For a town like Washington it's amazing that there is a Target and a Walmart in a nearby radius. While traveling around the country some people only wish that they had the option of both. This Target is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The decor could use a touch up and renovation. I hadn't been to this Target in a number of years. Washington, MO is on the way to my farm but a little off the direct route so I don't get here too often. On this day I was looking for a specific color of Essie Nail Polish and a few other little things. They had it! All the staff I saw were masked but the customers were about 50/50. Most employees have been very nice. We do a order pick up at least once a week. They are usually on top of it and very pleasant to deal with, regardless of how busy they are. Cashiers could be in a little more of a hurry when they are super busy. Bathrooms and store in general is usually pretty clean. read more

An okay store if you are NOT interested in a refreshment. In two trips to the store, I stood at the concession stand for 5 minutes before walking over to the service counter to ask if someone worked there. One trip resulted in a worker coming over right away, the second trip, not so good. I stood there for at least another 5 minutes. When no one showed up, I left my drink purchase on the counter and walked out. My question, why have it open at all if you have no interest in providing service to the snack bar? read more

Just picked up my recent order from target. I use the drive up option as I cannot walk in the store as of yet. I would like to commend the young lady that put the groceries into my car. I no longer had put the space number into my phone when she appeared. She was very friendly and kind. She picked up the 32 bottles of water like they weighed less than a pound. This was all at the target in Washington, Missouri. My only wish was that I would've gotten her name because she should be recognized. Thank you target for making my day. read more

Horrible customer service. They DO NOT stand behind their products. The manager "wes" will lie straight to your face instead of correcting their mistakes for a refund. Basically they will steal your money and call it company policy. Never go there. read more

Great Target! Very clean and never busy. The staff keeps the store well stocked. Parking is a breeze.
