Target is my favorite store of all time! I always find everything I'm looking for and more. I think they have a good selection of items at wonderful prices. Not only that, but I like the style of clothes they sell. I especially like the clothing and products that they sell in their Pride collection every year. I'd like to acknowledge a wonderful employee named Lulu that works at the Spring Hill, Tn location. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue tonight. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. Stores need to hire more people like her! I also liked her style and would like to thank Target for allowing their employees to express themselves. 1st time to this location was on 4/2. I have to say... I was excited! I had not been to a Target in over 2 years. Did not know that one existed here in Tennessee! My family is originally from Florida. Anyways... The store was fun, clean, organized! The shopping carts were SO smooth to maneuver! The best part of my trip was being able to find my 5mo old daughter's formula!! Since the recall on Similac... people have been buying my daughter's formula, making it super difficult to find! This night... felt like I hit a honey hole! This store is 1.5hrs away from me... but, I'd definitely make the trip... to keep my daughter fed and because I throughly enjoyed wandering around. read more

Very friendly staff and a vast selection of great items at fair prices. This place is always my go to department store. I live in Columbia not even a mile from their vastly inferior competitor and I'll go out of my way to come to Target. Keep being you Targét and I'll keep coming and when it comes to your social views and support of the LGBT community let the haters hate. Them not shopping at your store only makes it better! Wide selection of things but service sucked. There was a sign saying that swimsuit tops and bottoms were $12 each and they did not want to honor it. It did not say there were exclusions and we got the right brand. And it did not say $12 and up it only said $12. If you wanna false advertise go for it but don't be surprised if people want the advertised price. The man in the self checkout made me do a million things to get the discount but it still did not take. Finally he decided to adjust the price. This review is more of a warning to anyone trying on clothes at this location. PLEASE BE mindful of the dressing rooms of phones sneaking over and/or under the doors attempting to take photos/videos of you or your child while in various states of dress. I can say this as it happened to me and my teenage daughter. She heard two college age men outside her dressing room door bragging how easy it is for them to get Photos or just walk in on girls at Target. ESPECIALLY during busy seasons like prom and summer. She screamed at them to get away from these doors,in return caught MY attention and I HAD TO SCARE THEM OUT THE STORE! That is correct Target chose to do nothing about it. Although these not so smart boys were standing in front of a video camera and I wasn't allowed the managers name on duty to even be able to provide to corporate because I was told that information is private. So, all I can do is just put it out as a public announcement to keep others safe. No value left in that store unfortunately. Please be safe. read more

Target @ this location--What's up with your deli department?! I discovered your delicious Carmel Corn about 6 months ago, wish I had known about it all along... Anyway, I have attempted to get it every time I enter your store... Unfortunately, it's a rare occasion when I'm ever able to do that... 1)They never initially make enough, so they are always out of it! 2) Sometimes, they don't make any at all! 3) The popcorn machine is broken for days! 4) They burn the batch they make and don't care to make any more! 5) [Today] it disappeared from the menu, and the employee had no explanation. I would avoid this store if I were you. I was told by Team Leader Anthony to "shut up" because "that's it I have nothing more to say", and then he turned his back on me and walked away while I was mid-sentence (talking to him about newly implemented item limitations). It's obvious that Anthony has a short fuse, but that's no excuse to treat a customer with disrespect. Additionally they falsely claimed yesterday (I was ASSURED) that the new item limit would be 1-per-item, however when I came to purchase today they would only sell me 1-item-total. Which is how the aforementioned conversation ensued. When I said that they should have some integrity, and stick to their word, they declined as they clearly have none, and their word means nothing. Super Target this is! Big grocery section. The biggest I've seen at any Target. In CA we don't have supers like this. TN sports section. Bright orange shirts and jerseys. Starbucks. They let you get coffee and check out and pay for your shopping items. Very convenient! Popcorn, hot dogs too at the snack counter. Lots of Frozen movie themed girls clothing and accessories. Checkout was easy. No complaints here. Some stock on the shelves were gone I guess due to it being early Dec after thanksgiving Black Friday shopping. read more

Most of the time I can find what I'm looking for. The one thing that pisses me off is the teenagers running a muck. One girl almost ran into me and I'm physically disabled and I have a Traumatic Brain Injury. I asked a manager to speak with the kids but she didn't care. I probably should have said something directly to that teenage girl but I was trying to get out of there quickly. I don't go at night anymore. Bored teenagers roam the stores at night. I'll still shop here for specific items though just during the week days. read more

