When I called their office a very rude man answered and accused me of "ratting out" ashley - at this point I was just done with the whole ordeal and asked him what he meant by it. He said "what do you think I mean, why are you ratting her out?" and I told him where he could go and hung up the phone. AVOID this company if you're looking to rent in Welland or the surrounding area. Very unnecessarily rude and unprofessional...
