Reached out to Harris on instagram after seeing his work. He was very responsive. He worked with me on the design i wanted and did not disappoint. Plenty of parking. The shop was above a boba place. The cost was very reasonable for the amazing work that he did. So happy with how it turned out!

We booked a full day session and I couldn't have been more happier. Harris did an excellent job from start to finish. He really cares about his work and did his best to make sure mine came out right. He's very responsive to any inquiries and was willing to adjust the tattoo every time I asked. Throughout the entire process, he was giving suggestions and coming up with more ways to make the piece better, which goes to show the effort he puts into making your piece the best it can be. I came in to get 2 mini tattoos with Felicia and she did an amazing job! I'm so pleased with them. She took her time to make sure I would be getting exactly what I wanted, had me double check the stencil to make sure it was in the right place, and was overall kind & welcoming. When you're getting a permanent tattoo, it's important your artist actually cares about giving you what you want. Felicia did exactly that, and was kind about it. And since they're only taking appointments, there were only a couple people in the shop when I was there, and we were socially distanced. Everyone was wearing their masks & Felicia cleaned everything thoroughly before and after the appointment, which made me feel safe. I've visited some businesses that are unsanitary in regards to the pandemic, and Tattoo Mayhem is not one of them. I would definitely recommend coming here! Thank you Felicia!!

Let me start of saying with how much I'm impressed by the moment I walked in the shop. Judging from the look of the outside, the location isn't well place for a tattoo shop. However, the shop itself was spectacularly cleaned and wisely decorated. About my tattoo artist (Ami), we met on this tattoo app called Tattoodo. It's basically an app that let I post my idea of the project and that idea gets shared to artists around my area. Ami was different in a good way and she distinguished herself from a lot of artists I met on the app. She was kind and super friendly. Her customer service was on point. so I decided to give her a shot. On the day of my appointment. I was excited to finally meet with her. She was as wonderful as I was expected and most importantly she did a superb job on me. It wasn't a complex tattoo but it was very personal so I wouldn't want it to be messed up. She took her time and made me as comfortable as she could. It was a smooth trip from the start to finish. I was very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Ami to anyone. She wouldn't disappoint you. Be clear and straightforward to her and I believe she will deliver the best tattoo for you.

My go to artist here, Sirinate, moved to a different place but I would like to say that I was satisfied with the tattoos I got and Sirinate did an amazing job as always. However, the studio did not handle covid regulations well. Some customers who came while I was getting any tattoo were vaping inside the store and another two weren't wearing their mask. I felt like the other tattoo artists who were there should've said something to them since it is a small, open space and I was feeling really uncomfortable.

I came in wanted to get a orchid flower but ended getting who know what it is. They don't even look anything close to flowers. Wanted to get it fix and the artist wanted to recharge me just to fix it and then ghost me completely. For my first big tattoo it was a disappointment wouldn't recommend this place

super chill environment, the quality is amazing and price is very fair. been to many other shops for similar tattoos, some with bigger names but this is now my go to. Everyone here is really chill and Chris did mines (thanks again!)

Super talented, detail is always on point, and every piece comes out better than I expected. Easy to work with, solid vibes, and the shop is always clean. **This review is specifically for spontaxtattoo. In addition to the typical "word of mouth," I wanted to share my positive experience with them as I continue to tell stories through the accumulation of tattoos on my body. I love talking about them. The pieces of artwork should speak for themselves, but I also value excellent service. The three other artists who have tatted me had indifferent personalities; I was just a customer. Which is fine. If they do good work, they do good work. spontaxtattoo does that, but is genuine and takes their lives time ... which is why I keep coming back. I really don't usually leave reviews and i hate to leave a bad one but my experience wasn't the greatest. I have had many piercings before and i have been waiting a long time to be able to get my medusa pierced; the people at the shop are friendly and the process was fast, that should have been the first red flag how fast it all was, i was never asked for an ID, and although i definitely do not look younger than 18, it still should be checked. After he pierced my medusa and the side of my nose there was no aftercare papers or really any aftercare talk in depth which always should be done no matter how many piercings a person has. He also said there is no swelling for the medusa piercing when i asked, which is kind of wild because of course there will be in a lip piercing. I had never had any lip piercings before so I wasn't really aware. Only four days after the piercing had been in my upper lip swelled up so bad it was close to splitting, i thought it was just regular swelling but it was not going down with any usual means to reduce swelling and i had to be rushed to an emergency room to get it removed. The doctor explained to me that it looked like i had an allergic reaction to the metal she said there was no signs of infection. I still am waiting for the swelling to go down. Ive had many piercings before and have never had a reaction to any metal other shops have used. I reached out to the shop and the piercer didn't really sound apologetic or concerned at all, just said they couldn't have known i was allergic, and that i can understand but idk man, i feel like they should have been a little nicer? He just offered to re pierce it for free. Im not someone who really loves confrontation so i just said i cant get it re done right now and asked what metal the piercing was made of and he stated stainless steel which is weird because i have had stainless steel before and have never had a reaction like this. I'm unsure if the reaction is the piercers fault but the not asking for ID, the no aftercare anything and incorrect information makes me really uncomfortable. read more

