Boat Builders Burger: 1/3 of a lb of ground chuck medium rare (they cooked it perfectly) with some Swiss on top. Probably the best burger I've had in the last few years. When I walked in, I was struck by how it looks like a store as well as a restaurant -- and, indeed, they do sell candy, jellies and jams, wine, and it looked like they had a fridge in back with beer. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted; everything looked good. I ended up getting the rib sandwich -- basically a pulled pork sandwich. I really enjoyed it. It came with bagged chips that were too salty; I didn't eat many of those. If I'm in the area again in need of breakfast or lunch, I'd definitely stop here again!

Recently some friends and I found ourselves in the area, conveniently at lunch time, so we stopped and grabbed a burger. I got a mushroom swiss burger and had them hold the lettuce and tomato. My burger was real good, and my friends assured me that theirs were as well. One of my friends got their olive burger and it looked amazing. We got one order of regular fries and one of waffle fries. They have some good dipping sauces for the fries and the two orders were more than enough for the four of us. The service was great and we were impressed with how well they quickly cleaned vacated tables. This is a food truck that travels between a few of the towns up by Cadillac, all seating is outside on picnic tables. I'm glad I finally got to try this place and I'm looking forward to returning.
