As much as I love Target, I give this one only three stars. There's ONE stellar manager, but 90% of the cashier employees do a terrible job. They're rude. They're slow. One actually asked me if I would mind if she went really slow, so that she wouldn't have to take the next customer behind me. It was close to her quitting time, of course. I get it. But, really? YES I MIND IF YOU GO SLOW FOR PETE'S SAKE. It was ridiculous. And the Starbucks? Forget about it. Wasn't too bad of a place. Everything was nicely organized in the aisles and the staff was pretty helpful. Was kind of confused when I went into the store to purchase Avengers: Age of Ultron 4 days after it came out and they "didn't have it". Truly the worst Target store. Every time I do a drive-up order, the staff forgets an item. Trying to correct the problem requires an act of God. The guest services department NEVER answers their phone, so you have to go through corporate guest services, in India, of course. Refunds can't be issued for 24 hours, so two more phone calls are required. And you're still missing the item. Staff and management suck at this store, which is a major disappointment. read more

Terrible customer service I called regarding a order drive up to make sure if I drove all the way out there it would be ready today. They gave me the run around about not being able to check the status of my order nor put me in front of the line to make sure my order is ready today. Target guarantees order will be ready within a 2 hour window. As soon as I hang up the phone with this employee for them to send me an email that the items I ordered are out of stock! What a joke, go sit at home if you can't handle doing a simple task. read more

Did a curbside pickup and got about 1/3 of my order. Found out when I got home. Was on the phone for around an hour trying to get my stuff. Eventually I just got a refund instead of my stuff. I just wanted my stuff and maybe not to waste 2 hours of my day out of sheer incompetence. read more

So Target is Target for the most part I can get what I need. But, this Target is always a hot mess & it has nothing to do with Covid. It was a mess prior too. The tags are always in the wrong spot. I've found expired food multiple times. The signs hanging are from sales from two weeks ago. It's just a hot mess. I only come here because it's close to my work. Otherwise I'll stick to my nice, clean Targets when I want to enjoy my shopping trip. read more

The Starbucks employees leave the faucet water running ALL of the TIME. I have never seen such a blatant disregard for the environment or people who do not have water around the world. I took a TWO-MINUTE video of the water faucet running at maximum-- TWO minutes multiplied by the number of hours per day the Target Starbucks is open, then multiplied by the numbers of days open per year and water per minute coming out of the faucet! Seriously? This is the second time in the past few weeks that I have witnessed and video taped this waste. Management needs to take action NOW to stop this waste! read more

Apparently the fitting rooms are for display only because you're not allowed to try on a romper or a bathing suit, I would never put my bare ass on anything I'm trying on but anyways after I tried my best to take a guess at which size would fit me and got to the checkout I proceeded to wait for what seemed to be an eternity even though there were very few customers and about 10 registers going. I'm fairly certain the pregnant woman in front of me progressed from her second to third trimester, she may have even given birth by the time I finally exited the store with my romper and bathing suit that most likely will not be the correct size. It's Target. It's what I expected. I went here for a hair styler for a birthday present and this was the only location within 20 miles of me that had it. Easy to find, brightly lit parking lot, almost empty store at 7pm, self check out wasn't busy so I was out in a flash. I don't think any staff ackowledged my presence, not that I'm complaining necessarily, I just thought it was odd since the staff outnumbered customers 3 to 1. read more

This is the worst Target I have ever been to! I couldn't navigate aisles because they had shopping cart after shopping cart filled to the brim with V-day stuff blocking them... come on! Seriously? Can't they do this stuff after closing or at night? Since I spend way too much at Target I don't come in often. I've been to the one in Farmington Hills the most and it kinda sucks so when I came to this one I forgot how awesome Target can be! Totally like my Target experiences in CA. This is a decent one with not a crazy amount of foot traffic. The best Target is still the one I went to off the 96 or 94 freeway but I can't find it again! Your Cafe Stinks!!!! No clean tables, I couldn't find a place to sit down, 'cause you DON'T clean any of your seating areas and I am NOT having my food standing up! This location has grocery and Starbucks! Talk about one stop shopping. I needed another battery charger for my nikon because my toddler misplaced the one that came with my camera. I called around trying to find one with no luck. I checked target.com and they have them in stock!!! So I am picking it up now... Can't have a photoshoot without a fully charged battery. I really dislike having to go to this Target! I know it might seem little, but when you go into a Target with kids, Popcorn is a bargaining tool! But when you had someone not show up for work to open concessions, you don't just decide to keep it closed, you find someone to open it and cover it! I couldn't even get a fountain pop from there. The starbucks girl, so rudely just said, " yeah, you can't get anything, they didn't show up... " Really target, thats how you run your business?! Really... poor managing at this target for sure. I never encounter anyone that asks if i need help, or smiles or talks to me in line. I worked for target and I know that you should have MUCH better customer service than that, much better. So with no popcorn or a beverage, we made our shopping trip much shorter and I got nothing that I didn't need. read more