The only reason why I decided to get work done here was because it was recommended to me by my friends-relatives. All the artist's work here are amazing, just very unprofessional from Chris (the owner). I personally texted him because I wanted to get a small piece done specifically by him and we agreed on booking an appointment for a day where he could do it-also sent my deposit to confirm. On my appointment day, I come in and he hands me over to one of his employees, so I was very confused. He was busy working on another customer and so I took up on the offer because there's no way that he would let an "beginner" do my piece... WRONG. Yen, my tattoo artist, was very clumsy, needed help from everyone, and took about 15 minutes just to straighten out my tattoo placement. I didn't want to say anything because maybe that's just her character and her art will be different. WRONG again. She managed to tattoo such wobbly and inconsistent lines (2 outline-only date tattoos). She took about 1.5 hours on one, and then 30minutes on the other... I was very shocked because how did you shortcut a whole hour? She constantly informed me that her touch ups and fill-ins will be free, and to come back again after 2 weeks. And to not worry about the result now, and to come back, come back, come back. Yeah I decided to forego on that free touch up and will be booking with my usual tattoo artist. I'm banging out addtional money just to clean up what should have been a normal $300 tattoo. Word to Chris: If you are busy, then let me know so that I can go ahead and book with another artist. Don't hand me over to your noobie worker for practice, because you don't mess around with things that are permanent. (P.S go get her pigskin to have fun on) Lesson learned: don't cheat on your tattoo artist and AVOID YEN at all cost. read more

I came here for Friday the 13th with a couple of my friends and I'm really glad I did! Despite the long wait, it was honestly worth it. They had free snacks and drinks while we were waiting and constantly checked up on us to see if we needed anything else. My tattoos were done by Steven and I LOVEEEED IT! The designs were super elegant and he made the whole process super fun. It was my friend's first time getting a tattoo and he could tell she was a bit nervous so he was constantly talking to her to get her mind off of it. It's really nice when the artist go that extra mile to make sure their client is comfortable, especially on a busy day like Friday the 13th. I'm excited to come back for more in the near future (: props to the team and thank you for making our experiences so memorable! read more

Everyone there was really nice and I liked the look of my helix piercing but when I got home it looked like it was pierced with the wrong jewelry. It's way to small for a normal helix piercing and started to heal incorrectly so I had no choice but to take it out. In the picture, the top piece of jewelry is what they put in my ear and the bottom is the jewelry that got put in my ear from my previous helix piercing on my other ear, there is an obvious difference. And they never asked for my id to confirm my age, I am newly 18 and could of easily lied about my age, very disappointed. read more

A friend and I went in for a friday the 13th tattoo and they had amazing prices. Customs started at only $50 so I had to take advantage of this great deal. Waited in line for 4 hours and ended up having to leave got work but before we left the really sweet staff offered morning appointments with the same prices so we still ended getting what we wanted. Steven did an amazing job on the tattoo i've been wanting for so long and i'm so happy I ended up coming here :) read more

Came in to just get Roman numeral IV and the girl that was tattooing me had me in the chair for an HOUR AND A HALF and the line work was horrible. When I asked her to fix it she said she had a headache and had another artist there try to fix it but she overworked my skin there was nothing we could do. Had them wrap it up and walked out. Never coming here again. read more

