    My review is based off of the fact that I was able to find what I needed and more. I felt like the service was fine. The cashier was friendly and the employee whom I asked to check a price on an item, was also able to help me fairly quickly. I actually only came here to purchase the Vaseline Healing Jelly All-Over Body Balm Jelly Stick. Winter is approaching and my skin has been very cracked and dry, but this bad boy has been helping me a lot. The downside though is that the store isn't the cleanest. The bathrooms are pretty filthy like toilet paper on the floor type of situation, and the majority of the Vaseline Jelly Sticks were used. They don't have a temper seal. What made me check each individual Vaseline Jelly Stick was that on the cap of the jelly stick, there was foundation smeared on them. My fiancé wanted to buy some Pokémon cards, and honestly we were kind of disappointed how unorganized that section is. Every time that we come here the stock is also very low. I wish that they would restock more often. My fiancé knows I'm a huge Sanrio fan and usually Target would have quite a selection of Sanrio apparel from time to time. He was able to find a t-shirt, zip up hoodie, and some sweaters! The store definitely could be a bit more organized because the Sanrio clothing items weren't even all in the same area. You kind of have to search the store for them.

    Took advantage of the drive up feature on the Target app since I was in an unfamiliar area at night. I needed 2 things and ordering on the app is always easy. I thought about going in, but friends always tell me, "Stockton is ghetto." Soooo...I opted for the safer alternative. I arrived sometime just before 9pm, and an employee came out promptly and gave me my order. I thanked her and went on my way. She was friendly and for that I give 3 stars. I deducted 2 because I didn't go inside, so I can't give you a full review. If I ever come back and do go inside, I'll update this review. Based on other Yelpers' reviews, though, I am hoping it won't be a scary experience, lol. I'll be sure to go in broad daylight, too, or at least go with a friend if I end up making a trip at night. Carry on!

    I was told I can't return with the app, telling me to read the policy clearly not knowing the policy herself. I'm not one to write a bad review unless you really piss me off. I've done the cat and Jack return in the past and never had an issue, regardless the issue. This manager came to try and help, at first he said I was being rude to his employee when clearly he didn't see the way she treated me from the beginning. I explained to the employee I had a cat and Jack returns and instead of her communicating she was telling me to read the policy pointing at the wrong policy she didn't even have the policy on hand and was just saying to read it? Read what? I told her I read it and I showed her my items and told her I want to return it because some don't fit some is stained. The manager said I can't return some items because there's nothing wrong but clearly I want to return cause it's well before the return policy. He gave me my money for two items one being a set. Also who is he to say I can't return old pants that my daughter clearly wore and tore on the knee area. But because it wasn't "stained " to his eyes I couldn't return. I told him I can just go to another target and of course he was more than happy when I said that. Cause who wants to help when he can just shake his hands and say bye. I'm only 28 so clearly not old enough to say these new kids don't know how to work. The employee was old maybe 50 and the manager was maybe 30. I didn't appreciate their tone. And as much as I wanted to be nice the lady really made me upset. You don't know everyone's life. Being rude for no reason had me. So if I was being rude clearly it because automatically the employee didn't welcome me with a smile or a how can I help you? Just what do you need ? And read policy. Can't return without a receipt. She clearly doesn't know. Just annoying. Her manager was doing his job but also I'm not gonna sit there and make him make me feel uncomfortable for returning items that I clearly have the right to return.

    Many departments, especially the tech department, have people actively working and nobody comes to assist when calling for help.

    They have been giving expired food & moldy to people that pick it up. Today my 3 produce items was gross had to chuck it out.third time!!!

