religions. Being a plus sized person, you can't find anything that fits and what you can find is never in stock. The team members are pleasant when they are not stressed out. The store is always clean, and I will shop there for electronics and their pharmacy but outside of that...I won't shop there. read more
