A Town Tattoo Best tattoo shop! Got a great tattoo by Si'i today and he did an awesome job! He was on time and ready to work as soon as I arrived... Nice clean studio, he helped pick out some great colors and I couldn't be happier .. you want quality work go see him!!!

Kamaha'o! Seymour did an amazing job, from design to execution. He made feel very comfortable, understood exactly what I wanted. Very clean and welcoming. I can't say enough.

I just finished a marathon session with Braddah Tim and I am so happy with my new work of art. I wanted something that was strong and powerful but also feminine and he nailed it! He was able to incorporate everything I wanted my tattoo to represent in the most beautiful detail I've ever seen. This is my 8th and biggest tattoo--Tim had such a light touch that I didn't bleed at all and the overall inflammation was minor. I'm usually a bleeder and my skin stays crispy for weeks. But not this time. The vibe in that whole shop is also what makes this place special. I got to meet a lot of the other artists and watched them work with all kinds of clients and different styles but the one thing that was consistent was their love and mastery of their art. I will definitely be coming back to see Braddah Tim!

Here's my breakdown of A-Town Tattoo in 12 segments: Artists, Needled machines, Ink, Diverse cultures, Fellowship, Sharpies, Designs/Patterns, Skin, Islander music/Irie vibes, Hospitality, Concentration and Traditional tatau instruments There is a bricolage of talented tattooists at this shop. Each artist has their own way of carving their vision into your skin. So if you are looking for a certain style or design, you should definitely browse the artist's online/social portfolios or schedule a consultation. That way you can match yourself with the person who you feel could best make your ideas awaken and take shape. I did this, had my consultation with Lio on July 7th and scheduled my tattoo appointment for July 14th. The time we coordinated was perfect, on a Saturday at 10am. Yes, the earlier the better for me. It was quiet, tranquil, not too many people, there was only this A-Town artist Hene (who does amazing work!) and Allek (also an A-Town tattooer) at first. The shop was clean, the stations were organized and the mood for the first couple of hours was pacifying (can't stress this enough). As the day progressed more people started to trickle in, other artists, clients, spectators, family...the space got quite packed. Thankfully, my 5-6 hour tattoo journey was near completion. My back tattoo is a Maori inspired design, revamped into a sketch by Lio that synthesizes both my Filipino & Samoan cultures. Lio specializes in lettering and script pieces, but when I dug a little deeper into his portfolio, I found that he could crank out Polynesian style tattoos also. He started my session around 11am, finished right before 5pm, with just 2 short breaks in between. I am grateful to say, Lio did an excellent job on my 10th tattoo. It's healed, I love it, I've referred others here and will not hesitate to return for future work/skin art!

Great service, great tatts, what is there more to say?come check them out, hidden gem. Walked in, had a consultation and was able to get my father in laws tat done by Alipate. My father in law wanted to represent his village "VAITOGI", with the laumei and shark. Alipate was very patient and professional, he was able to create exactly what my father in law envisioned his tattoo to look like. He had done a cover up of my father in laws previous tattoo thank god. He leaves to Samoa tomorrow and wanted to make sure I left review with his experience. Thanks again A-town aiga and Pate for great piece of art, my father in law is smiling like a kid in a candy store lol. Alofa tele!1luv!#samoabound Peau Family

I came here for my first tattoo at 47 years old. The owners wife handles all the scheduling and is very easy to communicate with and very nice. She's very quick to respond and putting down a down payment was easy. Made an appointment with Seymour who designed my tattoo on the spot. Showed him some pictures of the styles I liked and wanted. Extremely happy with how it came out. He is a master of his trade. The facility is very clean and the people inside are very very nice and welcoming. Definitely feels like a close knit family in there.

My little sister and I walked into A-Town Tattoo shop with an idea of silly matching tattoos, and our artist Adrian brought it to life. It was my sisters first tattoo, and she said it was a great experience. Adrian was caring and gentle with her throughout her session. I 100% recommend you book with Adrian. I will definitely be back with my best friend to get our matching tattoos. Thank you, Adrian!

