This great local chocolate shop is everything you expect when looking for some delicious gourmet treats. As soon as you enter you can smell the amazing chocolate while your eyes can't help but look at all the awesome things around you. They have everything from gift baskets to single serve pieces but there's no way you'll be leaving here with just 1 piece. Their milk chocolate is creamy, rich & very sweet but not overwhelming. They also have some delicious dark chocolate to choose from. They make tons of goodies like chocolate covered marshmallows, coffee beans, Oreos & much more. The employees are always very nice & don't make you feel weird if you try multiple samples. The pricing is plenty fair for the quality you get. There's no surprise this place has been here for more than a few years now. It's well worth stopping by if you want to satisfy that sweet tooth. You will not be disappointed! read more

You can really feel the love and passion they put into every piece. Their selection is incredible -- from beautifully crafted truffles to unique seasonal specialties -- and everything I've tried has been nothing short of amazing. Me and Hubby dropped off my middle child for her band lessons and decided to walk to the nearby park with our other 2 children. The lady was very helpful with letting us know about the different types of candy and chocolate. We got some cake pops and turtles, while Hubby tried the dipping dots. We definitely plan to stop by again and we are in the area every week. read more

Wow! Top notch service for an order placed the day of valentine's! I didn't eat any but my lady said it was very good and she enjoyed them all as she ate them over the next couple days. I had my eye on this place for a while. So tempting, so close to home. I resisted. Why? Because Tasteful Thoughts makes homemade chocolate.! Certified kosher, they sell various chocolates that include gluten-free, vegan, keto, pareve, and dairy. Tasteful Thoughts maked individual chocolates, baskets, platters, corporate gifts, and can customize anything one asks for I finally made it to Tasteful Thoughts out of necessity. I needed Chanukah "gelt" for my teenage sons. Yes, my big boys still insist on these chocolate coins every year. Normally I buy them in Walgreens or Publix and the quality of chocolates is terrible. What a difference at Tasteful Thoughts! The chocolate was delicious! The coins were available in dark, milk, and white chocolate. My kids has never seen white chocolate "gelt" and loved it! 1 Tasteful Thoughts was strict with Covid precautions. You can't browse. You can only go to the front of the store and tell them what you would like, so it might be a good idea to peruse their website before visiting. Customers were asked to stand apart or outside when it got busy. Michele does a great job of creating a friendly, relaxed, atmosphere. and interacting with the community. I have now gotten a multitude of sweets from here and I have yet to be disappointed by something here. On my first trip, which includes photos such as the featured photo as of now, I made my choices that included a couple cake pops and chocolate covered pretzels. The chocolate covered pretzels were to die for! The size of the pretzels were the perfect amount to be able to finish in one sitting without getting too rich or overly sweet to the point that you cant finish it. The chocolate that they use on it is for sure that of a nicer name brand because the quality of the chocolate is superb. My only thing is that I am not a huge fan of the sprinkles, as to they don't add much to it, other than extra sugar. But that is a personal thing so I will not take a star off for it! The cake pops, both of which phenomenal, were that of a white chocolate dipped one and one that was dipped in milk chocolate. The flavors of these cake pops are amazing and definitely a worthy opponent of the cake pops at Starbucks. The reason these win is because these are made personally instead of mass produced and shipped around the country and world. The cake is perfectly moist and insanely enjoyable. I could eat a dozen of these if I put my mind to it lol! I also recently had one of their hot chocolate bombs...all I can say is that you NEED to get one of these. The flavors are wonderful and the marshmallows they include in the item are standout because they blend perfectly with the succulent chocolate! read more

I finally was able to visit here after being introduced to their chocolate months ago at an event. Shout out to Mary Ann!! I am usually in this plaza to eat dinner after they close so I always miss it (they close at 7pm). I would go earlier than dinner but I don't want to risk my chocolate melting in the SoFL heat, in a car. I walk in on a Tuesday at 11am. I was greeted immediately by Michele and offered assistance and information about the products. I informed Michele I had a spicy chocolate with cayenne pepper in it and that is why I came in. There was only one that matched that description so she pointed me to them in the display. Michele also informed me that some products were brought in from other places. I don't like going into businesses and purchasing outsourced products and I informed Michele I was only interested in her products. I browse the items and inquire every once and a while until I am ready to order. I purchased 8 of the cayenne chocolates (white or milk and I chose milk), an egg nog truffle (truffles are outsourced but it looked interesting), dark chocolate bark with almonds, and a Tasty Treasure for hubby. It was delicious!! I paid $18 and it was reasonable. I am definitely coming back!! read more

