Then finally Nick calls back about a week later, saying 'I'm sorry but we don't do Lilburn area' - however, on their website it clearly states that they do Lilburn area. He says it maybe a mistake. I asked for the manager's or the owner's contact information, he says he can't give that information out. Overall, terrible experience....would never use this company for any cleaning!

The man and woman duo were just standing around in one bedroom not doing any cleaning! There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. I did not see a single duster, mop or vacuum in action. Every inquiry was met with "that's not my job" when you are literally cleaning an empty house! Then shortly afterwards, they packed up and abandoned the job without a word. Very unprofessional and unskilled!

I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible.
