I love this Target. It's big, it's clean, and the employees are so friendly and helpful, even on a busy day! The store is stocked and organized; it's fairly easy to navigate. Returns are fairly easy to make and the lines for checking out are never too long. read more

I love Target, period. This review is for the store and pharmacy. The folks at the pharmacy are nice, but the first prescription that I had filled, they kind of dropped the ball. I was with a Target in Philadelphia and I called in a refill to this location (I am new to the area). I talked to someone and explained that I was with another Target and I needed this specific medication refilled. She asked when I would be in, I told her, and then when I got there, they hadn't refilled it. They looked it up and told me that they saw that the script was expired and never bothered to call me about it because they weren't sure if I was still taking it. Ummmm, why would I call in a refill if I wasn't taking the medication anymore. So two ladies looked further and realized there was a NEWER prescription for the same medication, but for 30 days instead of the 90 days (which was what they looked at first, I am assuming), so I waited around to have them fill it. The store itself is like any other Target. I always find what I am looking for. But the one thing I noticed with this Target and the one at Haldeman/Blvd in Philly is that the brown paper bags and foil pans are near the pharmacy and hair care aisles. It's close to an end cap right before you get to the fruits and veggies. Kind of an odd place. You'd think it'd be with the paper goods, or closer to the grocery aisles, or even in the baking aisle. Customer service is always helpful. I took back items for a friend and then I took back items for myself and returned them with no issues whatsoever. read more

I went to target because I had a gift card for 50.00 dollars- I wanted to get the new Apple TV- I went To the tech department and waited at the counter . Two employees where discussing something- so I waited because I felt it was rude to interrupt- when the employees where done speaking- the sales person said- can I help you? And YELLED AT ME FOR NOT SPEAKING UP REQUESTING HELP! He said- "you should have spoken up!"- I have never been treated so poorly! I went immediately to a manager to complain- and she said ," I am sorry for your bad experience."- this man should be fired! I thought at first that I misinterpreted the situation- but how do u misinterpret a salesperson telling you- "you should have let us know you needed assistance! ". read more

This store is one of my favorites in the area. I love the layout of the place where you know exactly where to go for your items. They also have a great movie section for kids, blue Ray, and low priced tv seiries. I'll be back to shop for my little one's clothing for the fall. Good store I must say. read more

This is a great local target and has most of the common essentials that a person needs. Only issue I have with this target, is that they run out of items quite easily and do not pack as much of a selection as other target locations. Other than that, this is way better than the local Walmart close to me. read more

Cyber monday Purchased an XBox 1 bundle, an extra controller and another game. Great deal for all of it. the game and controller were to be shipped and the console to be picked up in 2 hours in store. the shipped items were no problem. After calling the store for 2 day about the in store pick up (understanding with cyber monday it can take longer) my my wife went in to see about it and customer service said the order was canceled and now out of stock and was told to call customer service. 800.440.0680 Well they offered me a gift card for $200 that i would receive in 15 days and can buy the item then at full price (an extra hundred $) however they had another sale we spoke that I would miss this sale as well because it would not last until I received the gift card. (what an amazing money making skeem from another corporate Giant...take the customers money not give them what they order, probably ruin a kids Xmas wish but please come and reinvest your money with us). I asked if they can just send me the item since it is back in stock. I was told no and the process needs to start from the beginning and that best thing I wanted my money back an they said I would be contacted in a few days. I was sent an email stating that I will see a refund in 30 days. Thank you Target I will have my refund by Valentines Day. the only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to so, the star is for the one employee that handles the carts. He is an older gentleman with an accent. he gets the star because every time I am there (used to often...) he always has a great attitude, speaks with everyone and has a big personality. read more

one of my favorite target stores ever! the store is big, but not too big, and it has a complete line of groceries. The book department is like 4x bigger than the Christiana Mall's Target. The store has a starbucks and a pizza hut express! Perfect if you like snaks or a starbucks smoothie. The big giant CD department has lots of R&B and hip hop music, but they also have a lot of pop. The biggest part of the store is the back to school/college department. The backpacks and notebooks are always in stock! The sales have gotten better on back to school supplies over the last 3 years. I do not own Target or it's affiliates, so you better not write it up! Well, I will be back to writing my reviews now! read more

customer service is terrible. They make you feel as though you are bothering them when you ask for assistance. Some smaller sections like the painting isles are un-aided and none of the associates know information on those products. Also they should update their Starbucks employees, I ordered a caramel latte and got a bad attitude and steamed milk. when i asked for caramel drizzle she looked at me like I had three heads and said "FYI that cost money" ... I'll travel to Glenn mills from now on for my shopping. read more

The customer service representative yelled at an an elderly gentleman right in front of me. He was hoping for a raincheck for a 2/$8 water that they were sold out of, and the woman yelled at him and said there was nothing she could do. He asked to speak with a manager and she said 'no, there's nothing a manager can do for you'. This was appauling to me as the man stood there waiting and no one got him a manager. Also, it took them 20 minutes to locate something I put on hold 3 hours prior, where I stood witnessing this altercation. read more

This target now has a new payment system that automatically runs your card through as CREDIT even if it is a DEBIT card. They say nothing about this as the transaction goes through just that it is a new system and there is nothing you can do about it. Now i cant use my debit card unless i want it ran as credit. No thanks. read more

Well organized and stocked Target. The facility is clean, well organized and staff is friendly.

Terrible customer service. About a month ago, we ordered a crib to be picked up in store. I called to ensure that the crib was in stock and available and spoke to 2 women who seemed to be too busy to answer my simple request. When they finally did get around to answering my question, they said that the crib was available. My husband then drove 45 minutes to pick it up, and of course, it was not available. Then today, I was informed from another Target store that a specific dresser was available. I called and spoke to a woman who confirmed that she went back into the stock room and made sure that it was there and available. Again, my husband drove 45 minutes to get to the store and it, alas, was not in stock. I then called to speak to a store manager and was places on hold for over 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone. I am not the type to complain, but fool me once, shame on them... Fool me twice, and I'll write a poor review! read more
