I just had one of the most delicious chocolate-covered cookies ever from Tastefull Thoughts! I had their Nutter Butter cookie dipped in dark chocolate, and it was absolutely amazing. Peanut butter and dark chocolate together are such a perfect combination, and every bite was delicious. I noticed they also offer them in milk chocolate and white chocolate, which I'll definitely have to try another time. If you haven't stopped by, you really need to give them a try. I had my eye on this place for a while. So tempting, so close to home. I resisted. Why? Because Tasteful Thoughts makes homemade chocolate.! Certified kosher, they sell various chocolates that include gluten-free, vegan, keto, pareve, and dairy. Tasteful Thoughts maked individual chocolates, baskets, platters, corporate gifts, and can customize anything one asks for I finally made it to Tasteful Thoughts out of necessity. I needed Chanukah "gelt" for my teenage sons. Yes, my big boys still insist on these chocolate coins every year. Normally I buy them in Walgreens or Publix and the quality of chocolates is terrible. What a difference at Tasteful Thoughts! The chocolate was delicious! The coins were available in dark, milk, and white chocolate. My kids has never seen white chocolate "gelt" and loved it! 1 Tasteful Thoughts was strict with Covid precautions. You can't browse. You can only go to the front of the store and tell them what you would like, so it might be a good idea to peruse their website before visiting. I have now gotten a multitude of sweets from here and I have yet to be disappointed by something here. On my first trip, which includes photos such as the featured photo as of now, I made my choices that included a couple cake pops and chocolate covered pretzels. The chocolate covered pretzels were to die for! The size of the pretzels were the perfect amount to be able to finish in one sitting without getting too rich or overly sweet to the point that you cant finish it. The chocolate that they use on it is for sure that of a nicer name brand because the quality of the chocolate is superb. My only thing is that I am not a huge fan of the sprinkles, as to they don't add much to it, other than extra sugar. But that is a personal thing so I will not take a star off for it! The cake pops, both of which phenomenal, were that of a white chocolate dipped one and one that was dipped in milk chocolate. The flavors of these cake pops are amazing and definitely a worthy opponent of the cake pops at Starbucks. The reason these win is because these are made personally instead of mass produced and shipped around the country and world. The cake is perfectly moist and insanely enjoyable. I could eat a dozen of these if I put my mind to it lol! I also recently had one of their hot chocolate bombs...all I can say is that you NEED to get one of these. I finally was able to visit here after being introduced to their chocolate months ago at an event. Shout out to Mary Ann!! I am usually in this plaza to eat dinner after they close so I always miss it (they close at 7pm). I would go earlier than dinner but I don't want to risk my chocolate melting in the SoFL heat, in a car. I walk in on a Tuesday at 11am. I was greeted immediately by Michele and offered assistance and information about the products. I informed Michele I had a spicy chocolate with cayenne pepper in it and that is why I came in. There was only one that matched that description so she pointed me to them in the display. Michele also informed me that some products were brought in from other places. I don't like going into businesses and purchasing outsourced products and I informed Michele I was only interested in her products. I browse the items and inquire every once and a while until I am ready to order. I purchased 8 of the cayenne chocolates (white or milk and I chose milk), an egg nog truffle (truffles are outsourced but it looked interesting), dark chocolate bark with almonds, and a Tasty Treasure for hubby.