I got my nipple & my ear pierced by Chris. I would definitely recommend to come here. The place is cleaned, they're customer service is amazing. Once it came to the piercing it was very gently, I didn't even feel the one that went in my ear. I Was so happy with my experience here they were able to take us as a walk-in. My daughter pierced her septum & I got my first tattoo. We were so nervous but they were so nice and friendly made us feel comfortable. I came on Friday the 13th and the wait was pretty long, but I'm sure on a normal day you'd be good to go and wouldn't need to wait too long. But if you plan on going on a Friday the 13th I highly recommend getting there early. The artist that I saw was Sarah and I loved her work so much. She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I would definitely go back to the studio again and I'm for sure booking with Sarah for custom pieces. I walked in and picked a set of earrings and off to see Eric, who literally made it painless. Because they take walk-ins, it can get very busy. When I went, it was incredibly loud and packed, and the counterstaff did not attend to this issue (they could have asked those not in for a service to wait outside, made the line to the counter clear, etc). The counterstaff seemed friendly (but didn't appear confident when I asked her what size jewelry posts I got after my appointment). There is a good selection of fine jewelry, both titanium and gold which was great. For my downsize, the piercer didn't close the door behind us, so there was a lack of privacy. I also wasn't presented with the new backings of my jewelry or shown that they had been properly sterilized by their autoclave/statim, and it felt very rushed. I got multiple piercings downsized and for some reason, the piercer utilized a backing from my flat to downsize a lobe piercing. I'm not sure why they did that, as 1) the gauges of the jewelry were different and 2) this left a lot of room extra room between my jewelry and my lobe. Please keep in mind that all of my piercings are well healed over 5+ years and I wanted the most snug fit possible, and was not given that. I should have said something in the moment about this, but as a more reserved person, I'm not one to complain when someone already seems like they're rushing me. After the downsize, I went back to my main piercing studio (over an hour away) to get my lobe properly downsized. I really feel like I wasted my time here, both in waiting over 45 minutes for a downsize and in not getting a properly fitting end. I was honestly shocked at my experience due to the reviews this place has. But maybe I am pickier than most when it comes to these things. Bottom line though is at least they safely pierce and have good jewelry. If you don't nitpick like me, you'll be fine going here.

Great service, super helpful. & good prices. If you're looking for spending $250-$1200+ on extremely high-end yet minimal (?) body jewelry then this is the place to go. If you're not, I recommend the piercing shop in orange that will still give you good quality jewelry at a normal price, including the piercings at a normal price and they are just as knowledgeable as the piercers at C&M if not more. In all honesty this is going to be a long review but worth the read if you want to avoid getting pierced poorly. If I were able to give this place no stars I would but unfortunately I can't. I begin with the fact that I never signed any sort of form I just walked in - said I wanted to get pierced and the "piercer" agreed. Grate way to catch a lawsuit. My first mistake was going to a tattoo shop. Never go to a tattoo shop unless they actually claim to have experience and proof - which this person had half of and I mean the proof part. He claimed to have had experience and I believed him. Yes it is 100% my fault for not reading ALL of the reviews and checking up more in depth information on him and this shop, also on California laws on piercing. I went in for both of my nipples and my nostril. I knew something was off when he went into pierce my left nipple twice after failing the first time. They both looked odd in the end result, something was wrong because both of my nipples didn't look symmetrical. At all. Granted they won't ever look symmetrical because that's not the way a human body is made but this guy really made them look out of wack. The placement was so bad for both of them. I got my nose priced too and he stuck a tiny stud in there, the stud started to get buried in the freshly made hole. It was improper jewelry for a fresh piercing. I'm glad I got a professionals opinion on all 3 of the piercings after having had them for 3 days. I avoided an infection or even my body rejecting the jewelry completely. I went to get them checked out at a piercing studio that is only dedicated to piercing and they said that the work he had done was extremely poor, they gave me the advice of removing them to avoid problems. They confirmed that the placement of them was terrible and that the way he pierced both was so completely off - they were shocked on how my body didn't already reject them. They also confirmed that the jewelry for all 3 of the piercings was completely improper. I have a septum and have had my ears pierced and it's safe to say my body reacts fine to getting pierced and having proper jewelry in so I know that I'm not the problem. I tried reaching them to get my money back but they refused, they never stated no refunds and no types of signs were put up to inform the public of such thing. Point is they are very unprofessional with how they deal with complaints and with costumers. The man who considers himself to be a piercer (I'm sure he was the owner of the place) and his wife both ganged up on me when I went in to get my money back. They both wanted to work things out but I didn't want to hear excuses and just wanted a refund. I left after they harassed me. This place not only has poor costumer service but it also has a "piercer" who's puncturing into skin without a clue of what they're actually doing and what jewelry they should actually be using. So I finish by saying that I've made peace with the situation because my body is fine but someone else might not be as lucky. The public should be informed so go at your own risk. read more

This shop is clean with a cool aesthetic. State of the Art. The have a cool section for taking photos, with different color back drops and ring light. They played different kinds of music, some of my songs came on, easy to vibe. Amy was my artist, I got a upper back tattoo in black ink.
