The truck - Piacere - had a brick oven and my pie was made fresh to order with perfectly salty and generously portioned prosciutto, a big ball of mozzarella. The crust was nice and chewy, with a light char. The chicken empanada I tried from a friend's order was also well seasoned. Drinks-wise, I enjoyed their Bacardi silver mojito. It was well blended although I did have to remind the bartender to actually add liquor as the pour was a little on the weak side. This happened with various cocktails of other people in my group.
