I have been coming to Albert To get my taxes done for more than five years and not till recently have I become very disappointed by their unprofessionalism. I have recently been audited for two separate years and when I turn to my tax guy for assistance I was confronted with last minute appointment cancellation, no responses to emails/text, un-returned phone calls, lies, and a bucket of "I am sorry". I mean I've never come across a group of professionals with no regards for a clients time or urgency in regards to time sensitive matters ( such as tax Audits). WARNING!! They will get you money back, but at what price. A price that you will end up paying with no help from them what so ever. read more

I don't know why people are complaining about TGA, I've been doing my taxs with them for about 10yr now and I have never had any problems. I have been seen by three different people within those 10yr and they have been awesome at answering all my questions and explaining everything in detail about what I was filing for and what I would be receiving because I actually take the time to review my return before it is filed even if it means getting less back by fixing some mistakes I might find. Maybe the people complaining didn't bother to ask what and why certain things were being filed, instead they were probably more focused on how much they would receive rather than reviewing what was being filed. My tax guy used to be Felix, not any longer. I made an appt for 6pm.(I waited a month for this appt) He had a client when I walked in, so I knew I had to wait. 630pm comes, 650pm comes and nothing, hes still in there with the same clients laughing it up. I finally asked the receptionist how much longer was he going to be at 710pm bc I had to pick up my son at 8pm. She informed me it wasnt much longer. He finally called me in at 720pm after he went to the restroom. I was upset! He greeted me and I said " I didnt know my appt was at 7pm" He tells me that maybe next year I shouldnt plan anything after my tax appt! wtf!? Rude af! No! my appt is at 6pm! I shouldnt be waiting for an hour and 20 mins. If that's the case, he needs to separate his appts to every hour instead of 30 mins. He didnt ask me any questions regarding my taxes, just filled in his name bc according to him, the reception girls do all the paperwork while we wait! Whats the point of making an appt with him if the girls are doing it?! I might as well do a walk in with them. What a messed up experience and he lost a customer. read more

Don't deserve one star! Horrific level of respect for Customer time. In the last three years. They have failed to accept us at our appointment time. Last year, taking into consideration their disrespectful trend in canceling or not fulfilling appointment time. I decided to give them another chance, I called a couple hours before our appointment to confirm, my husband was taking time off from work and wanted to make sure it was not for a loss. Well guess what, I called and was told, family emergency, no can do. I understand emergencies, what I don't understand. Is an initial apologetic call with a new appointment date. How could can these guys be? An honest, professional, great tax prep "Guy", will follow IRS sanctions. Anyone promising you loop holes, is promising you an audit. Not worth it for me. Albert is unprofessional!!!!! It took a year to clear a check!!!!!!! (supposley it was going to be charged electronically) Didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform my 60+ year parents (that they are already on a budget) that after a year they didn't process the check correctly!!!!!! & when I balance my parents bank account and realize of this charge not only did I call to speak with someone about it I spoke to ALBERT who is very arrogant and ignorant. Remember ALBERT stay humble to all of your customers even the senior citizens!! When you make un error its best to acknowledge it and man up and pick up a phone & call!!!
