That is absolutely ridiculous. I am certain that there is no way they bought their posts and balls separately, This is not a mix and match situation. The ball does not work without the post. You don't buy earrings and their posts separately. No place I have ever been has ever done that. They are a complete rip off and not to mention extremely rude in the process.

Unfortunately, my daughter's nose stud fell out twice, and I developed a piercing bump. While neither situation was ideal, I understand these things can happen. When the bump appeared, the piercer recommended a NoPull disc to help it heal and asked me to return in two weeks to have it removed. I followed the aftercare instructions, but unfortunately, the NoPull disc didn't work for me. In fact, it seemed to make the bump worse, which surprised both me and the piercer. We had expected to see some improvement after two weeks, but there wasn't any. Two weeks after having the NoPull disc removed, my daughter and I returned because her piercing had fallen out again. While we were there, I also asked if someone could take another look at my piercing and see whether changing the jewelry might help. That's when Tee stepped in, and she was absolutely amazing. She carefully assessed the piercing and recommended switching to a longer bar so it wouldn't sit directly against the bump. As soon as she changed it, I could immediately feel the difference. The piercing was much more comfortable, and it finally felt like it had the room it needed to heal. I truly appreciated Tee's exceptional customer service and expertise. Despite the few bumps along the way, everyone has been professional, kind, and genuinely committed to helping us. I can't recommend this place enough. Their professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to customer care have made every visit a positive experience.

There was a lady at the front desk who stepped away as soon as I walked in, a few artists and a few customers. Now mind you, I know they don't accept walk ins but I just wanted to make an appointment since I was nearby and had cash to make the deposit. No one spoke to me,like AT ALL. The girl at front desk that stepped away just continued to talk to other staff and never walked back over to speak to me. I waited around for a bit without so much as an acknowledgement, hello, etc just nothing as if I was invisible. Decided to look them up and I saw the artist that did my prior piece is no longer there. So although I absolutely loved my prior tattoo and the service, the people there now could use a lesson in customer service. I ended up leaving after being blatantly ignored.

Unfortunately, we were at a restaurant that kept us a bit later, and Joshua (the owner) was very flexible and we came a bit later. He did everything that I wanted and even added a little extra the next day. His technique was very gentle, it didn't hurt me one bit. I have two other tattoos from famous tattoo artist Lyle Tuttle in San Francisco that I got back in 1975, before women were getting tattoos. So when my itch for new ink kicked in, I hit up Mike and got an appointment within a week. I spent this morning at King Cobra getting my tattoo by Mike. The playlist was awesome the conversation was great. And most importantly, I love my tattoo! Husby's headed there tomorrow! Looks like we have a family tattoo guy now! Also, I gotta shout out to the owner Shelby. He came in about half way through my tattoo and I just felt like I was hanging out with some cool a$$ folks for a couple hours!
