It's grand opening and they need to get it together. I came with my membership card and you scan before you come in. I scan and they told me I needed to go customer service. Waited in the long line at customer service and they couldn't figure out why. So went back to the entrance with customer service person to figure it out. They say I didn't have a picture and I showed them my card with a picture. Wasted my time. Great location! Clean and new. read more

The attitude of people who are working there specially cashiers are not appropriate. They are not trained how to listen to customer and address their needs . Some of them really should not work in Costco read more

I usually stop by this location just to get gas when I'm going to the family house because there are never any lines. Even when I went inside there were hardly any crowds which is the exact opposite of the madhouse that is the Sugar Land location so if you have the choice between the two, come to this one. I haven't tried it but you might actually have a fighting chance at getting an appointment at this Tire Center too since it's literally impossible to get one for the same week online at the Sugar Land location. I do wish that they had this location 5 miles more north to take pressure off the Katy location because there is a bigger population there and it would be better in relieving the crowds off there and I don't think Sugar Land people drive further to get to this one but the way development goes, maybe this one will get just as crowded as the other ones. read more

Spoke to the nicest lady in the administration dept who helped me verify my sanity by letting me know the Kirkland bratwurst was a real thing after the meat dept told me it never existed. Hope they bring it back and the lady needs a raise she spent time to make to check which most people don't seem to do these days. This is why I go to costco... even if it seems trivial they will still take the time to help... unless your that ine guy in the meat dept who said it never existed. read more

Love the new Location in Richmond although some system issues are yet to be resolved. The store is typical of all stores but there is a special appreciation for this location being new. The early morning is the best time to shop to avoid the crowds. Regardless of the time of arrival the food/items are stocked and looking great. I'm starting to enjoy the prepared meals to go, this is a great value considering the amount of food. My only knock is that my electronic ID doesn't work at the self checkout. Every single visit help needed to complete the transaction. read more

This location sells Goolsby's Country Sausage, 24 frozen patties per box, this is the good stuff people! Not all Costcos in the Houston area sell this...shame on them. We picked this location to shop at because of this and it gives us new restaurants to try before or after we shop. read more

We visited Costco's grand opening and scored a great Wagyu steak deal ($59.99/lb). If you know you know. When we returned in the evening to grab more wagyu steak, a staff member incorrectly told my sister her membership card was invalid, causing us to waste time at customer service. The issue? My sister's picture wasn't on the card, despite being there all along. read more

Rude customer service during executive member hour. Treated poorly when I am an executive member. Forgot my card and was given a difficult time entering to go to service desk as if I was in there trying to do anything but be a member. When I approached the desk. No greeting or any time of desire to be helped by two members with nothing to do but looked annoyed. Do they treat people that want to sign up for membership this way too? read more

Excited for this new location- being able to just walk right up to pump at the gas station was a major plus. There was also a section in the tire area when you can put air in your tires (self-service). Not sure that they all have this feature. I'm guessing bc it's a new location, they definitely were checking faces that pop up on the digital reader when you come in. Lots of samples on the aisles and everything in stock. Lots of registers weren't open but it was also a weekday and the store wasn't too packed. Would def be back to this location. Also nice that it's located next to HEB and a slew of stores so you can do all your shopping in the same area. read more

Mrs insisted that we go shopping on the grand opening for good deals and savings. I was fearful of the mad crowd. Luckily, it wasn't crazy like I expected. I had no problem locating a parking spot and it wasn't in outer space. It was crowed inside, but Mrs managed to drive her shopping cart without hurting anyone. Mrs and I found some good savings while we test tasted various free foods. The checkout lines were short since all checkout stations were opened. All employees we encountered were nice. read more

Almost too big! We went Monday afternoon and bought much more than we had planned. The prices were not that good especially on almond milk. I believe Sam's almond milk is less expensive but the workers were nice. not too crowded. And a good selection. read more

So many things need to be improved. Starting with the parking lot. It was dirty and baskets everywhere. The cashier we had was less than friendly. In fact, she was rude. The lady that checked us out at the door was also not friendly. read more

I was there at opening day and my experience was excellent! I like that the parking spaces aren't as big as the other Costcos nearby. I didn't wait long in line. All employees greeted me and they were Easter to assist. I love Costco and it's expected that it's always crowded, and I'm extremely happy that it's close by, finally a Costco that's in Richmond! read more

I was there 8/1/24 time 14:58. I'm disappointed on the self check out. The girl that was working there was very rude to my mother by not taking her service, she also at that time had no customer. She told my mother that man was here first. When clearly my mother was there first literally in front of her and I was behind her with the shopping cart with just 2 items. So she took that man instead of us. So we went to the other self check out. I have never been so disrespected while shopping. My family even come to this Costco daily. read more

I was excited to see this Costco location was coming to my neighborhood for convenience. Now my husband has the membership, but since they opened a little over 2 months ago I have being patronizing this location because before this I frequent Sam's Club. I've purchased gas lately mainly at this location for all 4 vehicles and we've being doing grocery shopping and cafe at this location. Now I've scanned my husband's card to support this business and all of a sudden today his face shows so I was unable to enter the store without him. How embarrassing and disappointing. Thank goodness for other businesses that will gladly accept my money. The staff was polite though and allowed me to vent. Still it'll be a while before they see me in there. Families have different schedules and lots of obligations how inconvenient for me to wait on my husband to get things for my house and family done. This store has some sorry ass workers working in the Self Check out line. They're supposed to be there to scan for customers since they don't provide the scan gun to customers. Yet, they chose to by pass some customers and scan the one in the back of the line. read more
