He then opened the dumpster door, dumped a huge pile of debris on my driveway, dropped the dumpster, and left. When I informed the company that they needed to take the dumpster away, the driver came back and - for some unknown reason -dropped another dumpster on the city sidewalk and my front lawn. My guys spent the next day and a half cleaning up the mess.

I recently moved to Southington and selected this company for my trash removal. When I called to…read morestart my service I was told that the first bulk pick up would be complimentary and if I chose to use the service again after that there would be a fee. I called back to schedule my bulk pick up for 7/11 and was told it would cost me $75. I then received two bills in the mail from them. One was for $71 dated July another was for $121 date June. This was clearly a mistake as my services didn't being until July. I had to call this company to clarify at which point I was told it was a billing error and I was only responsible for the $71. My trash pick up is scheduled for Tuesdays. I put my bulk and trash out on Tue 7/12. The bulk was picked up however my trash was not. I again put my trash and recycling out. The recycling was picked up but the trash wasn't. I left a voicemail, no call back. I wrote an email. I called, and called and called and no answer. I would rather put my garbage on my back and walk in to the dump in 100 degree weather than use this company.
