The gongura chicken and veg Hakka noodles were almost spot on at least after adding the chilli sauce that comes with the noodles. The sambhar was ordered mild for a teenager but it turned out to have a little too much heat for them. It was spot on for an adult with a developed palette but maybe not so much for a weaker one. Desserts were also on the okay side. They put rooh-afsa (pinkish rose syrup) in their rabri which makes it a little different. The rasmalai was pretty watered down with no malai (cream) but was flavorful. I don't think the desserts provide any value for money so I would skip them. We had a bunch of leftovers (Mirchi ka Salan and Hakka noodles) that tasted really good when reheated. So maybe the spices just needed some time to really bond with the food overnight. For my main, I got their malai kofta. It closer to a light medium when ordering it mild but again, no problem with that. For the dish itself I found dumplings to be a bit too mushy and the overall flavor was a bit lacking for me. For my bread, I got the garlic naan. It was excellent! Covered in chopped garlic and glistening with butter--it was indulgent and delicious. Everything was perfectly packaged (no leaking!) and came piping hot!
