    Shoe department:(
    Diana K.

This Target hits on all cylinders with the exception of their shoe department. I used to work for Target, so I know this is not an acceptable standard. I don't understand why this department continues to be neglected. Every other area of the store is well maintained. It would be one thing if this was a one time occurrence or if they had a rough weekend, but that is not the case. It is always like this. I love Target shoes, and really get frustrated when I can't enjoy the full experience. Woodbridge Target team I beg you to get this department in shape.

This Target isn't in the most convenient location, but it gets the job done. Some parts of the store seem to have undergone renovations while other parts are still waiting. Also love the amount of clearance sections they have and how big they are but my goodness, this store is such a mess. No clue how when I saw 3 employees working hard on one of the clothes piles. Shoes were also a mess and it just turned me off from shopping.

Love this Target location. Nice size cosmetics section and their home decor section is great as well. Always a nice trip to pick up daily necessities.

The Starbucks is good, but super slow. There should be more staff back there with the amount of people they have to serve.

Super frustrating experience recently…read more I'll start with the good: we like our dining-room table, chairs and bench. The meh: the couches aren't that comfortable. The bad: customer service, as many have pointed out. We bought a couch, loveseat and dining room set. We also purchased the protection policy in case there was any damage to the items for five years. The table was delivered with a major scratch down the center, and when I tried to call they never answered the phone, ever. I now think this is their ploy to get you to come into the store physically. Then we moved to Germany for three years and obviously we couldn't do anything about it so sort of just let it go. Then we moved back to the States, but this time to New Hampshire. There is no value city furniture within 6 hours of us. Shortly after we moved back I got two phone calls and two emails telling me that I didn't ever use our protection plan so I had $360 to spend as a redeemable voucher. I said ok and told them I didn't live close to a store and they said no problem; you can shop online. I waited a while and couldn't find anything I really wanted. Not much was within the $360 price range anyway and I wasn't going to spend $400 to "save" $360. Eventually I did find two mirrors we could use and would only be out of pocket by $30. So I tried to use the voucher and it turned out to be very difficult to use. I explained to at least six employees what had happened. Oddly, even though they had called and emailed me so clearly had my information on hand, whenever they tried to look it up via that information, it never worked. I would tell them I had a voucher number but that; too; doesn't work to look it up. I spent many hours online; and on the phone trying to get it to work. They ultimately did say I could ship it to my son who is within their shipping radius in Philadelphia. So I went to pay the difference of $30 and when it was all said and done she said "congrats, you can pick up your items in store on February 9th."! I was told it could be shipped but at that point it seemed like an irreversible task. She obviously missed the part where I said I was in New Hampshire and don't have a store near me. Now I have to find a friend to go get these mirrors for me and hold them for me. Obviously they just want people coming into the store, this whole free voucher seemed more like a gimmick in the end and I have little faith given how this has all gone down so far that when said friend does go, that she will walk out of the door with the items purchased. There just always seems to be a glitch somehow. I'll reserve judgment until she does go pick them up successfully but color me unimpressed thus far.

In May 2025, I ordered a complete bedroom set with nightstands, white glove delivery, and premier warranty. Everything was delivered except for the nightstands. I asked if I could have the floor displays but was told no. Deliver dates were pushed back until bankruptcy was announced. Called the manufacturer for items sold elsewhere. Discovered that furniture collection had been discontinued for years! VCF mislead me all this time! Furniture is paid in full and with bankruptcy, may not see a refund! While reading other reviews, many customers were also Mislead. No wonder the bankruptcy! No business ethics, no integrity, etc. Pay close attention to this owner(s) DBA name because they may reopen under another once bankruptcy is resolved and so the same thing again!

Everton greeted me after I had a chance to walk through and gaze around the store and I told him what I was looking for. He listened to my explanation and took me to the area of sofas that were exactly what I wanted. He gave me space to walk around, sit on the pieces take photos but was within my view so if I looked over, he came and answered my questions. He explained and showed me how the cushions were made to be firm because that's what I wanted. The manager of the store also introduced himself and was available for questions. It was a very pleasant perusal and although I didn't purchase that date, I will be back to purchase my new sofa! I recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture at reasonable prices and very professional and pleasant assistance! The store is full of all sorts of furniture and home decor!

