    Shoe department:(
    Diana K.

This Target hits on all cylinders with the exception of their shoe department. I used to work for Target, so I know this is not an acceptable standard. I don't understand why this department continues to be neglected. Every other area of the store is well maintained. It would be one thing if this was a one time occurrence or if they had a rough weekend, but that is not the case. It is always like this. I love Target shoes, and really get frustrated when I can't enjoy the full experience. Woodbridge Target team I beg you to get this department in shape.

This Target isn't in the most convenient location, but it gets the job done. Some parts of the store seem to have undergone renovations while other parts are still waiting. Also love the amount of clearance sections they have and how big they are but my goodness, this store is such a mess. No clue how when I saw 3 employees working hard on one of the clothes piles. Shoes were also a mess and it just turned me off from shopping.

Love this Target location. Nice size cosmetics section and their home decor section is great as well. Always a nice trip to pick up daily necessities.

It's a bit smaller than other stores even with the grocery section, but it still has all of the basics.

Ashley doesn't stand behind their products…read more I bought a leather recliner and couch in December 2025. Last week, I noticed a small spot on the chair cushion that was starting to peel. Genuine leather doesn't peel, but the polyurethane coloring does peel. Luckily, I purchased the 5 year warranty which, I learned, doesn't cover this issue. Burn it with a cigarette or stab it with a knife and they will come fix it. Something that is defective? Your problem. Ashley offers a 1 year warranty on all furniture. Surely they would make this right since this is an Ashley brand. I called and spoke to a customer support specialist who informed me that Ashley does not cover this type of damage because it's been in my house since December. Ashley will not honor their 1 year warranty on a piece of furniture that has been in my house for under 9 months. Be aware that Ashley uses cheap material and that their warranty (both in-store and extended) is useless. They sell some nice furniture but, if anything goes wrong with it, you are on your own. Definitely don't waste your money on the extended warranty.

When we first started trying to furnish our house from scratch after living in an RV for 15 years,…read morewe were quite unhappy to discover that most furniture is sent to you in a BOX and you have to assemble it! DIY furniture is definitely not what we had in mind. So, I started looking for companies that would deliver and assemble and was so fortunate to find Z&R Furniture. We bought several pieces of a bedroom set from this company, and they were delivered and set up today. This is an absolutely stellar company! I was having trouble ordering online, and they messaged me and said to just call! So I did. They were very nice, and completed my order over the phone, with no issues at all. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, even when I emailed them worried that I might have inadvertantly ordered the wrong color. They emailed me back immediately assuring me that I ordered the one I wanted. They let me know when they expected the shipment, and also when they received the shipment, and that they would be out the next day to deliver and set it all up. They called in the morning to let me know they were on the way, arrived in the time frame that they told me they would, and were so very kind and professional. I would go out of my way to do business with this company again, instead of ordering elsewhere. Professional, kind, courteous, and genuine with superior customer service.