I stumbled upon Tasteful Thoughts on a recent visit to Cooper City. Tucked into an older shopping center on Griffin Road at Pine Island, I had a taste for chocolate. What a tasteful thought. A locally owned business, I found the owner - Michele - to be friendly and polite. She answered a bunch of questions and I made my order. Quickly boxed and I was on my way. Chocolate dipped graham crackers, cake pops of various varieties, peanut butter cups, crispy treats, chocolate and white chocolate Oreo's, chocolate covered marshmallows, and chocolate covered pretzels - my kids and I loved them all. This chocolate is amazing! Every time I stop in, the owner has new items. Tonight I got some Keto chocolate bark with coconut. Please don't buy any as I'm already addicted. I also got some Keto chocolate bark with peanut butter and I can see why this is a favorite. I had to get some milk chocolate caramels and finally one of their famous tasty treasures. They have beautiful trays and lots of gift ideas for the holidays. This is a family owned shop that supports other small businesses in Cooper City. My husband & I were driving by and noticed that there was a chocolate shop in a strip mall and decided to check them out. Everything looked so good that it was hard to decide what we wanted & finally decided on a red velvet cake pop, Smores bomb, peanut butter cups, chocolate covered oreo, peanut butter bark & a couple of truffles. Chocolate covered pretzels are DELICIOUS and are my favorite. So many choices and they take their time to make sure you get what you want/need and are beautifully packaged. Everyone who works there is always helpful and nice. The owner is wonderful and goes out of her way to help. Are used when they first started out and I'm still using them I've never had one complaint come back to me although I guess people aren't likely to say they don't like it when it's a gift gotten for them so that's all I can say is my first first to my doctor and four more times since last Christmas and nobody has complained all I have to go bye I've never seen a picture though of what went out maybe that would be nice to show what the basket looks like when it leaves especially repeat business do you want to make sure you're really getting something that looks good it taste good I think anybody would agree chocolate taste good in any form ha ha he he and support your neighborhood businesses read more

I was last minute looking for a place to make some cake pops for my niece's party and came across Tasteful Thoughts on Yelp. There's a reason they have five stars on here. Michele, the owner, gave such amazing customer service. My dad went to pick them up and pay for them and she greeted him by name and had them ready earlier than the time due. They also have Keto muffins in different flavors made with coconut flour and sweetened with Swerve - 2-3 carbs each and they taste great!!!!!! Flavors now are: Blueberry, raspberry, raspberry chocolate chip and chocolate chip. They are wonderful!!!! They also have gluten free cake pops, brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Everything not only looks delicious, it tastes as good as it looks!! To top it all off the staff is great and the owners Michelle is one of the friendliest people I know, she certainly knows customer service. My kids love this place. In fact, we loved it so much, we did our own make your own chocolate party and Michele gave me and my daughter a lesson on how to do it at home. We picked everything we needed and the party was a hit!!! We have been back several more times. Excited to have this place to close by, looking forward to many return trips. I am so glad a friend introduced me to Tasteful Thoughts! Michele the owner is incredibly warm and friendly. Her joy permeates through the entire store..you are sure to try something and end up walking out with a few things as a gift for someone else or a treat for yourself. My personal favorites are the salted caramel truffles and the chocolate covered Oreos. My daughter loves the chocolate covered marshmallows, in fact we usually get a dozen or so when we have a party to attend. My daughter also loves the Dippin Dots. I couldn't say more wonderful things about this chocolate shop. First of all, the staff is very friendly and makes you feel part of the family while you're there. Secondly, the chocolate is beyond delicious and very affordable! Lastly, and most importantly, they have KETO options!!! Those of us that are on the keto diet, know how rare it is to find delicious desserts! Look no farther because this is the only place you'll need!
