I bought a recliner from them 3 to 4 years ago warranty was up and I had no receipt but the up and down part of the remote controller stopped working they came got the remote and fixed it and brought it back without charging me anything it worked and then it stopped again once again they came and got it without charging me and fixed it and brought it back without ever charging me anything this is an awesome family business I was very impressed with everything they did please go to them if you will need furniture my chair works great still read more

I've lived in Galt for 35 years and visited Galt furniture for the first time today. I have decided over the past few years to make every effort to support local businesses. I was greeted by Mai and explained I was looking for a queen mattress for my guest room. She showed me several and graciously allowed me to lay on every single one and explained the differences in each. The mattress I decided on was not the most expensive one nor was it the cheapest but one that I was most comfortable on. A plus for me...made in the USA. I appreciated that she didnt pressure me to go with the "most pricey." The mattress will be delivered this week and let me just say I do not know why I waited so long to visit this establishment. We purchased a new piece of furniture from Galt Furniture. This is our second time using them and both experiences have been great but today's was the type you find only from small family owned businesses. We have family coming to visit in a couple of days when our couch was supposed to arrive. I let them know I was hoping to get the couch before Thursday, if possible. The owners took the time to close the store for an hour to deliver the item themselves to our home-- as their delivery team wasn't in today. On top of this, they charged nothing to deliver, set up and clean up all of the boxes it came in. Not only did we find everything we needed the customer service we received was amazing. The owner and the husband are extremely nice people and they are super helpful. They treat you like family and with NO pressure will work hard to help you with your selection. Their prices are better than the large outlets for the same product and in addition they offer FREE delivery and set up, including disposing of the packaging materials. Great customer service. I walked in, saw what I liked, got a "special" price. Got sofa with chaise lounge delivered the next day. The people that delivered my sofa set were very nice and cautious with how they delivered my set, my house was hard to maneuver the sofa set, but they managed without any problems. I accidently fell on my porch and the delivery guys were so concerned for my well being. I felt as if I was part of their family with how concerned they were for my well being. After visiting all the furniture stores throughout Sacramento, I decided to stop by this furniture shop since I live in Galt. I had found a couch that I liked at Ashley Furniture, but stopped here anyway. It seems like a family owned business with a husband and wife being the two that run the store. Both were extremely friendly, and told me they could easily special order the couch for me. The price on Ashley Furniture store verse the internet pricing were extremely different. Long story short, what would have cost me close to 2,000-2,500 at Ashely, cost me a total of $1400 out the door here. Other stores tried to talk to me about a couch warranty. At this store, they said if something goes wrong, they can most likely patch the couch on their own, or order a replacement part and a warranty isn't necessary. Overall, I can't say enough good things about my couch purchase. It was delivered within the time frame they said, I love my couch, delivery team was great.