    HSH furniture sells high quality furniture at reasonable prices. I discovered this store while…read moreperusing Yelp and visited it several times to accumulate over $10,000 in furniture purchases. I'd like my review to be as objective as possible, so I will offer a pros and cons list of shopping here as well as a general recommendation at the end. This review is based on thinking and reflecting on my purchases for over a month. PROS: *The salespeople here are friendly and helpful. I worked with Ravi, and she stood by us for every aspect of the process, helping us coordinate furniture with our home and being patient and kind. She is very knowledgeable about furniture and will go out of her way to help. Loved working with her. *The furniture is high quality for the price. We also shopped around at other stores, including Living Spaces in Manteca and nothing comes close to the value and quality you get with HSH. *Their showroom is nicely organized, clean, and spacious. They take pride in their offerings and offering competitive pricing. I was able to successfully negotiate our purchases and am happy with the overall quality (with some minor exceptions). I purchased the extended warranty and haven't had to use it yet, but I was reassured the process is smooth should I need to do so. I will update this review should I ever need to activate it. CONS: *Their store is HOT and the air conditioning is set to around 81-82 degrees. I have never been in a furniture store that was so stuffy. Management should take note and cool it down by at least 5-6 degrees. *The delivery crew was RUDE and slightly unprofessional. They came into my house with their shoes on (no booties) right after we steam cleaned our carpets in preparation. When I asked questions or made suggestions, one of the guys responded with attitude. I didn't like that and it rubbed me the wrong way. *When I noticed some minor defects in the furniture (chairs were uneven at the bottom), a minor scratch on the vanity and the drawers were hard to open and crooked, I was told that it was possibly my kitchen floor that was uneven (for the chairs) and that the design of the drawers is not a defect but an asset for child safety. Well it turns out the chairs were the issue and the bottoms were not even. My wife had to rig it with some dollar store stoppers but our floor was not the issue. Fortunately, everything is fine now. I'm still skeptical that the crooked drawers on the vanity are a design defect. Delivery fees are steep, at $300 flat rate plus they charge per item to haul (I spent $160 to haul a sectional and table with chairs). It's only worth paying these fees if you are buying furniture in bulk. Not worth it for single pieces. CONCLUSION: Despite the relatively minor (but annoying) issues with the delivery and quality of a few of the items, buying furniture from HSH was an overall positive experience. Ravi was a fantastic associate to work with and I would gladly work with her again. She is very friendly and strives to ensure her clients are happy. As for the store management and delivery crew, they need some work! Make the environment more welcoming for clients by lowering the air conditioning and train the delivery drivers to respect the homes they enter by wearing protective booties and acting more professional. I would return to this store to purchase smaller items but I'd be unwilling to buy much else because of the steep delivery fee. For instance, I wouldn't want to buy a $1000 dresser and then have to pay $300 on top of it. Other furniture stores offer less expensive delivery options. At living spaces, delivery is $99, by comparison. This store needs to iron out some minor issues, but they are the nicest furniture store I've been to in the entire Bay Area. Thanks Ravi for a job well done, and hopefully this review provides validation as well as opportunities for improvement.

We got greeted immediately, and then the manager introduced us to Bella, Bella was very good with her knowledge of the different couches, didn't pressure us and was extremely patient too. She did a great job helping us out and we wanted to be sure to give her a shoutout on here. You pretty much can build any couch you want for the most part, pick your type & color of fabric to go with it too. We ended up picking something out that night, and getting it ordered. They gave us a quoted date, and ended up beating that date by about a week to get us our product earlier than expected. The delivery team was fast and easy for us. Furniture places can be hit or miss when I read the reviews, but our experience with this location went well.

My wife and I just had the most dissatisfying experience in our lives today, we recently purchased our second family room set from your Manteca store and we have purchase family room sets from you in the past. Being from the service business for 35 years, I was in disbelief of the way your company is taking care of it's repeat customers. You know what's unusual is, that you can't contact any managers from the store directly, the managers can treat you bad, because the public has no way to contact them and hold them accountable! You might want to change that! I ordered a rug off your website and what we received wasn't even close to what was shown on your website! The colors suppose to be cooper and we were delivered a red rug. We drove three hours to return the rug to your Manteca store, thinking since we just purchase our second family room set from Living Spaces there, your folks would take great care of us and exchange the rug, by the way, the rug was never even removed from the wrapper. My wife and I went to exchange the rug for something the correct color. That's when we had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Tiffany, I don't even know if that's her real name. She said, you are passed the 7 day return policy. We never signed anything agreeing to a 7 at return policy and it's been less than 30 days since we were delivered the carpet. She was extremely unhelpful, rigged and condescending. We asked for the store manager. She said she was a supervisor, I then asked if I could get the name of the store manager. She said she didn't need to give me his or her name to me. I'm sure there is video of the exchange. It got heated, because I was upset. I told her I was going to give her and the store terrible review that would cost you business and I serious about this, because of how we were treated. We felt like we were being treat as thieves. Like we were trying to take advantage of your company after just spending $5000.00 on a couch! I am looking for some help and satisfaction to this unpleasant experience, It ridiculous that I have to spend my Memorial Day typing a letter to you. Thank you for your attention to the matter?