I stopped in here today for some household items. Apparently Monday morning is shipment day as they had stock carts and boxes EVERYWHERE. Normally they are pretty nice here but today multiple employees watched me struggle to push my cart carrying my infant son through the maze of boxes with out offering to help. A few of them even did the "look away fast and pretend like you didn't see her" look. I will drive out of my way to the Troy Target next time. read more

I am finally starting to make progress, after years of trying to convince people that Target is the only place to go. There is an isle for just about anything you could think of and if you can't find it, just ask for help. There is even a Starbucks there for meetings or relaxing after shopping all day or night. read more

Good Targets good pricing and product quality however product selection and availability was better at the Coolidge and 14 1/2 mile store so was cashier service.. Shopped here regularly before we found out about their credit card problems, Our credit card was cloned thanks to their carelessness. Their Starbucks needs improvement however. read more

I really do like this store & want to rate it higher but recently each time i come here most of the areas in the meat and salad area are not stocked. I have tried coming on Saturday as well as through the week with the same results. Also, i find they added the Ava Viv section but do not have a good variety of quality items. This area could be enlarged. The junior area is enormous and stocked with beautiful, stylish items while the plus size area pales in comparison! I love the fact that i can do most of my shopping at one store, but the in stock supplies is sometimes less than adequate. Great store but needs improvement to continue rating. I really love this store! It's very convenient and has a great selection of grocery products that make it easy to get something decent to eat throughout the week. I'm not sure how much Target pays per hour or how they treat they're employees but the employees have a decent attitude as well, for the most part. One thing though is that, I have left the store 3 times thinking the clerk gave me all my items and bags when they in fact did NOT. Who's fault would that be? read more

After going to the Target located at Northland Mall for so many years, shopping at another Target was a refreshing change. I shopped at this location twice, during the day and during the evening. I had a great experience both times. The atmosphere is completely different than the one I usually shop at. Since it's not attached to a mall, it's not nearly as crowded or hectic and that makes shopping pleasant and a lot easier. My only critique is during both visits, there was no sale associates in the Electronics area to help you if you needed to purchase or ask questions about a particular item. Other than that, I will definitely visit this location again for future shopping trips. read more

Stay away from Target.com. I have been in retail management for 32 years and have NEVER received such poor customer service. Have been trying to resolve an issue with their online business for OVER 2 weeks! Transferred, on hold another 30 minutes, then transferred again only to be told nothing they can do. I normally have a great experience on the multiple occasions I go here but this particular time the customer service was horrible. I was in line and there was a register open in the front of the store in the same row that I was already in, a lady leaves her line and hops in front of me (she apologized) however the employee said nothing. But what really irritated me was the over enthused greeting she received that I didn't. He did not say hello or have a nice day or look at me for that matter. I just have to say, I wish I could rate the experience better. I was in to shop with my medical alert dog today and had the "security guard" follow us from the front door to the cosmetics section for him to walk up and tell me that "unfortunately I couldn't have my dog in there". Mind you, she is a medical alert animal and had her credentials on (she wears a red vest/harness and her patches). I had to explain that she is in fact my service dog and that they have access rights as she is needed to be with me (her handler). He then asked me if she was a service dog and I replied yes. I honestly could see the reasoning if I had brought her in with nothing on her as a "pet" but she was working and had everything on. I honestly felt humiliated and embarassed when I he followed me past the door. I really wish they would educate their security and staff more about service dog teams and what they are for/do. It honestly hurt me to have him try to be confrontational with him. Not the first time this has happend to me and it probably won't be the last. Really a miss on your part Target. read more

I love target but this location is sub par. Lines are often long and employees do not lift a finger. I've seen some rowdy guests too
