I decided to visit his website while bored and I was floored to find out that the service was completely free. I still had the same credit monitoring active from the last company I used. At that point there was no risk. It was refreshing to be able to see the letters they actually send to the bureaus. All I had to do was use a third party site to mail them out. I could've also printed them. The process was a breeze and it was quick. There's no option to speak to a live rep, but this I assume helps keep the service free. The results worked for me. In all it took about 2-3 months to remove the negative items, which was perfectly fine with me. Hopefully I'll never have to use them again but I'll be spreading the word to anyone I know who might need it.

In that we were getting very close to the tax return deadline date, I placed a call to the office to inquire as to what the status of our return was as we had not heard from anyone. I was told an email had been sent asking for additional information. Unfortunately, it was sent to an email. I do not use often. However, my response to that was they should have called. Their response to that was they did and our number was disconnected. They were calling an old house number from when we lived in Florida back in 2010; even though they had both of our cell phone numbers, no one ever bothered calling us. over the past month, my husband has left numerous messages for Salim, the owner, to please call as my husband had questions about a possible investment property; the return calls never came. Every time my husband called, he was told oh he'll call you either today or tomorrow, oh, his son got married and he has family visiting but he will get back to you, oh, he didn't call you. He will call you. This went on for over a month . I was also told that Donna, who works in the office, was going to drop our return off at my house, but that it would be late in the evening. I waited up she never came. the next day when I spoke to her after I called the office, she said she had her grandchildren and had taken them out. I told her a phone call would have been nice as I waited up for her. I guess they just don't need the business anymore and don't value customers from when they first got into the business. We shall look elsewhere.
