When we were designing the piece, he even went out of his way to watch episodes of One Piece so he could really understand the vibe and bring the right energy into the design. That level of dedication meant a lot to me. Throughout the appointment, he explained every step of the process so I always felt comfortable and knew what was happening next. The shop in Springfield off Q Street is always clean, welcoming, and has great music playing, which makes the whole experience even better. The sleeve isn't finished yet, but it already looks amazing, and I'm beyond excited to keep working with Illya to complete it. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life -- I can't recommend him enough.

My 2nd tattoo was in remembrance of my grandmother, "Tutu" I had the cross I wanted on my arm, but I wanted her name to be incorporated into it somehow. I was nervous about that part since I didn't have any lettering or fonts picked out for TC. If you look at the picture I posted, TC free handed "Tutu" in about 15 seconds. He asked me how it looked, and I was shocked that he could draw something that precise and well designed within a matter of seconds. We spent about 3 hours on my shoulder and we knocked it all out in 1 sitting. I'm currently on the hunt for my 3rd tat, after that, it's time to work on the sleeve.