Store is clean but the person who watch the self check out is not so friendly to Asian. I saw she greeted every WHITE person, except me as a Asian face. And when I need her help, she is impatient. I do not feel very comfortable to shop here after I check out. By the way, she is a black lady. I was in this target and the community and staff was so welcoming and kind towards the customers. I would recommend this store over any other store in Spring Hill, Tn. This is irrelevant to my time at target Spring Hill but I dropped a piece of trash on the ground by the trash bins and the staff and then I picked it up and threw it away, the staff then said "Thank you so much for doing that" it was interesting to see how someone actually appreciated me doing a simple act. The staff is in such a good mood it seems like every shift and I could have not had a better experience, Thank you target for being so respectful and kind to your customers and giving them a good experience even for a 10 minute shopping trip. read more

I have done business with this location for many years. Due to lack of stock of my medication, my doctor has had to transfer my prescription to various other pharmacies. My prescription was transferred back to this location and they refused to fill it for absolutely no reason. After waiting over a month, the day it was supposed to be filled, the associate told me it was missing information that my doctor didn't fill out which was a complete fabrication on their part. I had filled this 3 month prescription previously at a different location without any issues whatsoever. By this point I had visited my doctor for my 3 month check up and received a whole new 3 month prescription which was electronically sent and they still refused to fill it. The associate said they faxed my doctors office for the information and after four days of waiting I contacted my doctor and they hadn't received anything from them. It is not the pharmacists job to play GOD. Just because they have a problem or issue with a medication does not mean they should place judgements on others and cause health problems with patient. I found this to be the most intrusive and outrageous experience with a pharmacy filling my prescription I have been on for upwards of 20 years. I do not recommend this pharmacy under any circumstances and hope this reaches the appropriate department. I will be making a complaint to the appropriate authorities about this needless incident due to judge mental employees who have taken oaths to do no harm. I do not recommend this pharmacy nor anyone affiliated with them. They do not take pride in helping people. They take enjoyment in causing problems and showing that they can do what they want, thinking there are no repercussions for their actions. Do not recommend this location for any reason to anyone you know. Judgmental and very unprofessional people here. read more

It is a blessing that this Target is here in the area. It provides a much needed shopping experience and the food items are decent. I tend to not buy much meat from these "super-center" stores but for milk, bread, canned goods, frozen stuff, it is all good. I do hate the freakin' round-a-bout in the parking lot entrance...but sometimes you just have to suck it up as this plaza is pretty much the only full-on shopping plaza in the area with Target, Kirklands, a book store and a couple places to eat.....Always clean and the employees are helpful... read more

This SuperTarget is huge! The retail floor must cover 4 football fields, but this is a clean store. It's easy to get lost there, so plan your trip. They've got groceries, a Starbucks, and an optical shop. read more

The queues at this particular Target are almost always ridiculously long. They have 4 self service lines and they are always queued up. Out of all the cashier stations they have typically only one or two are opened up; they are always 3-4 deep with a queue. If you're looking for a place that doesn't have screaming kids that need slapped (or parents for that matter) then step right up to Target. Clean, friendly and stocked to the ceiling, and did I mention it has a grocery and pharmacy? Let's discuss the bad before the good. Prices can be higher than Wal-Mart but this is because Target doesn't have sweat shops in Central Asia churning out profit at 6 cents per week wages. But then again, if you're on a fixed income or have a tight budget then I suggest the cheaper option. Next is the selection of products being slim and often times non existent. I get tired of looking for a specific brand or item only to find out it does not exist. Even the simplest items can't be found at times. On to the good, and you could be here awhile but lets sum it up. Almost always out of stock of baby items. Have a hard time with items being in stock and items being available for pick up and drive up. We purchased groceries and had to take several items back that were spoiled and out of date. Employees are rude and one evening I was walking in exactly at ten, the doors were still open and an employee would not let me buy one can of infant formula for my baby. She claimed all the registers were closed which was untrue because I saw people leaving with bags after I went to my car. read more

I typically love shopping at target, but i will be doing my best to avoid the Spring Hill store in my future shopping trips. For Cyber Monday, i ordered some flat pack furniture that they don't sell near me and had it shipped to pick up at the Spring hill store. I arrived to pick up my purchases at 7:50 at night on a Thursday and it took a mere 5 minutes for them to bring me my purchase AFTER a FORTY MINUTE WAIT for them to deem me and my purchase important. It should never take nearly an hour of waiting to pick up a ready and waiting online purchase from any store. I'll be spending my money at another store next time. read more

The store manager, Megan was extremely rude and unwilling to help my father in law. Literally told me that I needed to get on a flight from California to pick up my item I had shipped to this store, yet my father in law had been put on the order request. This is by far the friendliest target ive ever been to. Everytime i go, which is normally once a week, everyone i encounter says hello and offers assistance.
