And no follow up call from who ever I spoke to on Saturday. Jason gave me his cell phone number last year and said that if I ever needed anything to call him. I called him 3 weeks ago on a Friday. He told me that he would stop by the following week. 2 weeks go by and no Jason and that's why I called the shop. He has my cell number and could of sent me a text as to why he didn't show up. I have recommended your service to friends and neighbors but now I have retracted all the nice things that I had said about your company. After this incident and lack of workmanship I will warn people not to call you. Not sure why no one reached out to me because I was nothing but nice to Jason when he was here last year. I'm not a problem customer. I'm polite and courteous. I can't say the same about your lack of service this time. Very disappointing. You don't even deserve the one star but I had to give it to you in order to post my review.

We took delivery of the washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date for the remaining appliances in December 2025. Ryan asked to reschedule until the new year as he had a cold. We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

The first time we had…read moresomeone come, he pulled apart my entire dryer and told us that they just needed to replace the drum belt but also replaced pulley's and a few other parts. The first repair person told us that we had a 3 month warranty. After the first repair, our dryer started making a nose that sounded like metal gridding against each other, we thought, maybe it's the new parts molding to the dryer but as the weeks progressed it got worse. So I called Hanks because their repair person was the last to touch the dryer. They send a different repair person to my house. Again, he pulls apart the entire dryer and tells me one of the parts is broken and I need to pay for it. NO THANKS...it's a part that you replaced. For some reason, the first repair man did not note it on the work order but verbally told us what he replaced. I told Repair man #2 that I was not paying for it and he can call who he needs to in order to do the job because had repair man #1 not touched what was not broken then we wouldn't be in the position. Repair man #2 called his "boss" who spoke with my husband and while speaking with my husband told him "why did you wait for 2 months" fair enough, but I have a warranty for a reason and I'm going to use it because again, it's a part that a repair person from Hank's replaced. Repair man #2's "boss" tells him to take him off of speaker phone not knowing I can still hear him and says to him "do you have the part? if so, replace it and tell them to fuck off and get the hell out of there" Perhaps you want to try and track who repair person #2 was speaking with and train them on their customer service and professionalism.

The main store at Lowe's is still closed to the public but the Garden Centre is open! They're even…read moreopen till 8pm making it super convenient to stock up on supplies whenever. The Garden Centre has been meticulously sectioned for appropriate social distancing. The lanes are pretty narrow between the rows of plants so most of them are one way only. The signs are at eye-level so it's hard to miss to know which way to go. They even have a disposal station for PPE at the exit for used masks and wipes. All of the employees are Lowe's are super friendly and took the initiative to find out if we needed help. I did some research online ahead of time to see if they had the specific products I wanted in stock at this particular location and they did! Lowe's was the only place that had the bulk sizes of Pro-Mix soil in stock. The product was on sale but the sign hadn't been changed yet. An associate was able to scan the item and let us know what the updated price was. One interesting thing that I saw was that there were torn bags of mulch that were heavily discounted. It was made clear on the sign that the bags were opened and they were separate from the new bags of mulch so you won't have to worry about accidentally getting an opened bag. I had a really pleasant trip picking up gardening supplies! Highly recommend coming to this location for gardening goodies.

Which I KNOW I did! So I decided to go take a screenshot of the post where it clearly states 2 controllers..... but they deleted the ad all together. The one controller they did send.... When I was there on the weekend, the girl that was helping me suggested the Pineapple and Cilantro scent... PERFECT!!! My car smells amazing! I must admit, I don't hang these anywhere in my car though, I simply stick them in a little cubbyhole that in my dash and it still scents my car perfectly.
