The steamer, hot stones, and extended exfoliation sounded like exactly what my soul needed. Ivy came over with a kind smile and introduced herself. She made sure the water temperature was just right before getting started. When she returned with a tray of products, it felt like a true spa experience. Thoughtfully presented and intentional. That detail stood out to me because while many places offer pedicures, not all create an experience around it. Ivy did an incredible job. She was attentive, unhurried, and truly focused on making the experience relaxing and thorough. Even when another client came in asking for her specifically, she never rushed through my service. She spent a full hour on my pedicure, giving special attention to both my feet and calves, and it was absolutely lovely. This wasn't just a pedicure. It was a moment of peace.