I would NOT recommend Z&R Furniture -- aggressive sales experience and disappointing customer…read moreservice I purchased Southern Motion furniture from Z&R Furniture, and while I have been impressed with the quality of the Southern Motion furniture itself and the professionalism of the delivery team, my experience with Z&R's sales process and customer service has been extremely disappointing. The problems started during the sales process. The sales approach was excessively persistent and, in my experience, became uncomfortably high-pressure and coercive. I was repeatedly pushed toward making a purchase, and the experience became uncomfortable enough that I now believe this is the point where a customer should simply walk away. A furniture purchase should not feel like you're being pressured into making a significant financial decision before you've had adequate time to evaluate the product and price.Unfortunately I was not on my 'A game' the day I visited Z&R - and the sales team AND OWNER took complete advantage. My strongest advice: do not sign the sales receipt until you are absolutely certain you are ready to purchase. My experience was that once the sales receipt was signed, Z&R would not allow me to cancel the purchase even though they did not provide the documentation they promised. Knowing that beforehand would have significantly changed how I approached the transaction. I was also led to believe that I was receiving a substantial discount on the furniture. After eventually obtaining the actual product information and doing my own research into the specific Southern Motion models and configurations, I have serious concerns that the price I paid was not consistent with the level of discount that was represented to me at the time of purchase, nor was it comparable to other companies who openly place their purchase price online. This is where the lack of timely product information became a major issue. I repeatedly requested the actual manufacturer model numbers, SKUs, and product specifications for the furniture I had purchased. That information was not provided in a timely manner -- and by "not timely," I mean I literally did not receive the information until the day before my furniture was scheduled to be delivered. That delay was particularly problematic because without the actual product specifications, I could not independently research the furniture or compare prices with other Southern Motion dealers while I still had an opportunity to make an informed decision about my purchase. Had I been given the model numbers and specifications when I requested them, I could have researched the exact furniture, compared legitimate dealer pricing, and evaluated whether the discount I was being offered was actually competitive before the furniture was delivered. There was also a significant problem with communication surrounding delivery. My furniture was delivered outside the estimated timeframe I was originally provided, yet I received no proactive communication or follow-up from Z&R explaining the delay or providing an updated delivery timeframe. I had to pursue the information myself rather than receiving the level of communication I would expect after making a substantial purchase. To be fair, I want to make an important distinction: the Southern Motion furniture itself appears to be high quality, and the delivery team was professional and did a good job. My concerns are with Z&R's sales practices, pricing transparency, communication, and customer service, not with Southern Motion or the people who ultimately delivered the furniture. My experience has left me with the impression that Z&R is much more focused on closing the sale than taking care of the customer after the sale. If you're considering purchasing from Z&R, my advice would be: Do not let yourself be pressured into making a decision. Do not sign the sales receipt until you are completely certain you want to purchase. Get the manufacturer's exact model numbers, SKUs, materials, colors/leathers, and specifications in writing before signing. Research the exact products and compare prices with other dealers before committing. Get a realistic delivery timeframe in writing and ask how delays will be communicated. Don't assume that a large "discount" necessarily means you're receiving a good price -- verify the actual market price yourself. For me, the biggest lesson is simple: when a sales process becomes excessively persistent or makes you feel pressured into buying, walk away. You should have enough time and information to make an informed decision about a major purchase. I really like the Southern Motion furniture and had a positive experience with the delivery team. Unfortunately, those positives don't overcome what has been a very frustrating experience with Z&R Furniture's sales practices and customer service.

I asked our cashier, "Joe," if I could enter my phone number for any discounts or to accumulate points toward membership benefits, and he rudely said, "It's too late." When I asked what he meant, he repeated that it was too late because the store was closing and he couldn't allow me to enter my number, even though it wasn't 7 p.m. yet, the store was still open, and there was still a line of customers checking out. I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just to enter my number on the keypad right in front of him, ring up our items, and check out. I also asked if my mother could sign up for a membership, since I'd been raving about this store and she was excited to join. He said no to both. I was genuinely confused because he seemed annoyed with us, and we hadn't done anything to him. Confused, I asked for a manager. It wasn't a miscommunication, since Joe spoke perfect English. I just genuinely didn't understand the refusal. While waiting, I overheard another cashier explaining the day's color-tag discounts and promotions to a different customer. Joe never offered us any of that information. We were met with rudeness and dismissiveness from him. When the manager came over, she had an attitude and talked over me as I tried to explain what was going on. She said Joe meant "there's no deals on Sundays" and pointed to the sign. I told her I already knew that, I can read, and I've been a member there for years. I was trying to explain that Joe had refused to let me enter my phone number, sign my mom up for a membership, or tell us about the color-tag discounts, claiming it was too late because the store was closing , even though there were still people in the store. The manager's response was that if we needed discounts, we should come back Monday through Thursday, which missed the point entirely and left my mother and me feeling like we'd been stereotyped as customers who were only there for discounts. I've shopped at this store for years and brought my mother because I wanted her to love it as much as I do. Instead, the visit left us feeling dismissed and stereotyped over what should have been a simple, friendly interaction. Joe and the manager were rude and unwelcoming, which made us so uncomfortable. A little patience and basic courtesy would have made all the difference. Please work on your customer service.
