Not only did I have to borrow a pair of pants for the rest of the party, my favorite vacation pants were now ruined. I was ecstatic to see Heidee's Formals did alternations *and* repairs. Perhaps she could SAVE my pants! I had a delightful meeting with Heidee (her personality is so sunny and inviting) and she said she could help me. In less than an hour my velvet harem pants had been repaired and without any sign they had ever been ripped in the first place! She is a DREAM! I cannot recommend Heidee's Formals enough if you need any repair or alternation job! Now I can go back to looking glamourous and it's all thanks to Heidee!

We travel all over the country...in small resort towns/communities like this you get one of two experiences 1) they make you feel welcome, like you live there...and it makes you want to live there! Or 2) You are a tourist and we can't be bothered. Two of the employees, a tall older lady...and a younger gal stood in the middle of the clothing section complaining about how crowded the store was, and how they couldn't wait for the sale to be over. Ummmm what? There were four of us shoppers (didn't know one another) all looking at one another like "They can see us right?" Another gal had questions about some art on the wall, and she could not get anyone to help her. I had 10 items to try on, you can only take 5 in...so while I was trying on the first 5, the sales woman kept apologizing to those waiting saying "she has a lot of stuff, so sorry" Sooo I didn't try on the other five. Bought three of the first 5 and felt very rushed. Bottom line I think the locals and their family/friends keep them busy enough, so no need to worry about the tourists. That's the vibe. The sales team needs to be a little more aware that we are in the store for an experience, not because we have nowhere else to shop.
