Cisco (not sure if that's how it's spelled) hooked me up with my first ever tattoo! I got a symbol from a game I've played for years and still go back and play to this day. He did it PERFECTLY and even helped me with the size and best placement. We even talked about games the entire time so it didn't even feel like I was there that long. Great prices and talent! So we went on Friday the 13th and they had a rockin $13 tat + $7 tip special going on! This place is super awesome! They're super clean and very friendly! I found this shop on Yelp and decided to visit after reading the reviews. I wanted to get 2 finger tattoos done. I don't remember the artist name but we talked about finger tattoos and how they may fade. I kept the idea of getting two dainty tattoos with the words I picked out. This artist did a wonderful job with the font and making sure the placement of the tattoos was where I wanted. The price was reasonable and both tattoos, once completed, complimented my style. read more

Cisco is the Man! May husband went over there to cover a horrible tattoo he got done in his early 20's: I coco . Well it had red in the heart and Cisco made it completely disappear. No trace of it. And for 1/4 of the price others were quoting. He finished in 2 1/2 hours. We couldn't be more impressed. The place couldn't be cleaner, I was thinking it was going to be a run down dark dungeon because of the location, but everyone was very professional. I had a very bad experience at the tattoo shop. I reached out to the guy Jay who works there because his mom referred me. He told me he could do this tattoo in 3/4 hours at $75 an hour. I was super pumped and ready to get this tattoo to cover up a tatto that I wasn't happy with. The first time I went I was there three hours. He did the black outline, told me I would come back for color. The outline was completely different from the picture, but I figured I would wait it out until I got the color to make any judgements. Well I come back for another two hours hoping it would be completed. He added this color on me and says he was still not finished. I later reached out and told him I was not happy at all with the color and tattoo. He then told me to find someone else that I was giving him a headache! This is the most unprofessional person as he was wearing house shoes doing my tattoo. Please do your research and make sure you don't just pick someone because they tell you what you want to hear. I tried reaching out to management and no one has gotten back to me. I'm very upset about this. read more

Aerial helped me out yesterday (01FEB2016) with an out of the blue and rather extended piercing request. She was professional, clean, focused, and very calming during the entire process. So, of course, I'm an idiot and COMPLETELY spaced on tipping her. I blame the oncoming migraine! I'm so sorry!!! During my visit I received a triple forward helix piercing and daith piercing. That's not so bad, you say. Maybe a little much at once, you muse, but not too terribly hardcore or anything. Pause your smug and revel in my return volley of smugness. Aerial performed that somewhat long list of piercings for *BOTH* of my tiny little gelfling ears, one hole punched and pierced right after the other. She worked in the manner of some well oiled precision piercing master who interspaces their labors with lightly cheerful conversation. Like many spur of the moment decisions in my life I'll admit that I suffered from a brief thought approximately halfway through the process, "This sucks quite righteously. Perhaps I should have put more thought into this. Oh well, can't stop now! Ow.. ow...sssttt... ow..." Before I space on yet another thing, I must specifically give praise to her for making sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Too many times I've dealt with artists who just grab, stab, and then jam the jewelry in you (usually out of your line of sight, which is infinitely worse in my book) without ever giving a warning of what's coming. By comparison, Aerial made sure I had detailed knowledge of exactly what she was doing at all times and let me know when to expect the unpleasant parts so that I could focus on remaining calm and still during the critical "AUGH THERE'S A NEEDLE IN ME" moments. :D BONUS: I noticed that she waits and times the actual piercing action so that it occurs during a nice long exhale. If you can keep blowing during the actual moment the needle goes through, it's both much easier to handle the physical discomfort plus it allows you to keep yourself still far easier. In my own experience, getting jabbed on an inhale only makes you hiss in air and try to curl in a ball, if not try to jerk away entirely. So yeah, if you're up to a marathon piercing session to mimic mine own eight cartilage piercing funfest then definitely give the Tattoo Shack a call and stake a claim on some of Aerial's time. Oh, and remember to tip her! Don't be a stupid forgetful jerk like me!!! (Aerial, I'll totally be back by the shop ASAP with your very well-deserved tip in hand and a sincere apology on my tongue. Sorry, sorry!! I'm a horrible fluff-brain! Please forgive me!!!) read more

Great experience...the staff was professional, courteous and friendly...atmosphere was chill, place was clean...artist was good. Cisco did a great job on my tattoos, pleased with his work and the price was reasonable. I'm going back for more tats myself, you should check them out too. read more
