i'm very nervous to post this review given how they respond to one star reviews on their google page,,,
earlier in 2023, i got my industrial done here. everything went incredibly smoothly in the moment; the jewelry fit fine, i had no pain, and i had the correct anatomy (according to the staff piercing me.)
problems arose when i went home and, after a few weeks / a month or two, my industrial got infected. it was, at first, the hole closest to my head, then it spread to the hole furthest; both sides were now infected. this could have just been an industrial issue, given how notorious they are for not healing and giving people problems, but i still put it in here.
they also pierced it way too close to my head. i've been to a few different places for jewelry and all have either made comments about it, or have flat out said it should not be that close.
my second piercing were my second lobes for my birthday last year. when i sat down in the chair, i was given the option to use a single-use piercing gun or a needle. i asked my piercer something along the lines of "don't those damage the ear?" and he responded by pinching my lobes and claiming "there's nothing there but tissue." not verbatim; it was something along those lines.
given it was cheaper to do so, i did not opt for the needle. i will admit this may have been bad on my end, but i was told *this would not damage my ear.*
everything was fine up until the third month where my right ear suddenly swelled up bright red. i was told by several people to go to the doctor, where i was prescribed antibiotics; *this* piercing had gotten infected. my left ear was fine, but i would not put it past me to say that one was infected too.
while both of these incidents were years ago, i see on their google reviews the owner is incredibly unprofessional and almost petty in regarding bad reviews. i have not posted this in, to be completely honest, fear of the backlash from them.
they do not seem like they have changed their attitude nor piercing style (for lack of better terms; how they pierce people).
i also want to tack onto this review that my friend got a tattoo here. it's small; it's on her wrist. she was not given any second skin and was apparently just rawdogging it if that makes sense??? i'm not too knowledgeable about tattoos, but that doesn't seem like the proper aftercare for a FRESH tattoo (i'm talking not even 5 hours post tattoo session).
