A quick run into target turned into 1 hour of shopping, I came in the store for face toner and left out with clothes, toys, kitchen items, kids books, makeup, nail polish ! Omg it happens to me every time. Target is a complete vibe. It's relaxing and the atmosphere is so calm, it's my go to store. The staff was so helpful when I asked questions. Great shopping experience at Target today! We primarily came in to register my 7 year old for her birthday list. Making a list is a great way for people to know what to get her for her birthday, and we do it with ease every year. I'm going to pretend the lady behind me in line was not thinking that I was pregnant like she was and doing a baby registry. Anywhoooo, I found some deals on some gifts for people, and a few other small things that I needed including a huge bag of candy for the birthday piñata. My cashier was speedy and friendly. I used my red card and saved 5%. Whoop! Love saving money. read more

Be on the lookout-clearance is everywhere at this store. Found jeans for under fifteen both in the men's and women's sections in the regular denim sections. Shoes as low as a dollar for flip flops and as low as five for canvas tennis shoes (picked up a pair of Minnie Mouse ones for $5.58). Staff was friendly at quick at the registers. Serval lanes were open and they also have self check out if you want it. They have a Starbucks inside and there is also one in the parking lot, so no caffeine shortage here! Overall: A Good shopping at sale or clearance prices! read more

Located in Yulee, but this is one of my favourite Target stores in the Jax area. This Target and the one in Arlington are about equal distances from my home. Since I absolutely abhor the one located in Arlington, it's a no-brainer to come to this one. The employees are so friendly and so willing to help. They seem like they are genuinely happy to assist and I never get any kind of attitude. They always have plenty of registers open, so there's never really a wait to check out. The store is very clean and organized nicely. I've yet to come here when they are really busy, so there's no trouble finding a good parking spot. read more

My favorite Target! Always has the most friendly helpful employees and the place always looks immaculate!

Today I went to target with the express purpose of picking up some photos that I ordered online. Ordering on line with fairly simple, however there was a problem upon pickup. You have to go to the photo kiosk to claim your photos. I had the order numbers with me to punch into the machine and I had to wait for the pictures to come out. I had ordered four 8x10's and I watched them come out of the machine. The photos came out with the paper wavy and not flat. I will have to put some heavy books on them for a few days. Not good. Price was good 2.49 per 8x10 however when I have done this previously at CVS the photos are in a protective folder which was not provided at Target. Well sometimes the price is right,but you always get what you pay for! read more

They had everything I was looking for, but their customer service is awful. All the workers move at a glacier pace and no one was even working. Only 3 cashiers were open and every other worker was sitting around looking at them. They need to manage break times better and actually have employees work. Jason was the only hard worker. One more thing-there are carts everywhere in the parking lot. We had to get out of the car and move them to be able to park. read more

My kids bought me some outdoor equipment for fathers day. The items totaled about $130. I really did not need the stuff so I tried to return it to Target. I did not expect cash but was wanting to get something from the store that I could use. Without the reciept, they would only give me about $11 refund in either cash or store credit! They told me that this was the policy even though all of the tags were still in place (I only had the stuff for 2 days). They have the SKU and know what my kids paid for the items. I would be careful shopping at Target - especially for gifts unless you want to attach the receipt to the gift. read more

The Pharmacy system went down, which I understand. I tried calling the pharmacy several times to see if their system was back up. Every time I got through the call would end. I figured maybe it had something to do with their systems being down. I then tried calling target asking to see if they could find out if their systems were back up. She kept telling me she had nothing to do with the pharmacy department. Which I understand but I was only calling to ask if she could go ask the department if their systems were working (considering she's only 10 ft away from the department). After several times of asking she agreed to go find out. Then after waiting for a response, she hung up. Target needs to work on their customer service. I would understand the situation if I was being difficult however I was being very polite and wasn't asking for anything complicated. Just a simple question. read more

Target has mini Starbucks!! Typical dept store, zombie customer service - incorrect pricing; as always is the case at huge box stores, but they try! The young staff works hard & give a valued attempt at customer service; some are fantastic! I love that this location is normally calm & peaceful. Very clean. read more

Had a terrible experience the other day with the manager, "Eric" I believe was his name. He was very condescending, rude, and spoke to me as if I was a child. I'm honestly tempted to drive the extra 20+ minutes to shop at a Jacksonville location just so I don't have to encounter "Eric" again. I haven't had any issues with the other employees, but the manager was a terrible person to deal with and I really hope Target sees this and speaks with him about how he treats customers. read more

This Target store used to be one of my favorite places to go until recently. This has nothing to do with the store, this has to do with the pharmacy. I went to drop a prescription off and the head pharmacist took it upon himself to get into my personal business. At the pharmacy, there is a place for consultations to speak with the pharmacist. Well, the head pharmacist, took it upon himself to speak to me, in front of my 10 year old daughter, in the isle directly in front of the counter, in front of the pharmacy employees and customers. This was extremely embarrassing, and I'm sure he violated his ethics code. I feel like I need to report him to the pharmacy board. I have transferred all prescriptions from here. I am so disgusted at how this was handled. I also had to explain to my child some of the things that were said. I did report him to the manager that was on duty. read more

Very friendly staff. Usually very clean and has good visual merchandising. Small grocery section w not much produce and meat. Never had an issue anytime I've been here. They get pretty busy on wknds. Right next to Maurices so I like to shop for clothes there then swing to target for home stuff. read more

I was very disappointed to find out Target had such an incompetent customer service. Trying to buy an ipod touch marketed on sale which was out of stock by the next day of course, I spent about 30 minutes on the phone trying to talk to a manager to see if I could get an answer, maybe a rain check, etc. The operator kept me waiting for a long time and at times transferred me to people who could not give me an answer. Finally, she took my name and told me a manger would call me back. No one did. read more

I stopped by Target @ Yulee, FL today and saw 12oz Driscoll's blackberries on sale for $2.49. I purchased one and on the way out, I realized the receipt shows blackberries is $3.79. I went back and question the difference in pricing. Instead of going back to the shelf to confirm the pricing, the lady at customer service counter just pulled out the target ad. and said $3.79 is correct pricing. This is not the first time this Target store has labeled sale price on an item and charged the full price at check out. I would caution anyone who shop at this Target store to double check the receipt so they won't be scammed by their misleading pricing. I never expected Target store have this kind of practice and unfriendly customer service. read more
