We look to a relationship with our clients, to assist them with identifying or presenting ideas to them. When we speak, text, or get emails from our clients we tell them our thoughts sometimes in writing or sometimes on the phone. We are a small firm Yes, Technology is a novice or immature, but not all. Yes, we do everything Bookkeeping, Personal and All Business Taxes, Non-Profits, Consulting, State Compliance, and Advice and Technology. We have resources from our associates, we are different because we are a firm interested in our clients.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this firm and cannot recommend their services. Every…read moredocument filed on my behalf contained errors--ranging from incorrect business names and dates to entirely wrong titles. Not a single submission was accurate. On multiple occasions, Kumar included other clients' names in my paperwork and even sent my personal information to unrelated parties--an alarming breach of confidentiality. Communication was also a serious issue; many of my emails went unanswered, and when I followed up after reasonable delays, his responses were defensive and unprofessional. Most concerning, the full scope of work we agreed upon was never completed. When I raised this, I was told it would "only take five minutes," which felt dismissive considering the pattern of careless mistakes. To this day, there is work I paid for that remains unfinished--but given the experience, I don't see the value in pursuing a refund or completion. To make matters worse, Kumar went on vacation shortly after submitting incorrect filings and never followed up to make the necessary corrections.

Then they made me fill out a new client form so I asked if someone brought the buisness. They said no. So I asked why. They said the owner was making everyone fill them out. Then I found out why. They wanted to put my credit card on file in case I didn't come and get my taxes when they was done. I could understand if I was going to owe money but I never owe money. Also last year they didn't contact me until June about my paperwork being done or paying them so with all that being said all I can say is bye bye. You lost a good paying customer due to your stupidity
