A very nice taverna in Lyngby (Ørholm specifically). It is small and cosy with a satisfying menu.
I cannot say much for the service because we went there at the opening time and were the only costumers, so we were treated very well!
The actual Greek dishes were the starters and couple of mains (the rest were grilled stuff). I can understand this, considering the location of the restaurant.
The cooking was very good, but I cannot tell for sure that I felt like in Greece. I blame the raw material for this, which are very had to find in Denmark (especially during the winter).
I liked the snails, the garlic sauce (skordalia) and saganaki the most. The baked lamp was also very good.
I think is a great option to dine there, but reaching the location is a challenge if you have no car and live far. read more
