DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE! These people do not know what they're doing and will only rip you off and give you attitude . Extremely unprofessional. I filed for 2015 to ALSO receive a letter from the IRS saying I owed them money . Basically same scenario from the person below me. I went in to only get attitude from these people . FYI please note how an employee takes time to respond to negative reviews with attitude instead of trying to investigate and make the situation better. I've gone to Orozco's a few times. They are relatively helpful. I've never had an issue as far as getting anything done. However, I give them 3 stars only because upon answering my phone call, they'll put me on hold for extended period of time and eventually hang up. Super frustrating. Especially when it's a simple question such as setting an appointment. Not sure if it's a reception issue or they're simply too busy. read more

I have been coming to Anthony for almost my entire adulthood and not once has he been unprofessional or inconsiderate. He's very mindful and helpful. I am almost positive it was not Anthony who helped this customer. His sister's business is a completely different story. It's no wonder why Anthony's business is always booming. I doubt so many people would trust him with such important documents if he wasn't any good at his job. In addition, all these people keep coming back to him. They are not one time customers. If anyone has bashed this businesses it's projection. I usually don't care to comment, especially on yelp but I will not let such a great business be bashed this way. When I see one star reviews I'll usually check this person's profile to see how credible they are and sure enough this is the type of profile that is on here to give out mostly one stars. That is not what yelp is for. It's to help out other people in our community. This one star lie isn't helpful. It's hurtful to our community. So many people have overlooked this businesses over one bad (untrue) comment, have probably gone elsewhere and have gotten taken advantage of. Don't believe one comment or review. Do not and I repeat DO NOT go to this place to get your taxes done. I had done my taxes there for 5 years and I trusted them but in 2016 I did my taxes for 2015 and they had me out of there in less then 10 min because they had a lot of people and that year i had gotten back more money then any other year (but like i said i trusted them). But boy was i wrong.... This year i got a letter from the irs and it said that i owed them. To make a story short they put stuff on my taxes that they shouldnt have and when i went to them for help the owner was a total snob she didnt even know how to read the irs latter and that her job!!!! read more

I absolutely love this place! Anthony has been doing my taxes for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my documents. I have many deductions with the buying and selling homes, working on my masters degree, charity contributions, work related expenses, and he's always found a wait to take care of me when it came time for tax season. I'm very grateful for his experience and truly appreciate him taking care of me.