New to the area and scheduled vehicle registration at the dmv and they arrive at my home saying they were there for 10minutes and had to leave and reschedule. No call or text prior to delivery. They rescheduled for July 4th. Today a text message to say it will be July 11th. This is ridiculous no apologies. The first excuse was the order was on back order. How could the order be back ordered when drivers showed up to my house unannounced? Now it is a system migration. Can't speak to a manager because apparently I have to leave a message. can't call the store because it is routed to customer service -the same people who said the furniture would be delivered. If not delivered by the 11th a full refund will be demanded. Almost 3 weeks of sleeping on the floor. Clear communication would be nice. Service was a zero. Selection was ok and value is now a zero because I could have gone elsewhere and now I am stuck, $1400 paid and still nothing has been delivered. Never again. Had I checked the reviews here first I would not have shopped there.

We needed seating for our small apartment that could comfortably fit two people and a dog while also being practical and cozy. As a book girlie, I wanted something perfect for lounging with a good read, and that's when I came across the Ashley Stupendous Oversized Chaise--love at first sight! But the price on the manufacturer's site? Nearly $1,200 (not including delivery) and a 4-6 week wait. Determined to find a better deal, I scoured the internet. Facebook Marketplace? Shady sellers, sketchy vibes. Other discount sites? Either seemed fake, didn't ship to my location, or had questionable addresses (seriously, Google Maps had me side-eyeing some of them). Just as I was about to give up and pay full price, I decided to narrow my search to local stores--and that's when I found Z & R Furniture. At first, I thought it was another "too good to be true" site, but since I grew up in Woodbridge, I recognized the shopping plaza and knew it was legit. Could I have driven over to check in person? Sure. But let's be real--I had books to read. So, after running it by my boyfriend, we decided to go for it. Best decision ever. Our chaise arrived in just 2-3 weeks--way faster than the manufacturer's estimate--and the total price with delivery was under $1,000! The delivery process was seamless. They called my boyfriend 30 minutes out, then called me again when they were closer to confirm details. Once they arrived, they carefully unloaded the chaise and brought it straight into our living room without a hitch. Since we're right by the elevator, no stairs were involved, but the whole process was still super professional and efficient. I highly recommend checking out Z & R Furniture for your next big furniture purchase. Not only do you get great deals, but you're also supporting a local business--a total win-win!

I can always find what I'm looking for plus some when I come to Bthrifty. Today I came after finding out that foodlion a few doors down lost power. The thrift store was still rocking and rolling. I love the merchandise they have. I went in to find a rocker for my son. I found the same one that he has at daycare. His babysitter paid 45 dollars for hers and I paid 3 bucks for mine. It was in great condition, I just wiped it down and washed the seat cover. Did I mention they have a great selection for work clothes? Awesome blazers, and work slacks. I've purchased everything from new York and company to white house black market. Overall great store with great products. I asked our cashier, "Joe," if I could enter my phone number for any discounts or to accumulate points toward membership benefits, and he rudely said, "It's too late." When I asked what he meant, he repeated that it was too late because the store was closing and he couldn't allow me to enter my number, even though it wasn't 7 p.m. yet, the store was still open, and there was still a line of customers checking out. I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just to enter my number on the keypad right in front of him, ring up our items, and check out. I also asked if my mother could sign up for a membership, since I'd been raving about this store and she was excited to join. He said no to both. I was genuinely confused because he seemed annoyed with us, and we hadn't done anything to him. Confused, I asked for a manager. It wasn't a miscommunication, since Joe spoke perfect English. I just genuinely didn't understand the refusal. While waiting, I overheard another cashier explaining the day's color-tag discounts and promotions to a different customer. Joe never offered us any of that information. We were met with rudeness and dismissiveness from him. When the manager came over, she had an attitude and talked over me as I tried to explain what was going on. She said Joe meant "there's no deals on Sundays" and pointed to the sign. I told her I already knew that, I can read, and I've been a member there for years. I was trying to explain that Joe had refused to let me enter my phone number, sign my mom up for a membership, or tell us about the color-tag discounts, claiming it was too late because the store was closing , even though there were still people in the store. The manager's response was that if we needed discounts, we should come back Monday through Thursday, which missed the point entirely and left my mother and me feeling like we'd been stereotyped as customers who were only there for discounts. I've shopped at this store for years and brought my mother because I wanted her to love it as much as I do. Instead, the visit left us feeling dismissed and stereotyped over what should have been a simple, friendly interaction. Joe and the manager were rude and unwelcoming, which made us so uncomfortable. A little patience and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Please work on your customer service.
