I'm guessing that reservations are recommended. The staff members were super friendly and helpful with menu choices. We ordered samosas and papadams to start. For mains we had the butter chicken and palak paneer with some garlic naan and rice. They didn't have salty lassi on the menu but they stilled brought me one which was quite delicious and the perfect match for the food since we opted for very spicy. Indian food ranks high for me and this place absolutely delivered on everything from presentation to flavors. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and despite the many tables and large crowd the noise levels were what you'd expect for a nice restaurant. The restaurant answered quickly and politely. They were very busy and said it would take 45 minutes for our order to be ready. It seems that sushi is high on the list for take out in Copenhagen. We arrived at the restaurant on-time, but had to wait another 10 minutes for the order to be ready. The order was well prepared. The presentation was nicely done. The taste was very good. The prices are high, especially when compared to other countries. It is however, a good option when you visiting Copenhagen.

So what it was a box of curry sauce with nothing in it, at full price!! Seriously!? On top of that they dish up with a red curry (heavy on tomato!) Come on! Don't go here if you have any allergies or desire to customize your dish, they simple cannot compute what you're requesting! What an overpriced disgrace of a restaurant and embarrassment to Indian hospitality! I recommend the owners take responsibility and train their staff probably!

A little Lagkahuset with friendly service to sum it up…read more I had to stop by at Lyngby st and spent some minutes waiting and there was no better alternative for coffee other than 7-11, so naturally I went to this place. Like all Lagkahuset shop, you have to pull number and wait for your number to be called. A bit too clinical for a bakery and cake shop, you might say - but it wasn't a rush hour and I got served immediately. I asked for a small cortado and the girl behind the counter asked if I wanted to decide how much the milk would be myself. Uhmm, okay - maybe she experienced that many people confused cortado with latte instead but I guess it's always good to decide yourself. So she poured the milk in front of me and waited until I said stop, which was right after because I wanted a cortado not a latte. That's a bit odd part, but hey - it's a good (emergency) place to have a coffee and a bite (if you're into sweet stuff) and a good people watching place since it's just next to the station. Next time I'm stranded here again, I'd probably go here again :)