This place is outstanding. The energy inside is calm and happy. The artists seem really happy to be there and the shop has a ton of character. I'm sad Oso's moving but the work of the other artists has looked great when i'm there. I came for my first tattoo and had to come back for my second. I felt comfortable and that i was in great hands. The pricing was extremely reasonable and none of my lines bled since I got either of them. I completely recommend it even though it looks small and closed in, the place just comes to life the moment you step in. Thank you A-Town, I'll be back

CHECK CHECK CHECK: Posted visual license; use of SINGLE items, proper sanitized station and chair, hand washing and new nitrile black gloves every time Si'i left his station for a break; external equipment covered with sanitary shield; working autoclave separated from stations. Si'i runs a CLEAN, INVITING, SKILLED (attention to details) tattoo shop that vibes a 671 style and music. As a clinical nurse, cosmetologist, and parent it was an AMAZING experience to watch Si'i artistry in action. His post tattoo treatment plan was strong and he offered affordable/best organic products! I interviewed about a dozen tattoo parlors/shops and not all were receptive or even returned call/text. My text/call was returned same day. Si ' i interviewed and FaceTimed everyone involved, cost was REASONABLE, and payment/tip easy. Mike was elated with with outcome. 10/10 from start to finish! I picked the most basic piece of jewelry that they had and went to go pay. The owner then I guess recognized me or my review and asked me if I had left a three star review and I told her I did and then she said that I could have the jewelry I was trying to buy, for free. She said that because of my review, it was free. I insisted that I paid, but she wouldn't take any form of payment. I gave it two stars because that interaction in itself was very yucky and condescending. Highly uncomfortable. I never went back. The owner is definitely sensitive of her business, which I understand but you can't be condescending towards your customers and expect them to retain them. I now go to the piercing shop in Orange. Great service, super helpful. & good prices. If you're looking for spending $250-$1200+ on extremely high-end yet minimal (?) body jewelry then this is the place to go. If you're not, I recommend the piercing shop in orange that will still give you good quality jewelry at a normal price, including the piercings at a normal price and they are just as knowledgeable as the piercers at C&M if not more. Don't make the same mistake I did coming here.

I walked in and picked a set of earrings and off to see Eric, who literally made it painless. Because they take walk-ins, it can get very busy. When I went, it was incredibly loud and packed, and the counterstaff did not attend to this issue (they could have asked those not in for a service to wait outside, made the line to the counter clear, etc). The counterstaff seemed friendly (but didn't appear confident when I asked her what size jewelry posts I got after my appointment). There is a good selection of fine jewelry, both titanium and gold which was great. For my downsize, the piercer didn't close the door behind us, so there was a lack of privacy. I also wasn't presented with the new backings of my jewelry or shown that they had been properly sterilized by their autoclave/statim, and it felt very rushed. I got multiple piercings downsized and for some reason, the piercer utilized a backing from my flat to downsize a lobe piercing. I'm not sure why they did that, as 1) the gauges of the jewelry were different and 2) this left a lot of room extra room between my jewelry and my lobe. Please keep in mind that all of my piercings are well healed over 5+ years and I wanted the most snug fit possible, and was not given that. I should have said something in the moment about this, but as a more reserved person, I'm not one to complain when someone already seems like they're rushing me. After the downsize, I went back to my main piercing studio (over an hour away) to get my lobe properly downsized. I really feel like I wasted my time here, both in waiting over 45 minutes for a downsize and in not getting a properly fitting end. I was honestly shocked at my experience due to the reviews this place has. But maybe I am pickier than most when it comes to these things. Bottom line though is at least they safely pierce and have good jewelry. If you don't nitpick like me, you'll be fine going here.

However, that evening my sister noticed something unusual with her ring. One of the melee diamonds no longer sparkled and had a visible line across it. She was able to clearly see the damage with the naked eye, and she sent me photos where I could immediately identify the broken stone. When I saw her ring, that broken diamond is very obvious. We took the ring to a reputable jewelry repair shop for a second opinion. He confirmed the damage and provided a written estimate of $80 for the repair. We returned to speak with Danny in hopes of understanding what might have happened during the cleaning process. Unfortunately, he was dismissive and insisted that my sister must have caused the damage herself. This explanation didn't make sense to us--she wears this ring daily, did not take off her finger only when she tried to examine the diamond, and it has never dropped it or exposed it to anything sharp that could cause such damage. The diamonds are high-quality and were in excellent condition prior to the cleaning. We also asked to review security footage from that day, but Danny told us all the cameras in the store were fake, which raised further concern. The ring was out of our sight for approximately 20 minutes during the cleaning, and we believe the damage may have occurred during that time. While accidents can happen, what was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. We felt dismissed and disrespected when all we wanted was a fair explanation. We're now left with a damaged ring and no accountability from the business. We have reason to believe the damage was not accidental, but the result of improper handling or even worse intentional damaged by Danny. I'm sharing this to caution others who may consider using this store for any jewelry services.
